အခ်ိန္ကာလသည္ မိုးအကုန္ေဆာင္းအကူး ျဖစ္သည္ႏွင့္အညီ ေဟမာန္ေဆာင္း၏ ညေလေျပညွင္းသည္ တသုန္သုန္ႏွင့္တိုက္ခတ္ကာ လျပည္႔ဝန္းႀကီးမွာလည္း ထိန္ထိန္သာ လွ်က္႐ိွေပသည္။ ထို႔ျပင္ ဗုဒၶဘာသာဝင္ ျမန္မာတို႔၏ အမြန္ျမတ္ဆံုး ျဖစ္ေသာ ျမတ္စြာဘုရား ဝါတြင္း(၃)လကာလပါတ္လံုး နတ္ျပည္တြင္တရားေဟာခဲ့ၿပီး လူ႔ျပည္သို႔ ျပန္လည္ၾကြခ်ီရာတြင္ ဆီမီးမ်ားျဖင့္ ပူေဇာ္ၾကေသာ ဝါကၽြတ္၊ သီတင္းကၽြတ္ အဖိတ္ေန႔ညပင္ ျဖစ္ေတာ့သည္။

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔သည္လည္း နာေရးကူညီမႈအသင္း(ရန္ကုန္)တြင္ တေန႔တာ အလုပ္တာဝန္မ်ားၿပီးဆံုးၿပီး ေနာက္ ဘဝတစ္ပါးသို႔ေျပာင္းလဲသြားၾကရာဝယ္ မကၽြတ္မလြတ္ေသာဘံုဘဝသို႔ ေရာက္႐ိွေနၾကေသာ သတၱဝါ အေပါင္းတို႔အား ျပဳခဲ့သမွ် ကုသိုလ္ေကာင္းမႈမ်ားႏွင့္ အကၽြတ္အလြတ္ အဓိဌာန္ပုတီးစိပ္ကာ အမွ်ေဝ ၿပီးေသာ အခ်ိန္ ည (၂၂းဝဝ)နာရီတြင္ အိပ္စက္အနားယူရန္ ျပင္ဆင္ေနသည္႔ အခ်ိန္သမယပင္ ျဖစ္ေပေတာ့သည္။ တသုန္သုန္ တိုက္ခတ္လွ်က္႐ိွေသာ ေျမာက္ျပန္ေလႏွင့္အတူ အေဝးဆီမွ ဥၾသသံတခ်ိဳ႕ကို ကၽြန္ေတာ့္နားႏွင့္ ႐ုတ္တရက္ၾကားလိုက္ရၿပီး ေလ့က်င့္ရည္ ျပည္႔ဝေနေသာ ခႏၶာကိုယ္ႏွင့္ အသိစိတ္တို႔မွ “ဖ်ဥ္း” ကနဲ ၾကက္သီးမ်ား ထကာ အိပ္ယာမွထ၍ Stand By (အသင့္) အေနအထားျဖစ္ၿပီး သတင္းအေျခအေနကို ဆက္လက္ေစာင့္ၾကည္႔ ေနမိေတာ့သည္။ စကၠန္႔ပိုင္းအတြင္းမွာပင္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ လက္ကိုင္ဖုန္းမ်ားအတြင္းသို႔ မီးသတင္းမ်ား ဝင္ေရာက္ လာကာ နာေရးကူညီမႈအသင္း(ရန္ကုန္)၏ အေရးေပၚကူညီကယ္ဆယ္ေရးအဖြဲ႔မွာ စကၠန္႔ပိုင္းအတြင္း မွာပင္ ေ႐ွ႕တန္းမီးေလာင္ျပင္သို႔ ထြက္ရန္ အဆင္သင့္ ျဖစ္သြားခဲ့သည္။ ေနာက္မ်ားမၾကာ စကၠန္႔ပိုင္းအတြင္းမွာပင္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို၏ အေရးေပၚကယ္ဆယ္ေရးအဖြဲ႔သည္ သီတဂူအျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ သာသနာျပဳအဖြဲ႔မွ လွဴဒါန္းထား ေသာ ယာဥ္အမွတ္ ၈ည – ၁၂၂၂ ေပၚတြင္ ယာဥ္ေမာင္း ဦးရဲလင္းျမင့္၊ ကယ္ဆယ္ေရး အဖြဲ႔ဝင္မ်ားျဖစ္ၾကေသာ ဦးေရာဘတ္ေအာင္၊ ဦးဇြဲမဟိဏ္ခ၊ တို႔ႏွင့္အတူ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ ရဲသြင္ထြဋ္ တို႔သည္ မီးေလာင္ျပင္ေ႐ွ႕တန္းျဖစ္ေသာ ပန္းဆိုးတန္းလမ္း၊ ေက်ာက္တံတားၿမိဳ႕နယ္သို႔ တရိပ္ရိပ္ေျပးလႊားေနေသာ လူနာတင္ယာဥ္ႏွင့္အတူ ထြက္ခြာသြား ၿပီျဖစ္သည္။

