ကြၽန္ေတာ္တို့ကပုန္း(၇)ရက္သားသမီးနာေရးကူညီမွု့အသင္း(မေလးရွား)သည္ မေလး႐ွားတြင္ေရာက္ရိွေနၾကေသာျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားလူမ်ိဳးဘာသာမေရြးေသဆံုးသြားခ်ိန္ႏွင့္လူမႈေရး က်န္းမာေရးကိစၥမ်ားအခက္ အခဲမရွိေစရန္ရည္ရြယ္ ၍(2011)ခုႏွစ္တြင္ စတင္ဖြဲစည္းျပီး ယေန႔ထိတိုင္ ကူညီေနေသာလူမွဳ႕ ကူညီေရးအသင္းအသင္းၾကီးျဖစ္ပါသည္။ထို႔အျပင္လူမွဳေရးပရဟိတလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကိုအခါအားေလ်ာ္စြာျပည္တြင္းျပည္ပအသင္းမ်ား ကုမၼဏီမ်ားႏွင့္ခ်ိတ္ဆက္
ကာကူညီခဲ့ပါသည္။
ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံ ပဲခူးတိုင္းေဒသၾကီး ဇာဂနိုင္ေတာင္ပိုင္း ဝကၤဘာလမ္း အမွတ္ ၃၁၇ ေန အဖ ဦးေအာင္ျမင့္ အမိေဒၚသန္း ႏြယ္တို႔၏သား မေလးရွား ဂ်ဳိဟိုးဘာရူးျပည္ နယ္ ဂ်ဳိဟိုးျမိဳ႔ စားေသာက္ဆိုင္တြင္ ေနထိုင္အလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္ေနေသာ ေရႊ႕႔ေျပာင္း အလုပ္သမား ကုိရန္မ်ဳိးေအာင္ သည္ (2-12-2014) ရက္ေန႔ည ၁၁ နာရီတြင္ အလုပ္မွ အိမ္ျပန္ကာ ေရမိုးခ်ဳိးျပီး ထမင္းစား ေသာက္ျပီး ပူအိုက္ေနသျဖင့္ ပန္ကာဖြင့္ရင္းေနအိမ္ၾကမ္း ျပင္တမံတလင္းေပၚတြင္ ေခတၠလွဲေလွာင္းရာမွ အိပ္ေပ်ာ္ သြားခဲ႔ပါသည္။
ေနာက္တေန႔ မနက္ (၆)နာရီတြင္ အိပ္ရာမွႏုိးလာေသာ အခါ ဘယ္ဖက္ကိုယ္တစ္ျခမ္း မွာဟလွဳပ္ရွားမရ ျဖစ္ေနခဲ႔ ပါသည္။
ထို႔ေၾကာင့္ေဆးရုံသို႔ အေရးေပၚ တင္ေဆာင္ကုသရာ (၃)ရက္ေျမာက္ေန႔ အထိကုသျပီး လူနာမွာအနည္းငယ္ သက္သာလာခဲ႔ပါသည္။
မိဘမ်ားမွ ၎လူနာအား ျမန္မာျပည္သို႔ျပန္လည္ ပို႔ေဆာင္ ေပးပပါရန္ ရတနာစကၠနာေရးကူညီမွဳ အသင္း (ဂ်ဳိဟိုး)မွ ကပုန္း(၇)ရက္သားသၼီး နာေရးညီမွဳအသင္း (မေလးရွား) သို႔ ၎လူနာအား ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံသို႔ ျပန္လည္ပို႔ေဆာင္ေပးပါ ရန္ အကူအညီေတာင္းခံလာပါသည္။
ထို႔ေၾကာင့္ လူနာျပန္ရန္အတြက္ အင္မီဂေရးရွင္းဆိုင္ရာ စာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ားကို သီတဂူ အေထာက္အကူျပဳ အဖြဲ႔ မွ ကူညီခဲ႔ပါသည္။

