ႏိူင္ငံရီးပါတီတစ္ခု တည္ေဆာက္ျခင္းသည္ အထူးအဆန္းမဟုတ္ေသာ္လည္း ရခိုင္အမ်ိဳးသားပါတီ (ANP) ကို သာမန္ႏိူင္ငံရီးပါတီဟူ၍ မယူဆပါ။ သူ႔ေခတ္သူ႔ အခါ အေလ်ာက္ ေအာင္ပြဲခံခကတ္ေသာ အထင္ကရအမ်ိဳးသား ရီးပါတီ ႏွစ္ခုသည္ တိုင္းျပည္ တာဝန္ကို စုစည္းညီညြတ္စြာ ထမ္းေဆာင္ႏိူင္ရန္ ပူးေပါင္းခကတ္ျခင္းျဖစ္သည့္ အတြက္ အႏွစ္သာရအားျဖင့္ ေလးနက္လွေပသည္။ သို႔ျဖစ္ပါ၍ မိမိ႐ို႕ ရကၡိဳင့္တပ္မေတာ္သည္ ရခိုင္အမ်ိဳးသား ပါတီအေပၚတြင္ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ခ်က္ႀကီးစြာထားဟိေၾကာင္းကို သိဟိစီလိုပါသည္။
ရခိုင္ျပည္ႏွင့္ ရခိုင္လူမ်ိဳးမ်ားသည္ ယခင္ထက္ပို၍ႀကီးမားေသာ အမ်ိဳးသားရီးစိန္ေခၚမႈမ်ားႏွင့္ နိစဥ္ႏွင့္အမွ် အႏႈတ္လကၡဏာျပကာဆုတ္ယုတ္က်ဆင္းလာနီေသာ အၿခီအနီမ်ားကို မ်က္ေမွာက္ျပဳနီကတ္ရေပသည္။ ဤ အနီအထားမ်ား ကို အဖတ္ဆယ္ကာ မိမိ႐ို႕၏ လက္ဟိအၿခီအနီႏွင့္အက်ပ္အတည္းမ်ားကို ရင္ဆိုင္ေျဖယွင္းရန္ အတြက္ စုစည္းက်စ္လ်စ္ေသာ ပါတီတစ္ခုကို ဒုကၡႏံြတြင္းထဲေရာက္ရခိုင္လူထုႏွင့္ ပစၥကၡရခိုင့္အေမွာင္သမိုင္းက ေတာင္းဆိုလွ်က္ ဟိနီပါသည္။
ရကၡိဳင့္တပ္မေတာ္သည္ ၂၀၀၈ ဖြဲ႔စည္းပံုအၿခီခံဥပေဒကို မေထာက္ခံေသာ္လည္း မ်က္ေမွာက္ကာလ ျမန္မာ့ ႏိူင္ငံရီးအခင္းအက်င္းမ်ားႏွင့္ မိမိ႐ို႕ရခိုင္လူမႈဘဝ၏ အခက္အခဲမ်ားကိုဆက္စပ္ကာ အေကာင္းဆံုးအၿခီအနီ မ်ားကိုသံုးသပ္ရွာဖြီျပဳလုပ္ လွ်က္ဟိနီပါသည္။ လက္ဟိျမန္မာ့ႏိူင္ငံရီး အလားအလာမ်ားက အလြန္တရာ ဝိေရာဓိျဖစ္စရာေကာင္းေသာ အျငင္းပြားဖြယ္ရာဒီမိုကေရစီလမ္းေၾကာင္းတစ္ခုကို ခရီး ဆက္ေလွ်ာက္လွမ္းနီ ေၾကာင္း ေဖာ္ျပနီသည္ကိုတြိျမင္ရပါသည္။
ဒီမိုကေရစီျပည္ေထာင္စုႏိုင္ငံကိုတည္ေဆာက္မည္ဟု ေၾကြးေၾကာ္နီေသာ္လည္း အဆက္မျပတ္ႏိူင္ေသာ ကိုလိုနီျပဳမႈမ်ားႏွင့္ သိမ္ေမြ႕စြာေရာျပြမ္းလွ်က္ဟိနီသည္ကို ထင္ထင္ယွားယွားျမင္တြိႏိူင္ကတ္ပါသည္။ ဖက္ဒရယ္ ဟူေသာ စကားလံုးကိုေတာင္မွ ၾကည္ၾကည္ျဖဴျဖဴ၊ လိုလိုလားလား လက္သင့္ခံႏိူင္သည့္ အနီအထားသို႔ပင္ မေရာက္သိသည္ကို သတိမူသင့္ေပသည္။ ျပည္ေထာင္စုအဖြဲ႔ဝင္ျဖစ္ေသာ အမ်ိဳးသားအၿခီခံ မိမိ႐ို႕ျပည္နယ္မ်ား သည္ ဤျပည္ေထာင္စုအဖြဲ႔ဝင္လူမ်ိဳးစုႀကီးတစ္ခု၏ အခ်ဳပ္အခ်ာအာဏာ လက္ေဝခံမဟုတ္ေၾကာင္းကို ယွင္းလင္းစြာ သေဘာေပါက္နားလည္ထားရန္ လိုအပ္ပါသည္။ ဤအယူအဆကို ျမန္မာလူမ်ိဳးမ်ား ကိုယ္တိုင္ သေဘာေပါက္လက္ခံလာရန္လိုအပ္ေပသည္။
ျမန္မာျပည္ဒီမိုကေရစီတည္ေဆာက္ရီးလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္ ေအာင္ျမင္မည္၊ မေအာင္ျမင္မည္ကို အထူးတလည္မေျပာ လိုပါ။ သို႔ေသာ္ အနည္းငယ္မွ်ေသာပြင့္လင္းမႈကိုအသံုးခ်ကာ မိမိ႐ို႕ရခိုင္လူမ်ိဳးမ်ားအတြက္ ေကာင္းက်ိဳးတစ္စံု တစ္ရာကို မရမကေဆာင္ၾကဥ္းပီးရမည္မွာ ကၽြႏူ္ပ္႐ို႕၏ အဓိကက်ေသာတာဝန္ပင္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ပြင့္လင္း သေယာင္ ႏွင့္ ယႈပ္ထြီးလာနီသည့္ အနီအထား၏မေရရာမႈမ်ားကို ကၽြႏူ္ပ္႐ို႕အတြိအႀကံဳအရ အေကာင္းဆံုး ႀကိဳးစားမႈျဖင့္ အဆိုးဆံုးအတြက္ျပင္ဆင္ကာ ခရီးဆက္ကတ္ရဦးမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