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ နာေရးကူညီမႈအသင္း(ရန္ကုန္)႐ံုးခ်ဳပ္ တည္႐ိွရာ မ/ဒဂံုၿမိဳ႕နယ္မွ ေက်ာက္တံတားၿမိဳ႕နယ္သို႔ အလာ ကမာၻေအးဘုရား လမ္းေပၚ႐ိွ လမ္းနီမွတ္တိုင္အေရာက္တြင္ ႐ုတ္တရက္ လက္ကိုင္ဖုန္းမွ မည္သျဖင့္ ျပန္လည္ေျဖၾကားရာတြင္ ေက်ာက္တံတားၿမိဳ႕နယ္ မီးေလာင္ျပင္မွာ အေျခအေနအားလံုးေကာင္းၿပီး၊ မီးၿငိမ္းသြားၿပီ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း Ambulance မလိုေတာ့ေၾကာင္း ဆက္သြယ္အေၾကာင္းၾကားလာသျဖင့္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔လည္း မီးေလာင္ျပင္သို႔သြားရာလမ္းတြင္ ကားအားေနာက္ျပန္လွည္႔၍ မိမိတို႔႐ံုးဆိုက္ရာ နာေရးကူညီမႈအသင္း(ရန္ကုန္) သို႔ ျပည္လွည္႔ကာ ေမာင္းႏွင္လာခဲ့ပါသည္။

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ ႐ံုးခ်ဳပ္သို႔ ျပန္လည္ေရာက္႐ိွၿပီးသည္႔ေနာက္တြင္ ယာဥ္ႏွင့္လိုက္ပါလာေသာ တာဝန္က် အဖြဲ႔ဝင္ အသီးသီးမွာလည္း ေနအိမ္သို႔ ျပန္သူကျပန္၊ ကိုယ္လက္သန္႔စင္သူကသန္႔စင္ႏွင့္ ေအးေအးေဆးေဆး လုပ္ကိုင္လွ်က္႐ိွပါသည္။ ထိုစဥ္ ႐ုတ္တရက္ ဖုန္းလာသျဖင့္ ျပန္လည္ေျဖၾကားရာတြင္ အထက္ပါ ေက်ာက္တံတား ၿမိဳ႕နယ္၊ ပန္းဆိုးတန္းလမ္းတြင္ ေလာင္ေနေသာမီးမွာ အမွန္တကယ္ၿငိမ္းသြားျခင္းမ႐ိွဘဲ အတြင္းတြင္ မီးခိုးမ်ားႏွင့္ ပိတ္ၿပီးအတြင္း၌ တေျမ႕ေျမ႕လိႈက္စားကာ ေလာင္ကၽြမ္းလွ်က္႐ိွေၾကာင္း အေျခအေနသည္ မီးမွာ အမွန္တကယ္ ၿငိမ္းသတ္ သြားျခင္းမ႐ိွေၾကာင္း ဆက္သြယ္သတင္းေပး အေၾကာင္းၾကားလာသည္။ ယခင္က အနားယူရန္ ျပင္ဆင္ေနေသာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔အဖြဲ႔မွာ ကယ္ဆယ္ေရးဝတ္စံုမ်ား၊ Equipment မ်ားကိုဆြဲကာ လူနာတင္ယာဥ္ေပၚသို႔ အေျပးအလႊား ထပ္မံ၍ သြားေရာက္ရေပေတာ့သည္။