မေလးရွားေရာက္ ျမန္မာမ်ားအားလံုးသိျပီးသည့္အတိုင္း မေလးရွားတြင္ ျဖစ္ပ်က္ခဲ့သမွ် လူမႈ႕ေရးအခက္အခဲမ်ား ၊ ဒုကၡေရာက္သူမ်ား ႏွင့္ သာေရးနာေရး မွန္သမွ်ကို မေလးရွားရွိ လူမႈ႕အဖြဲ႕အစည္း မ်ား ႏွင့္ ပရဟိတ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားက ယေန႕အထိ တတ္ႏိုင္သေရြ႕ ကူညီေျဖရွင္းေပးေနခဲ့သည္ ။
ျပီးခဲ့သည့္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ားၾကားျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့ေသာ ျပႆနာမ်ားအတြင္း ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွ လုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ား ၊ အသင္းအဖြ႕ဲမ်ား ၊ ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းမ်ား မွ ကူညီမႈသည္ ယေန႕မေလးရွားေရာက္ ျမန္မာမ်ား သမိုင္းတြင္ မွတ္တမ္းတင္ႏိုင္သည္အထိ ထိေရာက္စြာကူညီေပးသြားခဲ့ၾကသည္ ။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ ေက်းဇူးအထူးတင္သည္ ။

ယခင္ယခင္ ျဖစ္ပ်က္ေနေသာ လူမႈ႕ ျပႆနာမ်ား ၊ အလုပ္သမားျပႆနာမ်ားအတြက္ မည္သည့္ေျဖရွင္းမႈ႕မ်ဳိး မွ မရခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း ယခုအခါ အစိုးရသစ္၏ စီမံခ်က္မ်ားကလည္း တစ္ဘက္တစ္လမ္းမွ ထိေရာက္လာခဲ့သည္ ။

ျမန္မာသံရံုးတြင္ ယခုအခါ အလုပ္သမားေရးရာ တာဝန္ခံ ဦးစိုးဝင္သည္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမ်ား၏ မတရားခံရမႈမ်ား ၊ နစ္နာေၾကးမ်ား ၊ ထိခိုက္ဒဏ္ရာရရွိမႈမ်ားအတြက္ တာဝန္ခံေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးေနသာအခါ နစ္နာေသာ အလုပ္သမားမ်ားအတြက္ အားကိုးရာ တစ္ခုအေနျဖစ္လာခဲ့ရသည္ ။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ မေလးရွားေရာက္ ျမန္မာမ်ားသည္ ယခု အားကိုးရာမဲ့ သလိုမခံစားရေတာ့ … မိမိႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ားအေရးကို ထိထိေရာက္ေရာက္ ကာကြယ္ေပးမႈမ်ား စီမံမႈမ်ားအားလံုးကို ၾကိဳဆိုသည္ ။

ထို႕အတူ မေလးရွားႏိုင္ငံတစ္ဝန္းလံုးရွိ လူမႈ႕အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားအားလံုးအတြက္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ မေလးရွားေရာက္ ျမန္မာမ်ားစာမ်က္ႏွာမွ အစဥ္တစိုက္ အားေပး ကူညီသြားမည္ျဖစ္သည္ ။

ယခု တစ္ဖန္ မေလးရွားႏိုင္ငံ ကြာလာလမ္ပူတြင္ ျပီးခဲ့သည့္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ားျမန္မာျပည္ျပန္ေရး တာဝန္ယူ လုပ္အားေပးသြားေသာ သူမ်ားမွ ဆက္လက္ျပီး ဧရာဝတီေစတနာ့ဝန္ထမ္းအဖြဲ႕ -မေလးရွားကြန္ယက္ ကို ဖြဲ႕စည္းေၾကာင္း သိရသည္ ။

ထိုအဖြဲ႕၏ ဆက္လက္ေဆာင္ရြက္မည့္ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား ၊ စီမံမႈမ်ား ၊ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္မႈမ်ား ၊ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို လာမည့္ ၂၄.၁၁.၂၀၁၃ (တနဂၤေႏြေန႕) တြင္ ကပုန္းဘုန္းေတာ္ၾကီးေက်ာင္း၌ ဖြင့္ပြဲအခမ္းအနားအျဖစ္ ဖြင့္လွစ္ ျပီး မေလးရွားမွ လူမႈ႕ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား ၊ ဖိတ္ၾကားထားသူမ်ား ၊ ႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ား ႏွင့္ ျမန္မာျပည္မွ အထူးဖိတ္ၾကားထားေသာ ဧည့္သည္မ်ား ႏွင့္အတူ ဖြင့္လွစ္သြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းသိရသည္ ။

