Cambodian authorities detained the two American tourists soon after they were found taking photos of their partly naked backsides on Friday morning. The Apsara Authority, which oversees all temples in Siem Reap including Angkor Wat temple, said in its statement that “after being questioned over this case, the two tourists had confessed and recognised that they made a mistake by taking naked back photos”. It is the second incident in less than 10 days, after the authority arrested three French male tourists for taking nude photos at another temple complex of Banteay Kdey. Apsara Authority spokeswoman Chau Sun Kerya said the women’s actions were offensive towards Cambodian culture and were inappropriate at such a sacred site.

Singapore and Malaysia both have long-standing restrictions on interfaith marriage between Muslims and people from other religions. The rules require that non-Muslims convert to Islam in order to register their marriage.Singapore has two marital legislations such as Muslim Law Act and Women’s Charter. It bans a marriage between a Muslim and a non-Muslim. A non-Muslim woman is required to attend one-year religious conversion training before becoming a Muslim wife. Official interviewers are obliged to ask a Muslim man whether he is able to guide his bride-to-be on the path of becoming a Muslim wife.–Even in accordance with Burma’s 1954 marriage law, there is no protection on Burmese Buddhist Women who marry with non-Buddhists. Burmese Buddhist Women are the ones who suffered most and lost all their rights since there is no protection by state. They got no legal rights, religious rights nor civil rights whatsoever after Burmese Buddhist Women married with non-Buddhist.

၂။ လက္ထပ္ထိမ္းျမားျခင္းဆုိင္ရာဥပေဒသည္ အမ်ဳိးသမီးမ်ားလြတ္လပ္စြာ ေရြးခ်ယ္ခြင့္ကုိ ကန္႔သတ္ ခ်ဳပ္ခ်ယ္ေသာ ဥပေဒမဟုတ္၊ အမ်ဳိးသမီးမ်ားရသင့္ရထုိက္ေသာ အခြင့္အေရးမ်ား မဆုံးရႈံးရေအာင္ အကာအကြယ္ေပးထားေသာ ဥပေဒျဖစ္သည္။
၃။ သက္ဆုိင္ရာဘာသာအသီးသီးမွ ဘာသာဝင္အမ်ဳိးသမီးမ်ားကုိ ကာကြယ္ေပးထားေသာ ျပ႒ာန္းဥပေဒမ်ား ေရွးကပင္ရွိၿပီးျဖစ္သည္။ ဗုဒၶဘာသာဝင္ အမ်ဳိးသမီးမ်ားအတြက္ လုံေလာက္ေသာ အကာအကြယ္ေပးသည့္ ဥပေဒမရွိ၍ ဥပေဒျပ႒ာန္းရန္ လုိအပ္သည္။

၅။ အမ်ဳိးေစာင့္ဥပေဒ(၄)ရပ္သည္ ဘာသာတစ္ခုႏွင့္တစ္ခုအၾကား ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းစြာေနထုိင္ေရးကုိ ေရွးရႈေသာ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးဥပေဒျဖစ္သည္။
၆။ အမ်ဳိးေစာင့္ဥပေဒ(၄)ရပ္သည္ အိမ္ေထာင္ေရးေဖာက္ျပန္မႈမ်ား၊ လူမႈေရးေဖာက္ျပန္မႈမ်ားကုိ ေလ်ာ့နည္း ပေပ်ာက္ေစမည့္ ဥပေဒျဖစ္သည့္အျပင္ ဘာသာအားလုံးအတြက္ ပြင့္လင္းျမင္သာေစၿပီး ပဋိပကၡျဖစ္ပြားမႈမ်ားကုိ ေရွာင္ရွားေစႏုိင္ေသာ ဥပေဒျဖစ္သည္။
