ไม่มีเจตนานำภาพที่น่ารันทดนี้มาเผยแพร่ครับ แต่อยากกระตุ้นต่อมมนุษย์บางคน บางกลุ่มให้เห็น”คน”เป็น”คน”ที่เห็นเป็นศพพี่น้องชาวลาวที่อัดแน่นมาในรถกระบะต่อพิเศษทำใหสาสารถอัดคนเข้าได้เต็มที่ถึงเที่ยวละ30คน แต่เที่ยวที่เกิดอุบัติเหตุเช้าวันที่7ตค.ที่อ.บ้านด่าน บุรีรัมย์ มีผู้โดยสาร23คนขับ1/ตายรวม17…./ข้อน่าสังเกตคือทุกคน ยกเว้นคนขับที่เป็นคนไทย”ไม่มีเอกสารติดตัว”ทั้งบัตรประชาชน หรือบัตรอะไร ไม่มีทั้งนั้น…. มันคืออะไรครับ???
มันก็คือวิธีการค้ามนุษย์!!!คนเหล่านี้ข้ามมาจากฝั่ง สปป.ลาว เมืองละคอนเพ็ง แขวงสาละวัน ฝั่งตรงข้าม อ.เขมราฐ อ.นาตาล อุบลราชธานี หลบเข้าเมืองเข้ามาทำงานที่สมุทรปราการแบบเถื่อน/ตอนกลับก็ต้องกลับทางเดิม ที่ด่านถาวรปากแซง อ.นาตาล เพิ่อข้ามฝั่งไปเมืองละคอนเพ็ง//ที่ต้องไม่มีเอกสารติดตัวก็เพราะ “จงใจให้ตม.จับ”พอจับในข้อหาลักลอบหลบหนีเข้าเมืองโดยผิดกฎหมาย ปรับ300บาท แล้วเนรเทศกลับ ก็เข้าทางเพราะจะกลับบ้านออกพรรษาอยู่แล้ว แต่การไม่มีเอกสารติดตัวนี่ จะไม่ถูกยันทึกชื่อ จะกลับมาอีก แล้วกลับบ้านอีกปีหน้า ก็ไม่มีประวัติ/ตม.ก็มีผลงาน คนงานก็หลบเข้า ออกได้ ที่มากกว่านั้นขบวนการขนคนก็ทำมาหากินกันได้ยาว….ไม่แปลกที่ต้องอัดคนเที่ยวละ23 คน เพราะ(อาจ)”มีค่าใช้จ่าย” ค่าโดยสารต่อหัวแพงพอๆกับนั่งเครื่องบินชั้นบิซิเนส สุวรรณภูมิ-อุบล/คิดค่าโดยสารเบ็ดเสร็จหัวละ3,500บาท/เที่ยวนี้ก็23×3,500=80,500บาท/วิ่งกระบะเที่ยวเดียวทำเงินถึง 8หมื่น ทำคนเดียว รับคนเดียว…รวยเละเทะ!!! ใคร คนไหน..???.คอยจ้องหากินกับคนด้อยโอกาส เพียงแค่เขาต้องดิ้นรนเพื่ออยู่เพื่อกิน แต่ก็ต้องเสี่ยงเป็น เสี่ยงตาย ยอมทุกอย่างเพื่อมาเป็นเหยื่อคนอยากรวย….นี่ยังเพ้อประโลมโลกเรื่องAECอะไรกัน มิทราบ/

National League for Democracy members in Myanmar’s Rakhine State have expressed their support for the government’s two-child policy imposed on Bengali families in two townships, Maungdaw and Butheetaung.
The NLD offices from 8 townships in Sittwe District released a statement on May 31 saying they support the policy, which is aimed at reducing the number of birth rate of the Bengali communities in the townships.
The NLD offices in the district showed their support for the policy on that day even though NLD chairperson Aung San Suu Kyi slammed the policy as an unlawful discrimination on May 27.
Myanmar’s Two Child Policy and the Human Rights Paradoxes

The local authorities in Rakhine State reaffirmed a 2005 regulation
imposing a two child policy for Bengali Muslims in Buthidaung and
Maungdaw townships. This policy evoked thunderous howls of protest from
human rights organizations as well as the international media that
slammed it as a violation of human rights
Several countries in Asia have child restriction policies. Such
policies are either already in place, in planning stage or contemplated
as population growth poses a challenge to the general welfare of their
citizens. China’s one-child policy is a well known example. Vietnam has
had a two-child policy since 1960, which is now relaxed; India has a
two-child policy for a specific defined group; and the Phillipines is
giving serious thought to child restriction policies.
Myanmar -Burma Political prisoners released today

Ninety people, including at least six political prisoners, were released from jail on Tuesday in the latest amnesty to be announced by Burma’s reformist president Thein Sein, according to a report by BBC Burmese.
The BBC identified four people formally recognised as political prisoners who were released from Burma’s notorious
Insein prison, including Zaw Moe, a former soldier from the All Burma Students’ Democratic Front, along with Ye Htet Soe, an ethnic Arakanese arrested in 2009 on charges related to explosives, as well as Nay Myo Thura and Sai Aung Kyaw.
Of the 30 inmates released from
Pegu division’s Tharwaddy Prison, the BBC identified two as political prisoners; Aung Thu and Aye Min Soe.
56 political prisoners from five jails. According to AAPP, 176 remain in detention.