မည္သို႕ျဖစ္ေစ အကူညီေပးမည့္ လက္တစ္ဘက္တိုးလာႏိုင္ေစေၾကာင္းမေလးရွားေရာက္ ျမန္မာမ်ား အဖဲြဲ႕မွ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္သည္ ။

“ထိုင္းမွာေနတဲ့အခါမွာ ကိုယ့္ႏိုင္ငံသားအခ်င္းခ်င္း သည္းခံစိတ္နဲ႔ေပါင္းသင္း ဆက္ၾကရမွာျဖစ္သလို ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံက ျပဌာန္းထားတဲ့ ဥပေဒ ေတြကိုလည္းလိုက္နာၾကရမယ္။

ေငြစုၾက၊ ပညာရွာၾက၊ မိမိရည္မွန္း ထားသ ေလာက္ စုမိတာနဲ႔ မိမိတိုင္းျပည္ကို ျပန္ၾကပါ။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွာလည္း အလုပ္အကိုင္အခြင့္ အလမ္းေတြေဖၚထုတ္ ေနၿပီျဖစ္တာေၾကာင့္ မၾကာခင္ ကိုယ့္တိုင္းျပည္ကို ျပန္ၿပီးအလုပ္ လုပ္ႏိုင္ၾကေတာ့ မွာျဖစ္တယ္။ ၂၀၁၅ ခုႏွစ္မွာ လက္ရွိ၀င္ေငြထက္ ၃ဆတိုးေအာင္ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္အစိုးရအေနနဲ႔ စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ ရြက္ေနၾကတယ္။ မၾကာ ေသာကာလမွာ တိုင္ျပည္ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္လာေတာ့မွာျဖစ္တယ္။ တိုင္းျပည္ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးတိုး တက္ေရးဟာ တိုင္းျပည္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းမွ ျဖစ္မွာျဖစ္တာေၾကာင့္ ယခုဆိုရင္ လက္နက္ကိုင္အဖြဲ႔ ၁၇ ဖြဲ႔နဲ႔ အပစ္ ခတ္ ရပ္စဲေရး သေဘာတူညီ ခဲ့ၾကၿပီးျဖစ္ပါတယ္” ဟု ရာခ်ီရွိသည့္ အလုပ္သမားမ်ား အား ေျပာဆိုသြားခဲ့သည္။

မဟာခ်ိဳင္အလုပ္သမားမ်ားက ေမးျမန္းၾကသည့္ ပတ္စပို႔ရွိလွ်က္ႏွင့္ ထိုင္းရဲဖမ္းဆီးျခင္းကိစၥ၊ မဲေဆာက္သို႔ သြားလွ်င္ ဂိတ္မ်ားတြင္ ပိုက္ဆံေပး ရျခင္းကိစၥ၊ ႏွင့္ လံုၿခံဳမႈမရွိသည့္ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားအျပင္ အလုပ္သမားမ်ား၏ ကေလးငယ္မ်ားအတြက္ ထိုင္း အစိုးရက တရား၀င္ေနထိုင္ခြင့္ ဗီဇာမလုပ္ေပး သည့္ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားကိုေျဖၾကား ခဲ့သည္။

“ပုလိပ္ဖမ္းတာတို႔ မတရားအႏိုင္က်င့္ခံရ တာ တို႔ရွိရင္၊ အခ်က္အလက္အျပည့္အစံုနဲ႔ မွတ္တမ္းမွတ္ရာေတြနဲ႔ အလုပ္သမားသံအရာရွိ ဦးေက်ာ္ေက်ာ္လြင္ နဲ႔ တတိယအတြင္း၀န္ ဦးထြန္းေအး တို႔ဆီကို အကူညီ ေတာင္းၾကပါ။ ကိုေက်ာ္ေသာင္းတို႔ ကူညီေစာင့္ေရွာက္ေကာ္မတီဆီကို ပို႔ပါ။ အတတ္ႏိုင္ဆံုး ကူညီ ေပးပါမယ္” ဟု အေလးနက္ေျပာဆိုသြားခဲ့သျဖင့္ အလုပ္သမားမ်ား အထူး၀မ္းေျမာက္ေက်နပ္ၾကသည္။