ယခုအႀကိမ္သည္ အထက္ပါ မီးေလာင္ျပင္သို႔ ဒုတိယအႀကိမ္ ထပ္မံ၍ သြားေရာက္ရသည္႔ ခရီးပင္ ျဖစ္ေတာ့သည္။ ပထမအႀကိမ္ႏွင့္ ဒုတိယအႀကိမ္ၾကားတြင္ အခ်ိန္ကြာဟမႈ (၁၅)မိနစ္ခန္႔သာ႐ိွခဲ့ၿပီး ယခုဒုတိယအႀကိမ္ျပန္လည္ထြက္ခြါရာတြင္ ယာဥ္ေမာင္းဦးမ်ိဳးဝင္း၊ ဦးေရာဘတ္ေအာင္၊ ဦးဇြဲမဟိဏ္ခႏွင့္အတူ ထြက္ခြါလာပါေတာ့သည္။ ယာဥ္ေမာင္း ဦးမ်ိဳးဝင္းဆိုလွ်င္ ၄င္းမွာ (၁၉.၁ဝ.၂ဝ၁၃) ရက္ေန႔ နံနက္(၄းဝဝ)နာရီခန္႔ တြင္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔အသင္းမွ နယ္ခရီးစဥ္ တစ္ခုအား ယာဥ္ေမာင္းႏွင္ေပးရန္ တာဝန္ယူထားသူပင္ျဖစ္သည္။ ဦးမ်ိဳးဝင္းသည္ သူ၏ အနားယူခ်ိန္တြင္နားၿပီး ေနာက္တစ္ေန႔ခရီးဆက္ရန္ အားမယူေသးဘဲ အသင္းအတြက္ အမ်ားအတြက္ လိုက္လံေပးဆပ္လွ်က္႐ိွေပသည္။

မီးေလာင္ျပင္အေရာက္တြင္ မီးေလာင္ျပင္၌ အသင့္ေစာင့္ေနေသာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔အသင္းမွ ဦးျမတ္သူ၊ ဦးဆန္းလင္းဦး၊ ဦးေက်ာ္စိုးႏိုင္တို႔ႏွင့္အတူ ယွဥ္တြဲ၍ ရန္ကုန္တိုင္းၾကက္ေျခနီ သူနာျပဳတပ္ဖြဲ႔ႏွင့္အတူ ကယ္ဆယ္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္႐ြက္ ေပေတာ့သည္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ ကားအားမီးေလာင္ျပင္ေ႐ွ႕ခန္းတြင္ အေရးေပၚကယ္ဆယ္ေရးစခန္းအား ကားအတြင္းတြင္ဖြင့္လွစ္၍ တိုင္းၾကက္ေျခနီသူနာျပဳတပ္ဖြဲ႔ႏွင့္အတူ မီးသတ္ ရဲေဘာ္မ်ားထံ ႏွာေခါင္းစည္းမ်ားေဝငွျခင္း၊ လက္အိတ္၊ ေရဘူးမ်ားအား ေဝငွျခင္းမ်ားကို အတူလက္တြဲ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ ၿပီးေနာက္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔သည္႔ေဆးအိတ္မ်ား၊ ထမ္းစင္မ်ားႏွင့္အတူ မီးေလာင္မႈျဖစ္ပြားရာ တိုက္အနီးအနားတြင္ အသင့္ေစာင့္လွ်က္႐ိွပါသည္။ မ်ားမၾကာမီအခ်ိန္တြင္ စမ္းေခ်ာင္းၿမိဳ႕နယ္ မီးသတ္စခန္းမွ မီးသတ္တပ္ၾကပ္ႀကီး (၁)ဦးျဖစ္သူမွာ မီးခိုးမ်ားမြန္၍ အသက္႐ႈပိတ္ၿပီး ျပင္ပသို႔ ဆြဲထုတ္လာရာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔မွ ယာယီအေရးေပၚ ကယ္ဆယ္ေရးစခန္းဖြင့္လွစ္ထားေသာ လူနာတင္ယာဥ္ဆီသို႔ေခၚေဆာင္လာၿပီး လူနာအေျခအေနကို ဆန္းစစ္ကာ ေဆး႐ံုတက္ရန္မလိုသျဖင့္ ကားအတြင္း၌ပင္ First Aid ႏွင့္ ကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈေပါင္းစပ္ကာ ျပဳစုေပးခဲ့ပါသည္။