A police investigation surrounding possible money laundering in the buying of shares in the Asia Green Development Bank was concluded on July 28 according to senior police sources.
The results of the probe into the acquisition of 15 per cent of AGD Bank shares by Aye Ne Win, a grandson of former military dictator Ne Win, have been reported to relevant authorities.
“Investigations of whether share transfer involves clean money have been completed in line with the Anti-Money Laundering Law. We asked both the share buyer and seller to present the source of cash spent in purchasing shares. Together with the figures we obtained after investigation, their data has been reported to relevant authorities. If their actions breach the law, we will bring them to court,” said a senior police officer on condition of anonymity.
AGD Bank has sold 90,000 shares under the approval of the Central Bank of Myanmar. Yin Htwe, Khin Win Maw and Thura Myint from Mikko group bought most of the shares while Aye Ne Win reportedly bought 15 per cent, who plans to buy another 60 per cent, and up to 85 per cent within six months.
Aye Ne Win said that his younger brother, Kyaw Ne Win, takes leading role in share acquisition.
An investigation team was formed by officials from customs, monetary investigation police and the Bureau of Special Investigation. The price of the shares could not be revealed.
“We currently have inspected the beginning of the business and will monitor throughout its operation. We will take close watch to know if the cash driving the bank is supporting criminals, black money or laundering,” continued the police officer.
Late dictator Ne Win’s son-in-law Aye Zaw Win and his grandsons [sons of Aye Zaw Win] Aye Ne Win, Kyaw Ne Win and Zwe Ne Win were sentenced to death for treason in 2002. Their sentences were reduced to prison terms.
After serving more than 10 years, they were released under general amnesty in 2012 and 2013.
Sandar Win, the daughter of Ne Win, was put under house arrest while her husband and her sons were in jail.
During their detention and the period after their release, earnings from their business did not shock the public.

$30 billion to double the number of Border Patrol agents along the Southern border, from about 18,000 today to 38,405. That’s about 19 agents per mile.

$8 billion to complete and reinforce a 700-mile pedestrian border fence.

$4.5 billion in high-tech surveillance technology, including 24/7 use of unmanned aerial drones; six “Vader” (Vehicle Dismount and Exploitation Radar) radar systems developed for the military in Afghanistan; 40 new helicopters; 30 marine vessels; 4,595 unattended ground sensors with seismic, imaging, and infrared capability; 86 towers; and hundreds of cameras, night-vision goggles, fiber-optic inspection scopes, and mobile surveillance systems.

$1 billion to expand the E-Verify System, a computerized data network that allows employers to check the immigration status of potential workers, and build a “photo tool” that allows a company to match applicants to photos in the U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services Database. (Just 7 percent of employers are currently using the E-Verify system, but the bill calls for the system to be rolled out to all employers within four years.)