MAT အဖြဲ႔ ဒါရိုက္တာ ဦးေက်ာ္ေသာင္း က “အစိုးရသစ္လက္ထက္မွာ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္လူႀကီးေတြ သာမန္အလုပ္သမားေတြနဲ႔ အခုလုိ နီးနီးကပ္ကပ္ ထိေတြ႔ ဆက္ဆံလာတာဟာ တကယ့္အေျပာင္း အလဲႀကီး ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္တို႔လို လူထုအေျချပဳ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းေတြ၊ အင္ဂ်ီအိုေတြ ကို သံရံုးထဲကို ဖိတ္ၾကားၿပီး ေကာ္မတီဖြဲ႔တာေတြ၊ အမွႈအခင္းေတြ အတြက္ ထိုင္းအစိုးရကိုတင္ျပဖို႔လိုအပ္တဲ့ သံရံုး စာရြက္စာတမ္းေတြကို အလွ်င္အျမန္ ထုတ္ေပး တာေတြဟာ အထူးေလးစားဖို႔ေကာင္းပါတယ္။ စနစ္တက်ျဖစ္ဖို႔အတြက္ေတာ့ အလုပ္သမားအေရး အေတြ႔ အႀကံဳရွိတဲ့ သူေတြ၊ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားအေရးကို ႏွစ္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ လုပ္လာခဲ့ၾက တဲ့ ထိုင္းေရွ႕ေနႀကီးေတြ၊ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးလႈပ္ရွားသူေတြနဲ႔ စကားစျမည္းေျပာၿပီး သူတို႔ေတြဆီက အႀကံျပဳ ခ်က္ေတြကို ရယူေစခ်င္ တယ္။ ျမန္မာသံရံုးမွာ ထိုင္းဘာသာစကား ကၽြမ္းက်င္တဲ့ အလုပ္သမားသံအရာရွိ ေတြ တိုးခန္႔ဖို႔လည္း လိုအပ္ ပါေသးတယ္” ဟု အႀကံျပဳေျပာဆိုသည္။

ပညာေရႊစင္ စာသင္ေက်ာင္းမွ ဥကၠဌ ဦးေစာထူး က “ က်ေနာ္တို႔ ေက်ာင္းဖြင့္စက ျမန္မာ အလုပ္သမားသံအရာရွိ ဦးေက်ာ္ေက်ာ္လြင္ ကအစစအရာကူညီေပးခဲ့ပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္တို႔ ေက်ာင္း ဆက္လက္ရပ္တည္ႏိုင္ဖို႔အတြက္ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္အစိုးရက တတ္ႏိုင္သေလာက္ အကူညီေပးေစခ်င္ပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္တို႔ေက်ာင္းက ဆရာေတြဟာ ေက်ာင္းသား မိဘေတြရဲ႕ အေထာက္အပံ့အနည္းငယ္နဲ႔ မေလာက္ မငရပ္တည္ေနၾကရတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္” တင္ျပေျပာဆိုသြားခဲ့သည္။

သံအမတ္ႀကီး က ေက်ာင္းထိုင္ဆရာေတာ္ ေဒါက္တာ မဟာမာန္ အား ဖူးေမွ်ာ္ ဂါရ၀ျပဳ ေလွ်ာက္ထားစဥ္ ရာခ်ီ၍ တက္ေရာက္သင္ၾကားေနၾကသည့္ ေက်ာင္းသူေက်ာင္း သားမ်ား၏ က်မၼာေရးႏွင့္လံုၿခံဳေရးတို႔အား က တာ၀န္ ယူထားေၾကာင္း မိန္႔ေတာ္မူသျဖင့္ အားလံုးသာဓု ေခၚခဲ့ၾကေၾကာင္း သိရွိရသည္။

UNHCR Malaysia Advice for refugees and asylum-seekers on the Mobile Registration Exercise conducted by UNHCR The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is undertaking a Mobile Registration exercise for unregistered asylum-seekers
in Malaysia.

