သၽွမ္းျပည္ေတာင္ပိုင္း ေက်းသီးၿမိဳ႕နယ္ ဝမ့္ဟိုင္း အေျခစိုက္ သၽွမ္းျပည္ တပ္မေတာ္ SSPP/SSA ဌာနခ်ဳပ္အား အစိုးရတပ္မေတာ္မွ ယမန္ေန႔က ဒုတိယအႀကိမ္ လက္နက္ ႀကီးျဖင့္ ပစ္ခတ္တိုက္ခိုက္သည္ဟု သိရသည္။
သၽွမ္းျပည္တိုးတက္ေရးပါတီ သၽွမ္းျပည္တပ္မေတာ္ ဝမ့္ဟိုင္းဌာနခ်ဳပ္အား ၿပီးခဲ့သည့္ အပတ္က တႀကိမ္၊ ယေန႔ ေအာက္တိုဘာ ၁၉ ရက္ ၂၀၁၅ ခု နံနက္ တနာရီ ထိုးခါနီး အခ်ိန္တြင္ လြယ္က်ဴေမာက္ေခါဝ္ မွ လက္နက္ႀကီးျဖင့္ တိုက္ခိုက္သည္ဟု ဆိုသည္။
“သူတို႔ ပစ္တဲ့ လက္နက္ႀကီးေတြက ဝမ့္ဟိုင္းရြာဦး ဆီဆိုင္နားလာက်တယ္။ အေၾကာင္း မရွိ အေၾကာင္းရွာ တိုက္ခိုက္ေနတယ္။ တက္လာသမၽွ တိုက္ခိုက္ေခ် မွုန္းရမွာဘဲ။ က်ေနာ္တို႔ သူတို႔ကို သြားၿပီးရန္ရွာတာ မဟုတ္ဘူး။ နိုင္ထက္စီးနင္းျပဳၿပီး က်ေနာ္တို႔ တပ္စခန္းကို တခုၿပီးတခုလိုက္တိုက္ေနတာ တပ္မေတာ္ ဘက္ကဘဲ”- ဟု ေျပာခြင့္ရ ဗိုလ္မွူးႀကီး စိုင္းလ ကေျပာသည္။
အစိုးရတပ္မေတာ္ထိုးစစ္ဆင္မွုေၾကာင့္ မိုင္းရွူးၿမိဳ႕နယ္ ဟိုင္းပါဘုန္းေ တာ္ႀကီးေက်ာင္း ၌ လူဦးေရ တေထာင္ေက်ာ္၊ ဝမ့္ေဆာ့ေက်းရြာအုပ္စု၌ လူဦးေရတေထာင္ေက်ာ္၊ ေတာ ေတာင္အတြင္း၊ မိုင္းရွူးၿမိဳ႕ ေပၚ ၾကဳံရာအမ်ိဳးအိမ္၌ ခိုလွုံေနသူမ်ား အားလုံးေပါင္းပါက စစ္ေဘးစစ္ဒဏ္ ခံေနရသူေပါင္း သုံးေထာင္ေက်ာ္ရွိၿပီျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ဒုကၡသည္အေရး ကူညီ ေပးေနသည့္ စိုင္းဇြမ္ ကေျပာသည္။
ထို႔အတူ ေအာက္တိုဘာ ၁၈ ရက္ေန႔ ရက္စြဲျဖင့္ အစိုးရတပ္မေတာ္ ထိုးစစ္ဆင္ တိုက္ ဆင္မွုအား တရားေသာစစ္ျဖင့္ မိမိကိုယ္မိမိ ခုခံကာကြယ္သြားမည္ဟု သၽွမ္းျပည္ တပ္မ ေတာ္ SSPP/SSA မွ ထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကျငာထားသည္။
သၽွမ္းျပည္တပ္မေတာ္သည္ ျပည္နယ္အဆင့္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုအဆင့္ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး တည္ေဆာက္ထားသည့္ သၽွမ္းလက္နက္ကိုင္တပ္ဖြဲ႕တဖြဲ႕ျဖစ္သည္။

๒๗ ธ.ค.๕๗ จนท.ป่าไม้พม่า ๖ คน เดินทางด้วยรถยนต์ Pajero SUV และรถจักรยานยนต์ ๒ คัน กลับจากการตรวจดูไม้สักของกลางที่ถูกยึดได้ ที่ บ.จะลอง เมื่อเดินทางถึง ระหว่าง บ.หาดหลวง – อ.ลางเคอ ถูกคนร้ายไม่ทราบกลุ่ม ๕ คน ดักยิงด้วยอาวุธสงคราม ทำให้ จนท.ป่าไม้พม่า ตาย ๔ คน อีก ๒ คนปลอดภัย จากการตรวจพื้นที่เกิดเหตุเบื้องต้น ตร.พม่าพบปลอกกระสุนปืน M-22 จำนวน ๕ ปลอก กับซองกระสุน ๑ ซองมีกระสุนเหลือ ๓ นัด

Four government officials were killed on December 27 by members of the Restoration Council of Shan State/Shan State Army (RCSS/SAA) in Linkhay district, Shan State, according to officials at the Shan State police station.
The officials from the Forest Department went to Wansalong village in the district after receiving a tip-off on illegal logging in the area on December 26 and seized about 200 tonnes of Padauk timber.
Next day, ten officials from the department including Hla Min, a senior forestry official visited the area to check the seizure.
When the officials arrived near Wanhak village on their way back to Linkhay township at around 7 pm, about five members of (RCSS/SAA) started shooting at them, killing Hla Min (aged 55) and three other officials.
“Four were shot to death by about five members of (RCSS/SAA) during their trip to check the seized timber. Two others managed to escape during the shooting,” said Ohn Kyaw Min, a police officer from the Shan State police station.
“We haven’t received any information about the shooting, so we can’t make any comment,” said Colonel Sai La, a spokesman for RCSS/SAA.