We have all kind of religions in Burma. There is no religious war as far as I am concern. The fact is that Rohingya are illegal immigrants and they are asking for the ethnic rights which we cannot give. Even to be the citizen, we cannot give away Burmese citizenship easily or cheaply to everyone whoever enter into Burma illegally. Rohingya Bengalis enter into Burma illegally while Burmese Democrats and ethnic alike are busy fighting with military regime. Rohingya Bengalis wanted to have northern Arakan, Burma as the Islamic state ruling with Sharia Islamic laws. Rohingyas Bengalis are trained and supported by Islamic Extremist Terrorists including Taliban. Rohingya are taking shelter under mask of refugees and religion. They are making-up the fake the stories for ages appealing the international community by saying that their human rights are violated. Since the military regime is on the other hand notorious for so long for its track records of human rights violation on ethnics groups like Kachin and Karen, etc. At the other hand, Burmese and activists have been keeping silent on Rohingya lies histories with the mind-set of “enemy of enemy is our friend”.They have the perception of it will be set-back if they voice out against lies Rohinga stories. But, behind the curtain all the democrats and ethnic leaders have common position that they don’t recognise Rohingya as the original indigenous ethnic people of Burma. They agree on the fact that we all will sort out the Rohingya problems when the time is appropriate such as when democracy restored in Burma. For the Burmese community in exile, all the Burmese people NEVER ever accept ROHINGYA as part of Burma ethnic people or part of Burma. For the people inside Burma they always see Rohingya Bengali Muslims as the illegal immigrants from Bangladesh and it is in fact right. Addition, Burmese leaders always keep quiet about Rohingya problem which in fact watering the Rohingya problem to grow. We are now officially declared to the world that we never accept Rohingya as part of Burma. Exile media also play their parts fanning the Rohingya flame from the spark to full grown terrorists. Some so-called campaigning groups who self-proclaimed themselves working for Burma are in fact making Rohingya problem bigger since they care only about money and they are doing everything to get money. The issue is long overdue to be resolved. But so-called leaders cowardly avoid taking the responsibility but passing this Rohingya problem fire-ball for the next generation. This is how anti Rohingya Bengali campaigns started and has long been for decades. We will protect our nation and people from all forms of threats to national security including Rohingya Bengali Islamic Extremist Terrorists.

Some so-called campaigning groups are advocating for Rohingya Bengali TERRORISTS since they care only about MONEY since they get money with Rohingya Bengali issues.

Funny, we are not talking about migration issue. We are taking about IMMIGRATION issue. We are not talking about Human Rights issue but we are talking about ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION ISSUES. 

Anyone glorifying ROHINGYA BENGALI ISLAMIC Terrorists, then learn this. I must quote what former president George W. Bush had said,

“Any government that supports, protects or harbours terrorists is complicit in the murder of the innocent and equally guilty of terrorist crimes. Every nation in every region now has a decision to make. Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists.”

To be a Burmese citizen is not that easy so does to be a UK citizen. I must also quote what UK IMMIGRATION LAW has to say.

It mention clearly that to be a UK citizen, you need following:

+ If you were born in the UK on or after 1 January 1983
+ If you were born in the UK on or after 1 January 1983, you are a British citizen if at the time of your birth one of your parents was: a British citizen; or legally settled in the UK.”

Anyone recognise the conditional clause IF and AFTER and standard requirement of LEGALLY settled.

Likewise, we can’t easily give away a Burmese citizenship to anyone entering Burma Illegally.

ABFSU Student Union ‘to Register or Risk Jail’

Leaders of the All Burma Federation of Student Unions (ABFSU) were told on Wednesday to register as an official association by the Rangoon authorities or potentially face imprisonment.

However, prominent members of the umbrella body which represents Burmese student organizations denied this step was necessary as it has no intention to stand for election.

“Dr. Than Aung of the Rangoon Division Administrative Office told us to register the Student Union [ABFSU] because they do not see us as a registered party at the Election Commission,” Phyo Phyo Aung, the secretary of the ABFSU organizing committee, told The Irrawaddy.

“They told us how to register under section two of the Registration Act (6/88) as well as the punishments if the union is not registered,” she added.

But the organizing committee’s members denied that it needs to register as they consider themselves neither a political party nor a social organization. According to the Unlawful Association Act, persons forming illegal organization can be sentenced to five years imprisonment while activists can get three years.

Phyo Phyo Aung argued that they could only decide with the will of all students throughout the whole nation and that “the nationwide student conference will need to agree to this,” which the authorities could not accept.

Than Aung, along with various provincial and township authorities, said that ABFSU’s current existence is “unlawful” under existing regulations, and therefore the union must “register or postpone its activities” until alternative legislation is enacted by Parliament.

“Basically they were warning us even though they said they just ‘informing’ us about the rules,” said Phyo Phyo Aung.

The organizing committee’s nine members were summoned by the Rangoon Administrative Department office on Monday for the meeting on Wednesday. It is the second occasion they have been reprimanded recently after members were also warned to register their O-Way student journal at the Press Censorship Board in April.

The ABFSU, an original hub of the students’ political movement since British colonial rule, has been at the center of major events throughout Burmese history. Burmese independence hero Aung San, the father of current opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi, first formed a precursor union in 1931.

Prominent members of the ABFSU including Min Ko Naing were arrested in August 2007 for organizing peaceful demonstrations during the monk-led Saffron Revolution.

Rangoon’s original Student Union Building was demolished on July 6, 1962, by dictator Ne Win after protests against his coup a few months previously. The ABFSU plans to commemorate the building’s demise on its 50th anniversary next month.
