ဒါမဟုတ္ သူတို႕ ဘာေတြအေပး အယူလုပ္ထားၾကလည္းေတာ့ သူတို႕မွလြဲျပီး ဘယ္သူမွ သိနိုင္မည္ မဟုတ္။
ဦးသိန္းစိန္အစိုးရက တိုင္းရင္းသား လက္နက္ကိုင္ေတြနဲ႕ျငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ လုပ္ေနတယ္။ မင္းေအာင္လိႈင္အစိုးရက တိုင္းရင္းသားလက္နက္ကိုင္ေတြက သူ႕မယားခိုး ယူထားေပးတဲ့ အတိုင္း ရိွသမွ်လက္နက္အင္အား လူအင္းအားသုံးျပီး တိုက္ေနသည္။
ဧျပီ ၁၀ ရက္ေန႕မွ စျပီး ယခုအခ်ိန္ထိ ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ မန္၀င္းၾကီးအနီးတြင္ မင္းေအာင္လိႈင္အစိုးရမွ တပ္မ (၆၆) ေအာက္ တပ္ရင္း (၁၀) ခုခန္႕မွ စစ္သားမ်ား အင္အား တစ္ေထာင္ (၁၀၀၀) ၀န္းက်င္ခန္႕ ႏွင္ ေကအိုင္ေအ တပ္မဟာ(၃) ေအာက္မွ တပ္ရင္းမ်ားႏွင့္ တိုက္ပြဲ ျပင္းထန္လွ်က္ရိွသည္။ အစိုးရတပ္မ်ားမွ လက္နက္ၾကီးမ်ား ဆက္တုိက္ ပစ္ခတ္လွ်က္ရိွသည္။
‘သူတို႕ ပုံစံအတိုင္းဆို တိုက္ပြဲ ျပင္းထန္အုံးမယ္ထင္တယ္။’ဟု ေကအိုင္ေအအရာရိွ တစ္ဦးမွဆိုသည္။
မန္စီျမိဳ႕နယ္ မန္၀င္းၾကီးေက်းရြာတစ္၀ွိက္မွ ေနာင္စြမ္း၊ ပန္ခမ္း၊ ေနာင္မြန္းအစရိွသည့္ ေက်းရြာ ၁၁ ရြာမွ ေဒသခံ ရွမ္းလူမ်ိဳးမ်ားႏွင့္ လဂတ္ယန္ စစ္ေဘးဒုကၡသည္ စခန္းမွ စစ္ေဘးဒုကၡသည္ ၂၀၀၀ ခန္႕ မန္း၀င္ၾကီးႏွင့္ တရုတ္ျပည္သို ့ ထြက္ေျပးေနၾကရသည္။
ထိုနားအ၀ိုက္ရိွ စစ္ေဘးဒုကၡသည္ စခန္းအခ်ိဳ႕အတြက္လည္း စိုးရိမ္စရာျဖစ္ေနသည္။ ထိုစစ္ေဘးဒုကၡသည္မ်ားသည္ ၂၀၁၃ ႏို၀င္ဘာ လတုန္းက နမ္းလင္းပါ မွ အစိုးရတပ္မ်ား ၀င္လာသည့္အတြက္ ထြက္ေျပးလာရသည့္ စစ္ေဘးဒုကၡသည္မ်ားျဖစ္ျပီး အခုလည္း ဒုကၡသည္ ဘ၀မ်ား ထပ္ဆင့္ ဒုကၡသည္ဘ၀သို႕ ေရာက္ရိွခဲ့သူမ်ားျဖစ္သည္။
“ထြက္ေျပးတဲ့ ဒုကၡသည္ေတြနဲ႕ ရြာသားေတြက ဘာပစၥည္းမွ ပါမလာဘူး လူလြတ္ရုံ ပဲ ထြက္ေျပးလာၾကတယ္။”ဟု မန္၀င္းၾကီးမွ ေဒသခံတစ္ဦးမွဆိုသည္။

Hat Yai Immigration Division 6 Chief Pol Maj Gen Thatchai Pitaneelaboot said the 200 Muslims suspected to be the Uighurs, a Muslim group from China’s Xinjiang province, were rescued on Thursday from a hidden shelter in a rubber plantation near a village called Baan Klong Tor in Rattaphum district here. They are now under the care of Immigration Division 6 with help from some 30 defense volunteers.