The ethnic resistance movements’ Nationwide Ceasefire Coordination Team (NCCT) has chose 5 delegates to hold talks in Rangoon on Monday, 22 December, according to sources.

The delegation will include 5 out of 14 NCCT members and 4 technical assistance team (TAT).

The 5 delegates are:
Padoh Kwe Htoo Win Deputy leader, Karen National Union (KNU)
Hkun Okker Membeer, Pao National Liberation Organization (PNLO)

The NCCT’s two other leaders Nai Hongsa (New Mon State Party) and Maj Gen Gun Maw (Kachin Independence Organization), though both of them had taken part in the 15-16 December preliminary meeting in Chiangmai with the Myanmar Peace Center (MPC) officials, will not be part of the delegation.

The meeting, overshadowed by the incident in 19 November that had killed 23 resistance cadets and wounding 20 others near the Kachin stronghold of Laiza, will be focusing less on the ongoing Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) negotiations, according to sources on both sides.

“The government is obligated to do or say something constructive to make up for the Laiza incident,” said a source that had requested anonymity. “It is also obligated to take measures to see that such incidents are not repeated. And because of the incident, security for the NCCT delegation needs to be further ensured.”

As for the NCA drafting process, the NCCT desires to have additional international observers, preferably from the so-called Peace Donor Support Group (PDSG) countries, which included Norway, UK, EU, Japan, Switzerland, UK, US and Australia. Its current observers are the UN and China.

The NCCT is also anxious to find out the government’s response to its earlier suggestions to break the deadlock that had reached in September at the 6th formal meeting between it and the government’s Union Peacemaking Work Committee (UPWC). cr.panglong news

Government forces and Restoration Council of Shan State/Shan State Army (RCSS/SSA) forces clashed in Mongpan Township, Linkhe Province, Southern Shan State on the morning of 14th December according to Mongpan residents.

The government battalion based in Mongpan Township clashed with the RCSS/SSA forces in the area of Wamt-Hat 10 miles away from Mongpan Township. One government soldier was killed and another was injured according to a government army source.

“In the last four or five days the government forces fired their guns in the air and threatened villagers for no reason. They accused villagers of supporting the Shan forces but not supporting the government forces who they would not even give a chicken to. They accused the villagers of being rebels and threatened to set the village on fire if the villagers did not answer their questions. When villagers told them that Shan rebels do not live in the village, but instead live outside the village they fired their guns so everyone could hear the gunfire,” said a villager who withheld his name.

S.H.A.N. were unable to get any further information about the incident from the RCSS/SSA because when they phoned their office in Mongpan and Major Lao Sang the RCSS/SSA spokesperson based at their Loi Tai Leng headquarters nobody answered the phones.

After the fighting the government army reinforced their forces in the area, which has made local residents fearful that the fighting there will escalate.

There was also fighting on 13th December when a company from Brigade No. 77 of the government army clashed with RCSS/SSA troops in Kyaukme Township in Northern Shan State. According to villagers both sides suffered casualties.

The government and the RCSS/SSA have already signed a union level peace agreement.

In the past week there has been fierce fighting between government forces and the ethnic nationality forces of the Federal Union Army (FUA) at in Namhsam, Kyaukme, Namtu, and Kutkai townships in Northern Shan State.

Two troops of RCSS/SSA die during the battle of anti-narcotic drugs

RCSS/SSA was encircled and attacked by the government army with a lot of force during the plan of anti-narcotic drugs at WanBan village in Kyawkme Township, Shan State and two troops of RCSS/SSA had sacrificed their blood and life for the nation in the battle field.

Troops of RCSS/SSA did it as their duty was to police in anti-narcotic drugs. Last 1st December 2014, they rounded up the locals and had captured the drugs seller, (Sai Win) 43 years old, who lived in Won Loung village, MurngDan block, with 19 boxes of heroin, 376pills of yaba (methamphetamine) and two bullets of (M-22) in his small hut, at night 10:00pm, and kept him in WonBan village.

On 4th December son of Sai Win went to give his father a coat and on the way home he also told the government troops, LIB 502, where the place of RCSS/SSA was, then the government army took a lot of force and encircled and fought the RCSS/SSA.

“Sai Win and his son were selling drugs and worked as informers of the government troops and militiamen of MurngDan. Both father and child did like that and sold the drugs freely and no one took action against them although the government troops already knew, but they allowed these father and child to sell freely” said the locals.
