19:40น. เมื่อคืนตอน 3.00 น.ผบ.ทบ.ประกาศกฏอัยการศึกซึ่งต้องถือว่าไม่มีผลกระทบต่อการต่อสู้ของการต่อสู้ของมวลมหาประชาชนทั้งสิ้น

The proclamation of Martial Law means that the Constitution is still in effect. Do not be confused. The muanmahaprachachon still retain the right and the liberty to demonstrate against the tyrannical government in accordance with our Constitution.
ถึงแม้จะมีการประกาศ กฏอัยการศึก พี่น้องอย่าสับสน ไม่ได้เป็นการยกเลิกรัฐธรรมนูญ ประกาศกฏอัยการศึกแล้ว รัฐธรรมนูญยังอยู่มวลมหาประชาชน ยังมีสิทธิ์ และเสรีภาพตามบทบัญญัติของรัฐธรรมนูญที่จะต่อสู้ ต่อสู้ชุมนุม ต่อต้านรัฐบาลทรราชทุกประการ

Victory means the triumph of Thailand and all Thais:
1) The Thaksin regime must be uprooted and eradicated.
2) There must be a new prime minister with full competence and authority to address and solve national problems.
3) There must be the establishment of a new government without politicians.
4) The prime minister and government must work for the people, and reform Thailand according to the people’s intentions.

1) ระบอบทักษิณต้องหมดสิ้น
2) ได้นายกฯคนใหม่ที่มีอำนาจเต็ม 100% เพื่อแก้ปัญหาของประเทศ
3) ตั้งรัฐบาลใหม่ที่ไม่มีนักการเมือง
4) นายกฯ และ รัฐบาล ต้องเป็นของประชาชน ปฏิรูป เปลี่ยนแปลงประเทศไทยตามเจตนารมณ์ของประชาชน

t has been 194 days. Today Thailand is without a prime minister and a government. Thaksin regime sycophants are still out and about. The senate still hasn’t selected a new PM. The muanmahaprachachon lack a government that would institute reforms in accordance with our intentions.

Therefore, the muanmahaprachachon must unite and carry on our good fight until we prevail.

We must fight to eradicate the regime remnants.

We must fight for a new PM.

We shall fight until we have a people’s PM and government who will institute reforms in accordance with the people’s intentions.

Referring back to Martial Law:

– Typically if events occur that may be problematic or cause chaos, anarchy, terrorism
– There are 2 laws that could be applied, in order from less to more severe

1) The Internal Security Act (ISA)
Areas in which the ISA would be enforced would be announced, for example, the tyrant government established CAPO. If this law fails to ameliorate the situation, the Emergency Decree could be applied. The despotic administration tried to utilize this law and establish CMPO but it failed.

When I was deputy PM I directed the Center for the Resolution of the Emergency Situation (CRES) and we were able to resolve the crisis and restore peace and order by 19 May 2010.

However, the current caretaker unit has failed to do the same. It has not been able to successfully administer any security-related laws, which is why its attempts came to an end at 03.00 hours today.

Impending threats and risks to national security trigger the imposition of Martial law. The military’s pronouncement of Martial Law means the army has full authority to preserve and maintain national security and the lives of citizens, exempt from criminal prosecution.

The Rural Medical Network notes that the order was signed by Deputy Permanent Secretary Amnuay Gachina, MD, a government supporter, and criticizes the order for being a veiled threat against medical personnel lending support to the anti-government protests.

The Rural Medical Network has posted on its Facebook page (ชมรมแพทย์ชนบท) an order dated 21 Dec. 2013 from the Office of the Permanent Secretary (OPS), Ministry of Public Health, that effectively prohibits hospitals outside Bangkok from sending ambulances into the city to provide medical assistance to anti-government protesters. The OPS noted this is because local hospitals should oversee accidents during the new-year holiday period, and the Department of Medical Services (DMS) is already able to sufficiently provide medical vehicles and personnel. Non-Bangkok hospitals may only send ambulances if authorized by DMS or the Ministry.

THAILAND : SEWRC – State union workers begin campaign to oust PM Yingluck

Led by its leader Komsan Thongsin, hundreds of the state union workers  are now gathering at the head-office of the  Thai Airways International to rally support from the THAI workers union. They were warmly welcomed by the THAI union employees.

THAI employees supported the ouster move reasoning that their organization has long suffered after it came under the regime rule a decade ago with financial loss and patronage system.

The SEWRC demonstration will move out from THAI to other state enterprises, namely, TOT, CAT and EGAT, to persuade all union worker to take part in the anti-Thaksin regime mass rally to be called by the PDRC on Sunday.

Friends of Thai people,In regard to the occurring political situation in Thailand, we, the people who strongly oppose the entire Thaksin-backed regime, want to see his influence completely washed out from our beloved country.

We have lost trust in the Thai government, a puppet being controlled by fugitive former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra, the brother of the current PM, Yingluck Shinawatra. With Thaksin’s ghost-like presence in Thailand, this has shown that we will never achieve our goal if his root has not been eradicated.

This has been the largest demonstration in Thailand’s history of almost a thousand year, two-times larger than in 1973 uprising and twenty-times than in 2010, millions of people have gathered at the democratic heart of Bangkok in Rajdamnoen and elsewhere across the country, as they can no longer accept the wide spread Thaksin-devil-regime present at all level.

We can no longer stand the government claiming its victory to election to the rights of the majoritarianism, especially in the Parliament, where they have been trying to make laws beneficial to the Shinawatra family and those involved in the circle. This is a dictatorship democracy against the provision of public will.

We can no longer stand to see the media still being under its control, putting the government in a good light. Finally, we can not stand to watch the country being plagued by Yingluck’s administration through its disastrous policies and the huge scale of corruption in Thai history.

We, the people, would like to see the Shinawatra family and cronies be dismissed from Thai politics.

The nationwide uprising in Bangkok and rural provinces, as well as the occupation of government premises and ministries across the country, are our intention to paralyse Yingluck Shinawatra’s government. We have always upheld our methods through peaceful means. We strongly oppose any movements of violence and we do not desire a military intervention.

We hope our friends all around the world will give us your support and bless us all.

泰国人民的朋友们：

鉴于泰国目前的政治局势，我们,即那些强烈反对由他信幕后操控的独裁政权的人们，希望见证他信的影响力在我们挚爱的祖国从此消失。

Myanmar and Thai citizens, as well as foreign tourists, will be allowed to pass through four Thai-Myanmar border checkpoints, including Myawady, starting from August 28, an official said.

“We have received instructions to allow Thai citizens and foreign tourists to pass through all four border checkpoints on August 28. The remarkable thing is that Myanmar citizens with visas and passports will also be allowed to visit [Thailand] through the border crossings,” said an official from the Immigration and National Registration Department of Myawady District.

The four checkpoints include Tarchileik-Mae Sai, Myawady-Mae Sot, Kawthaung-Ranong and Htee Khee-Sunaron.  Fine will be imposed if their visa expired.

Foreign visitors using the border crossings can depart from Myanmar through any official gateways including Yangon, Nay Pyi Taw, and Mandalay.

The government has amended its list of restricted areas after an improvement in rules of law and stability in the country.