Just finished productive meeting with British Ambassador Mark Kent @ british embassy bangkok regarding natural fruit prosecution against me. In meeting with British Ambassador, made clear I will not negotiate with Natural Fruit until they drop the malicious law suits against me. Also requested UK Embassy through EU FTA to urgently review trade relations with Thailand given systematic abuse/trafficking of migrants. Finally, made clear suspicions despite Thai gov apparent position prosecution more than private suit by private company against an individual. It is also politically motivated involving one or more prominent politician in Thailand and the government are not doing enough to improve standards at natural fruit and get the malicious case dropped. British Ambassador made clear the Embassy and wider EU’s support and commitment to my personal safety and my decade’s work for migrants in Thailand.

(New York) – Criminal defamation charges against a prominent labor activist violate his right to free speech and will have a chilling effect on investigations of alleged rights abuses by companies in Thailand. Proceedings in the case, brought by a fruit processing company before the South Bangkok criminal court, are scheduled for April 11, 2013.

| Negotiations have recently begun for a free trade agreement between the EU and Thailand, the third largest EU trading partner in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), with bilateral trade of more than EUR 30 billion (EU exports of EUR 14.8 billion and imports of EUR 16.9 billion). The EU is the main international investor in this country.Several weeks ago, the Finnish organisation Finnwatch reported on the practice of child labour and labour abuses in two of the main tinned tuna factories in Thailand that supply the EU and US markets (Unicord and Thai Union Manufacturing).1. Can the Commission state whether it is aware of these reports of child labour and labour abuses in the Thai canning industry?2. What controls are there to prevent products produced without respecting the fundamental rights from gaining access to the European and international market?3. What new guarantees does the Commission plan to introduce in the new free trade agreement to ensure fair competition and prevent unfair competition?
With regard to the strictly trade-related content of the agreement, will the Commission prevent tariff and non-tariff conditions for the tinned tuna trade from unjustifiably damaging the European sector? |

Destroy all churches!! Obama silent while Saudi grand mufti targets Christianity
If the pope called for the destruction of all the mosques in Europe, the uproar would be cataclysmic. Pundits would lambaste the church, the White House would rush out a statement of deep concern, and rioters in the Middle East would kill each other in their grief. But when the most influential leader in the Muslim world issues a fatwa to destroy Christian churches, the silence is deafening.
On March 12, Sheik Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah, the grand mufti of Saudi Arabia, declared that it is “necessary to destroy all the churches of the region.” The ruling came in response to a query from a Kuwaiti delegation over proposed legislation to prevent construction of churches in the emirate. The mufti based his decision on a story that on his deathbed, Muhammad declared, “There are not to be two religions in the [Arabian] Peninsula.” This passage has long been used to justify intolerance in the kingdom. Churches have always been banned in Saudi Arabia, and until recently Jews were not even allowed in the country. Those wishing to worship in the manner of their choosing must do so hidden away in private, and even then the morality police have been known to show up unexpectedly and halt proceedings.
This is not a small-time radical imam trying to stir up his followers with fiery hate speech. This was a considered, deliberate and specific ruling from one of the most important leaders in the Muslim world. It does not just create a religious obligation for those over whom the mufti has direct authority; it is also a signal to others in the Muslim world that destroying churches is not only permitted but mandatory.
The Obama administration ignores these types of provocations at its peril. The White House has placed international outreach to Muslims at the center of its foreign policy in an effort to promote the image of the United States as an Islam-friendly nation. This cannot come at the expense of standing up for the human rights and religious liberties of minority groups in the Middle East. The region is a crucial crossroads. Islamist radicals are leading the rising political tide against the authoritarian, secularist old order. They are testing the waters in their relationship with the outside world, looking for signals of how far they can go in imposing their radical vision of a Shariah-based theocracy. Ignoring provocative statements like the mufti’s sends a signal to these groups that they can engage in the same sort of bigotry and anti-Christian violence with no consequences.
Mr. Obama’s outreach campaign to the Muslim world has failed to generate the good will that he expected. In part, this was because he felt it was better to pander to prejudice than to command respect. When members of the Islamic establishment call for the religious equivalent of ethnic cleansing, the leader of the free world must respond or risk legitimizing the oppression that follows. The United States should not bow to the extremist dictates of the grand mufti, no matter how desperate the White House is for him to like us.