မီးေလာင္ျပင္တြင္ ေနာက္တေန႔ မနက္ကူးထိ ေစာင့္ၾကည္႔ေနခဲ့ၿပီးေနာက္ မီးအေျခအေနအားလံုး ၿပီးစီးသြားၿပီ ဆိုမွသာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ကားမွာ မီးေလာင္ျပင္မွ အသင္း႐ံုးခ်ဳပ္သို႔ ျပန္လည္ ထြက္ခြာလာပါေတာ့သည္။ အသင္း႐ံုးခ်ဳပ္သို႔ေရာက္ၿပီး ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ အနားယူရန္ ႀကံေနစဥ္မွာပင္ လက္ကိုင္ဖုန္းမ်ားမွ ပန္ဘဲတန္းၿမိဳ႕နယ္ ေ႐ႊဘံုသာလမ္းတြင္ မီးေလာင္ေနေၾကာင္း ထပ္မံသတင္းေပးပို႔လာပါသည္။ မီးသတင္းအား အတည္ျပဳၿပီး မီးအေျခအေနအား ေစာင့္ၾကည္႔ၿပီး လူနာတင္ယာဥ္အဖြဲ႔အား အသင့္အေနအထားျဖင့္ ထား႐ိွခဲ့ပါသည္။ ေနာက္ (၃)မိနစ္ခန္႔အၾကာတြင္ မီးေလာင္ျပင္မွ သတင္းမ်ား ေရာက္႐ိွပါသည္။ မီးမွာအခ်ိန္မွီၿငိမ္းသတ္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ၿပီး လူနာတင္ယာဥ္မလိုအပ္ေတာ့ေၾကာင္း သတင္းမ်ားေရာက္႐ိွလာပါေတာ့သည္။ ထိုမွသာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔အဖြဲ႔မွ သက္ျပင္းမ်ားကိုယ္စီခ်ၿပီး တေန႔တာ အိပ္စက္အနားယူရန္အတြက္ ျပင္ဆင္လိုက္ပါေတာ့သည္။ အခ်ိန္သည္ကား (၁၉.၁ဝ.၂ဝ၁၃) ရက္ေန႔ နံနက္(ဝ၂းဝဝ)နာရီခန္႔ပင္ျဖစ္ေတာ့သည္။