– This exercise will be held in stages, in several locations across Malaysia, and will take place from 2 September 2013 through to the end of the year/early 2014.

– The purpose of this exercise is to register some populations of unregistered asylum-seekers found to be in need of international protection.

– Only unregistered asylum-seekers who are already in Malaysia and whose names are already on UNHCR’s list will be registered during this exercise.

– The persons who are on the list will be contacted directly by UNHCR and will be given a Code and information on where they should go for the exercise.

– If you were given a Code but cannot remember the location of where you should go, you can call the Mobile Registration Hotline at 0126534791 and 0126534826, which operate
from 8am – 10pm every day.

– Only asylum seekers who have received the Code by UNHCR before the start of the exercise will be registered. Asylum-seekers who come to the venue without the code that was given by UNHCR will not be registered and are asked to wait for the next exercise.

Perils facing Myanmar migrant workers in Malaysia

Because of the poor conditions in Myanmar, many citizens have gone abroad in search of proper jobs. In this case, some have gone to developed western countries while others have had to make do working in regional countries such as Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. Among those countries, Malaysia is chosen as an ideal place for many Myanmar migrant workers.

For many working abroad, segregation and bullying are some of the difficulties of their daily lives. After the sectarian riots occurred in Myanmar, nationals working in Islamic countries have suddenly become victims of violence and hatred. A few months later eight Myanmar nationals were killed in Indonesia, and in late May four Myanmar migrant workers were murdered in Malaysia. As a result, Myanmar’s foreign ministry made a diplomatic request asking the Malaysia government to protect Myanmar nationals in the country. However, we are hearing reports that the Malaysia government is arresting Myanmar nationals instead of investigating their murderers. 
These kinds of actions can ruin the relations between of the two ASEAN countries. Therefore, Myanmar government should resist requesting the Malaysia government to protect Myanmar citizens. The Daily Eleven encourages the government to allow the return of Myanmar migrant workers whose visas have been cancelled due to taxation or other problems and for businesses to open cheap airlines so that the workers can return home.

THAILAND: 1000 illegal workers arrested in Chonburi

CHONBURI, April 26 – About 1,000 illegal migrant workers were arrested in the eastern seaboard province of Chonburi after the extension period for the foreign worker registration expired on April 13.

Officials of the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), the Department of Employment and Pattaya police searched “Sriracha House” in Sriracha district where more than 3,000 foreign workers live in the five-storey building, said Cherdsak Wisutthikul, director of the Inspection and Job Seekers Protection Division.

Initially, he said about 30-40 per cent of the workers were believed to be illegal migrant labourers without immigration documents and work permits.

Most came from Myanmar and Cambodia across the border with help from brokers to get jobs in industrial plants in Chonburi, he added.

Arrested workers will be charged with illegal entry and deported to their home countries, while legal action will be taken against their employers with a possible fine of Bt10,000-100,000 per illegal worker hired.

The DSI will also conduct similar operations in other provinces to crack down on illegal workers. (MCOT online news)

Case Claims: Defamation, Computer Crimes Act Date of Case Submission: 04/02/2556

Case Summary: Between 15th January 2013 and 21st January 2013, continuously throughout the day and night, the defendant had the audacity to recall and publically disseminate the results of his research which he claimed to have recieved from interviewing workers of the prosecutor. In addition, the defendant discussed and expanded on his research in the presence of many members of the public and media. As a result, media used the research findings that the defendant had disseminated and printed these findings on three websites and other websites. The research findings made allegations of human rights and labour rights violations including employment of child labourers under 15 years of age, employment of labourers for less than the legal minimum wage, refusal to allow workers days off and bonuses in line with the law. In addition, Myanmar workers claimed that their passports were unlawfully confiscated by the prosecutor. All of this information is false. The result of this dissemination of false information by the defendant has resulted in significant loss of reputation for the prosecutor who has been loathed and looked down upon by the public and overseas persons who recieved knowledge of the defendant’s claims, including via computer. The alleged acts took place in every district and every area of Bangkok. The prosecution requests that the defendant is punished in accordance with the Criminal Code sections 326, 328 and 332 and the Computer Crimes Act 2007 sections 3 and 4.
