ป้ายสีเขียวคาดหรา ลุงตู่เอาจริงเครือข่ายหมิ่นพระบรมเดชานุภาพรับเงินอุดหนุนโดยตรงจาก NED – National Endowment for Democracy หรือ CIA ยุคใหม่ ในคราบไคลของ องค์กรช่วยเหลือพัฒนาประชาธิปไตย อยู่ภายใต้กระทรวงต่างประเทศสหรัฐฯ ที่นาย John Kerry ออกมาตัดเงินช่วยเหลือทางทหาร เพราะไม่พอใจที่ ทหารไทยทำรัฐประหาร แต่ไม่ตัดความช่วยเหลือบ่อนทำลายไทย พุ่งเป้าใหญ่สถาบันเบื้องสูง
แม้ว่า เว็บประชาไท จะอ้างว่า เป็นองค์กรไม่แสวงกำไร เป็นอิสระ
แต่ความเป็นจริง คือ ประชาไทได้รับเงินสนุบสนุน จากลุงแซม ในการเป็นหัวหอก โฆษณาชวนเชื่อ ยั่วยุให้มีการจาบจ้วงสถาบันกษัตริย์มาตลอดเวลา
ประชาไทสนับสนุนมวลชนเสื้อแดง ของทักษิณ นปช. นิติเรด และ อดีตนักข่าว Reuters นาย Andrew MacGregor Marshall. ปี 2554 ได้เงินก้อนโต หลายล้านบาท จากรัฐบาลมะกัน ผ่าน NED และยังได้รับจาก Open Society Institute ของ George Soros และมูลนิธิด้านการเงิน อีกหลายแหล่ง อาทิ องค์การเพื่อการพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศของสหรัฐฯ หรือ USAID เงินทุนอุดหนุนล้นหลามประชาไทแล้ว เกี่ยวข้องกับ Wall Street หรือ องค์กร NGOs อย่างมีเลศนัย โดยการบิดเบือนแนวคิด เรื่องสิทธิมนุษยชน เสรีภาพ และประชาธิปไตย
ปี 2009 – 2010 ประชาไทได้รับเงิน 1.79 ล้านบาท จาก Media Development Loan Fund (MDLF) ยังไม่รวมเงิน สนุบสนุนจาก “มูลนิธิของ George Soros ” ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ International Media Support (IMS) NED สนับสนุนประชาไท 1.5 ล้านบาท ตลอด 3 ปีติดต่อกัน
นอกจากนั้น USAID ยังจ่ายให้อีก 2 ล้าน ผ่านโครงการ SAPAN Project หรือ โครงการประชาธิปไตยกับท้องถิ่น
ประเทศไทยของเรา นอกจากจะต้องสู้กับทักษิณแล้ว ยังต้องสู้กับอันธพาลโลกที่ปกป้องนายทุนข้ามชาติซึ่งมีแผนการแทรกแซงกิจการภายในของไทยและมีมาโดยตลอด เพื่อเข้ามาเปลี่ยนแปลง กำหนดแนวคิด และ กำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ ในเรื่องทิศทางทางการเมืองการปกครองของไทย..
ที่ผ่านมา…คนไทยมักจะไปมองดู “คลื่นใต้น้ำ” ว่ามาจากท่อน้ำเลี้ยงทักษิณคนไทยหลายๆคน มักจะเชื่อเสมอว่า กลุ่มนักวิชาเกิน กลุ่ม NGO หรือ กลุ่มประชาสังคม ในภาคส่วนต่างๆ ของประเทศ ที่ออกมาสนับสนุน แนวทางการพัฒนาประเทศ ของทักษิณนั้นว่า เป็นพวกทาสเงิน ทักษิณมาโดยตลอด .
ต่อจากนี้ไป จะต้องเพิ่มมุมมองใหม่ ว่ากลุ่มประชาสังคม กลุ่มนักวิชาการอิสระ กลุ่มองค์กรอิสระ เป็นทาสเงินอเมริกา มีเป้าหมายเปลี่ยนแปลงการเมืองการปกครองของไทย !!.. โดยรับเงิน 2 ทาง
หากวันนี้ เรายังปล่อยให้ อเมริกาแทรกแซง เปลี่ยนแปลงแนวคิด ของประชาชนส่วนหนึ่ง ของประเทศไทยได้ อีกไม่ช้าไม่นาน เราจะไม่มีสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ อันเป็น ผู้นำจิตวิญญานคนไทย

based in St. Louis, Mo., is a leading supplier of seeds for genetically engineered crops to farmers in the United States and around the world, and a frequent target of protests against GMOs. The company has clearly stated why it is opposed to labeling, saying mandatory labeling “could imply that food products containing these ingredients are somehow inferior to their conventional or organic counterparts.”

About 90% of the corn, cotton, soybeans and sugar beets grown in the United States are genetically engineered, according to BIO, the trade group representing Monsanto, Bayer, Dow, DuPont and other giant firms that dominate the industry.

Monsanto looking for new market?

YANGON—The US Agency for International Development (USAID) is planning to open a liaison office to provide five years of technical aid for rural development, according to country director Ei Thandar Kyaw from Winrock International.

At present, Winrock International is receiving assistance from USAID to implement a farmer-to-farmer programme that provides technical aid for the agricultural sector as well as for livestock and fisheries.

“We will provide technical aid for rural development for five years,” the country director said.

USAID is satisfied with Winrock International’s work and decided to extend the programme to five years after the one-year trial period for the programme expires.

“We have much support from USAID to develop the fisheries sector. They are helping us with technical aid,” said Win Kyaing, general secretary of the Myanmar Fisheries Federation.

Than Hla, an executive advisor to the Myanmar Livestock Federation, said the appointment of a country director will improve the programme’s speed and effectiveness.