သို႔ရာတြင္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္၏ မ်က္လံုး၊ ကၽြန္ေတာ္၏ နား၊ ကၽြန္ေတာ္၏ ဦးေႏွာက္တို႔သည္ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္အား အိပ္စက္ခြင့္မျပဳေခ် ကၽြန္ေတာ္၏မ်က္လံုးထဲတြင္ မီးေလာင္မႈေၾကာင့္ ေအာ္ဟစ္ေျပးလႊားသံမ်ား၊ မီးသတ္ရဲေဘာ္ တို႔၏ စြန္႔စြန္႔စားစား မီးၿငိမ္းသတ္ပံုမ်ား ျပန္လည္ျမင္ေရာင္ေနသလို ကၽြန္ေတာ္၏ နားအာ႐ံုတြင္လည္း ေအာ္ဟစ္သံမ်ား အေရးေပၚဥၾသဆြဲသံမ်ား ပဲ့တင္ထပ္ေနေတာ့သည္။ ထို႔ေၾကာင့္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္အိပ္စက္၍ မရသည္႔အဆံုး ကၽြန္ေတာ္ Facebook စာမ်က္ႏွာတြင္ “ခင္ဗ်ားတို႔ေတြ…. ေပ်ာ္ပါး…ေပ်ာ္ရႊင္ေနဖို႔… က်ဴပ္တို႔ေတြ…မီးလွ်ံၾကားထဲကေန…အသက္ကိုရင္းၿပီး..မီးလွ်ံ၊ မီးေတာက္မ်ားဆီသို႕ ……တိုးရင္း…တိုးရင္း…..” ဟူ၍ ေရးခ်လိုက္ေတာ့သည္။ ထိုအခ်ိန္စကၠန္႔ပိုင္းအတြင္း “နာေရးကူညီမႈအသင္း (ရန္ကုန္) အေရးေပၚ ကူညီကယ္ဆယ္ေရးအဖြဲ႔ မွ လူမွဳေရးသမားမ်ားအား ေလးစားဂုဏ္ယူမိပါတယ္” ဟူေသာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ နာေရးကူညီမႈအသင္း(ရန္ကုန္)ဥကၠဌဦးေက်ာ္သူ၏ Comment ကၽြန္ေတာ္၏ Facebook စာမ်က္ႏွာေပၚတြင္ တက္လာပါေတာ့သည္။ ေနာက္တစ္ႀကိမ္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ “ေတာ္ပါေသးရဲ႕…ဒီညAmbulance ေပၚက မဆင္းရေတာ့ဘူးထင္ေနတာ…….၀ွဴးးးး………..ေမာေတာ့့ေမာတာေပါ့….ဒါေပမဲ့..မေမာဘူး..”ဟူ၍ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ ထပ္မံ၍ ေရးသားလိုက္သည္။ တစ္ခ်ိန္တည္း တၿပိဳင္နက္တည္း ဥကၠဌဦးေက်ာ္သူဆီမွ “ပရဟိတသမား ဆိုတာ အမ်ားအတြက္ဆိုရင္ အရာရာကိုစြန္႔လြတ္ရဲရတယ္”ဟုျပန္လည္ေရးသားမႈကို ျမင္ေတြ႔လိုက္ရသည္။ ေၾသာ္ … ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ ဥကၠဌႀကီး အခုခ်ိန္ထိ မအိပ္ေသးပါလား ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔နည္းတူ အမ်ားျပည္သူအတြက္ စိုးရိမ္ေသာကျဖစ္ကာ အင္တာနက္လိုင္းအား အခုအခ်ိန္အထိ ေစာင့္ၾကည္႔ဖတ္႐ႈေနပါလား၊ ျပည္သူတို႔၏ အေျခအေနအား စိုးရိမ္တႀကီး ေစာင့္ၾကည္႔ေနသလို ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ မ်ိဳးဆက္သစ္ ပရဟိတေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား ျဖစ္လာမည္႔ လူငယ္မ်ားအားလည္း အခ်ိန္ႏွင့္တေျပးညီလူမႈေရးစိတ္ဓါတ္မ်ား လူမႈေရး ခြန္အားမ်ားကို မ်က္ေျခမပ်က္ေပးဆပ္ေနပါလားဟူ၍ ေတြးေတာမိေတာ့သည္။

A group of activists, who set off on a peace march from central Burma weeks ago, arrived at the former headquarters of the Kachin Independence Army (KIA) in Laiza on Wednesday afternoon.

More than 50 activists from Mandalay division’s Myingyan township were greeted by hundreds of local residents.

Earlier in the week, the Burmese army briefly stopped the marchers and warned them against proceeding towards Laiza due to the presence of landmines.

According to one of the activists, Ngwe Htway, the group has not decided what they will do next.

A women of about 36, in worn-out clothes, covering her head with a draper, holding an infant in her bosom, is begging money approaching car after car which are stopping at the U Wisara Road Traffic light.

