There was an encouragement resolution to the Myanmar government on December 29th 2014, which was held by the 69th Plenary Session of UN General Assembly that Bangalees so called Rohingyas are granted citizen rights and hung out liberally within the Myanmar State.

1. There were no nomenclature of the Rohingya in the Myanmar ethnic groups throughout the successive ages of history at all. There also had one firm opinion remark as they were Bangalee trespassers which was proclaimed by the embassy of the England from Burma(Myanmar) in December 23rd 1975 expressed that “ Bangladesh and Burma. He admitted that there were upward of a million Bangalee trespassers in Arakan whom the Burmese had some right to eject”. There were no nomenclatures, terms and ethnics as Rohingyas at all.

2. Myanmar is an independent and sovereign state proclaimed by the United Nation. She also has historical significance which is in succession with her own valuable cultural heritages. There once was a prominent world history that Myanmar honourable UN Secretary General U Thant himself solved and handled the world serious cases without prejudices, which were leading to impending third world war, appreciated by the world. That was an epic event of a responsible and accountable leader.

– On 16, November 2014, unknown Thai man, who is about twenty years old, killed Myanmar migrant’s woman. Ms. Hla Khaing, was killed by a murder at her room while she was living with her two children. Unknown
Thai men asked for drinking water and enter the room, where the Myanmar migrants are living. The doors were locked when he was in the room. Ms. Aye Myat Thwe, thirteen years old daughter said “ my mother was killed by unknown Thai man, who asked money and gold from my mother. Her mother refused to give and she was beaten on the head by iron stick than the knife cut her throat and she died. I was tried to help and I also been beaten by murder and put in the room. He locked me in the room, and he searched some our belonging and he took 5000 Bath and gold”.
Ms. Aye Myat Thwe is getting medical treatment at Chaise sub-district hospital in Surathani province, in Southern Thailand. “ The murder was run away though back door when we arrived at victims’ house.” Said, male migrants, who visited to victims’ house, at that time, and they helped girl to refer the hospital. The murder was arrested by the local police and he demonstrate how, he killed the women. The victims’ family needs some legal documents from Myanmar government and FED’s migrants’ development team is tying to provide the legal assistance.
Now, FED’s is tried to contact Myanmar embassy in Bangkok, in order to provide some legal document.

Nay Pyi Taw, 13 Nov — Secretary-General of United Nations Mr Ban Ki-moon held a press conference at the MICC-1 here on 12 November.
With regard to the press conference, Rakhine State Chief Minister U Maung Maung Ohn sent a letter dated today to Secretary-General of United Nations Mr Ban Ki-moon.
In the letter, the chief minister stated that I am writing to express my deep disappointment of your use of the term ” Rohingya” at a recent press conference in Naypyitaw. While I can understand your intention and desire to promote the rights of the minorities, lending the stature of your office to this highly volatile debate in such a public manner can have lasting detrimental impact on our ability to do the work needed on the ground to bring the communities together.
The term “Rohingya” has fostered distrust and further led to a greater divide between the Rakhine and the Bengali populations as well as between the Myanmar people and the international community. The international community’s insistence on the use of the term “Rohingya” has alienated the Rakhine population and further fueled their distrust of all the United Nations agencies and international organizations such as MSF that are providing much needed assistance inside Rakhine state, the letter added.
We have tried to be constructive and have concentrated on promoting the rights and livelihoods of both populations living in Rakhine State instead of focusing of this divisive debate, said the letter.
Since I became the Chief Minister of Rakhine State, I have tried to bring communities together so that they can rise above their disagreements through interfaith dialogue and building of mutual trust. Not only that, I have tried to bridge the divide between the Rakhine population and the international organizations working there. I am concerned that your statement yesterday could further inflame local sentiment and undo previous gains we have achieved, which is very unfortunate given the timing and opportunities presented to us, the letter disclosed.

Q: I just wanted to follow up on the previous question. The United Nations and the international community accept “Rohingya”. Here in Myanmar, most of us know as “Bengali”. So their name is one of the problems of the conflict. And some politicians suggest to have a DNA test, whether Rohingya or Bengali, which is scientific. What’s your opinion on this?

SG: I think I have answered your question already. I know that the Government is addressing them as “Bengalis” and people in Rakhine, they call themselves “Rohingya”. The United Nations has been using “Rohingya”, based on the continuing principle to recognize the rights of minority people. I hope that this should not create any additional problems. I don’t think this is a necessary one. And I am urging the Myanmar Government to make accelerated process to grant citizenship to all those who are eligible, according to their national laws.

29/10/2014     Police and military personnel have interrogated 30 people in Rakhine State over suspected links to terrorist groups since the leader of Al Qaeda announced in September that the once-feared group had formed a new unit to target India, Bangladesh and Myanmar, local police said.
They did not name the terrorist organisations the suspects were allegedly linked to, but said special investigation teams were seeking information on the movements of the unidentified groups and that security forces along the border had been alerted about this.
The special investigation teams comprise members of Special Branch and the Special Bureau of Investigation. They have, or are in the process of, opening offices in Maungdaw town, as well as several villages in the predominantly Muslim township: Ahle Than Kyaw, Bandula, Khamauk Seik, Kyein Chaung and Taungphyo Letwe.

Local police have also been alerted that emergency security services are being imposed.
The teams have yet to engage in combat with the unidentified terrorist group, or groups, but are seeking information on their alleged movements, local police said.
An officer from Special Branch said Rakhine State was in an emergency situation. He also said branch offices would be opened across the entire state and that they were similar to units that had been in place during military rule.
The expansion of security forces over the state is being portrayed as a response to the video released on September 3 in which Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri claimed that the terrorist group had formed a unit to launch a jihad on India, Myanmar and Bangladesh. The claim was widely interpreted as an effort by the nearly decimated terrorist organisation to regain the extremist spotlight, which it lost to terror group Islamic State, which is at war in Syria and Iraq.
Though no data has been released, local police say the crime rate in the Maungdaw border area has risen, with robberies and kidnapping cases becoming more common. They also allege that ethnic Rakhine residents of the area – who are a minority in the two northern districts of the state – are also being threatened by terrorists.The new security teams are reportedly attempting to gather evidence of terrorist activities.
Myanmar is also cooperating with other governments in the region and around the globe to prevent terrorist attacks by Al Qaeda through an early warning system and the sharing of information on the group’s activities. CR. ELEVEN MEDIA