She can earn 15,000 to 20,000 Kyats daily and sometime more, she said. Because of her pitiable situation with a malnourished infant, she earns such an income, she said.

On the days without ( bringing ) the  child, it is difficult to earn even 10,000 ( Kyats ). “ The infant holding in her bosom wrapping  up in the draper is not her own-child, but hired on money at 5.000 Kyats a day,”she spoke out.

“ Out of 15,000 to 20,000 Kyats we earned, we have to pay 5,000 Kyats a day for hiring the child.” She explained.

It is learnt from the peer groups that among the beggars working at the traffic lights, those accompanied with the infants earn more than the lone ones do.

Buddhist monks in Myanmar on December 12 staged demonstration in major cities against the brutal crackdown of riot police on the sit-in protest at the China backed copper mine in central Myanmar.

In Yangon over 100 monks started a peace rally in Kyaythone Buddha Image at 2 pm. People guarded the monks along the way marching to the Sule Pagoda of the downtown.

In Mandalay, the protest against the same issue was staged by 3,000 persons, including monks and people.

In Monywa township where the project area is located, the protest of monks started at Shwezigone Pagoda 12 noon on December 12.

In Pakokku, over 1,000 Buddhist monks rallied along the main roads by reciting Metta Sutta to object the crackdown of police on copper mine project.

However, monks in Sittwe township of Rakhine State gathered in the compound of Atula Mara Zain Pyilone Chantha Pagoda for prayer to the dead and injured persons in the crackdown of riot police.

Burma Myanmar: Ambassador Li Junhua’s Press Conference Yangoon on (2012-12-08)

Ambassador Li Junhua from the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar held a press conference on the progress of the Lapaduang Project with internal and external media this past Friday. Held between the hours of 9:30 A.M. and 11:30A.M., the December 7th conference was conducted at the Chinese Embassy in Yangon.

Anxieties surrounding the project were addressed, as Ambassador Li Junhua assured the press that concerns pertaining to the Lapadaung project would be investigated by a commission led by Daw Aung San Suu Kyi. He declared, the project would continue only if the investigation’s results were accurate and attested to the viability of the project.

The construction of the copper mine in the Lapadaung Mountains of Myanmar’s upper regions, is  a joint venture between China’s Wan Bao Company and military-owned Union of Myanmar Economic Holdings Ltd (UMEHL). Profits from the mining project will be distributed in accordance with the acquired product revenue.  The government of Myanmar is expected to gain the largest share of the profit and will benefit from 16.8 percent of the total proceeds. The U Paing Company and Wanbao Company will also be beneficiaries of the project, respectively claiming 13.8 and 13.3 percent of total profits. As remarked by Ambassador Li Junhua during the December 7th press conference, the only current investor for the project is the Chinese owned and operated Wanbao Company.

Demonstration in Yangon- Lower Burma

The government has allowed Burma,Myanmar monks to stage aprotest in Sittway, the capital of Rakhine state and such demonstrations were done peacefully and calmly. They have identified the vital factors the government should take into consideration sincerely, Eleven Media news reported.

The following points they demanded are first, office of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) should not be permitted to open in the country. Secondly no office for the OIC must be established in Rakhine state. Thirdly to be able to attain peace in the area, the Inpala ward which is situated in Sittway must be taken out of the city. Fourth of their demand is the government of Banghladesh  must uphold and protect the welfare and interests of Buddhists who are living a peaceful way of life in that country and lastly they are in support of the speech made by President Thein Sein against illegal Bengalis.

They are concerned about the Inpala ward since this has been a big problem both for the people and the city. This may create intensive trouble so they have proposed to move it out in the city.

With 400 monks participating in the demonstrations they were also joined in by 2,000 people as a sign of support in their cause. The protest rally started at 1:15 pm from Aung Mya Ygone monastery in Bawlonekwin ward and arrived at the consulate at 3:00 pm.

They were able to stage their goals peacefully. In about thirty minutes, the protest was carried out. Right after the demonstration, the group dispersed quietly and went back along the main road to Pharagyi pagoda at around 4:30 pm, the report said.