The detained immigrants claimed that they were Turkish Muslims and wanted to move to a third country.
The women in the group were wearing hijab, with a netted opening for the eyes, while the men were found wearing casual attire.
An immigration police officer noted that the group was comprised mostly of families and carried luggage like the sort used by normal international travelers.
He said their clothes were still clean, which possibly indicated that they had only just arrived in Thailand. He also said that they appeared to be Chinese looking.

TBC is making a transition to providing assistance based on household need. Rations are not being reduced for any
children under 18 years of age.
Households will be categorised by community committees as ‘Most Vulnerable,’ ‘Vulnerable,’ ‘Standard,’ and ‘Self
Reliant’. Households categorised as ‘Most Vulnerable’ will receive an increase in rations, ‘Vulnerable’ households will
maintain their current level of assistance, ‘Standard’ will see a change in the rice provided for adults, and ‘Self
Reliant’ households will no longer receive food assistance for adults over 18 years old. Again, there will be no
reductions in rations for any children under 18 years of age, including in ‘Self Reliant’ households.
Currently, the Standard Ration of rice is 12 kg per month for adults.* The Standard Ration is being changed to 8, 10,
or 12 kg, depending on camp vulnerability/need. Residents also receive yellow split peas, vegetable oil, vitamin and
mineral-fortified flour, fishpaste**, iodized salt, and charcoal, none of which are affected by these changes.
No reductions in rations are being made in the camp at Ban Mae Surin, which was devastated by a fire in March of
this year. There are also no changes being made in the camp at Ban Don Yang.
The Kachin Independence Organization (KIO) has refused to accept Kachin State Red Cross’s offer to provide household appliances for more than 1000 Kachin refugees living in KIO controlled areas.
The Kachin State Red Cross made the offer to the KIO through the Peace Coordination Group (PCG) but were turned down, according to PCG member Lamai Gum Ja.
The Red Cross has already got permission from the President’s Office and the Kachin State government, but KIO said it will not accept the offer.
“We plan to give household appliances to more than 1300 families. But the KIO refuse to accept the offer. So, we cannot go there. We cannot do anything,” Gea Nit, Spokesman of the Kachin State Red Cross, told Mizzima.
The KIO turned down the offer because in accordance with its central committee policy, they cannot accept aid from the government until they establish stable peace with the government, according to Gae Nit.
The Kachin State Red Cross is a branch of Myanmar Red Cross and therefore, the KIO refused the offer. If donors from Denmark and Singapore can make the donations directly without routing it through the government the KIO might accept the offer, said Gae Nit.
The household appliances were donated by the Denmark Red Cross and the Singapore Red Cross, but their representatives could not come to Myanmar. Therefore, the Kachin State Red Cross and Myanmar Red Cross planned to travel to the area to distribute the household appliances. ကို မျဖစ္မေန ေျဖဆိုရမည့္ ေမးခြန္းမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ စခန္းအတြင္းရွိ ဇုံ A ၌ ေကာက္ခံခဲ့ရာတြင္ အခ်ဳိ႕ေမးခြန္းမ်ားအေပၚ ရပ္ကြက္သူရပ္ကြက္သား
မ်ားက မေက်မနပ္ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ၾကသျဖင့္ သေဘာထားစစ္တမ္း ေကာက္ယူမႈကို ၂ရက္သာျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ရၿပီး ဇံု A ပင္ မၿပီးဆံုးဘဲ ရပ္ဆိုင္းထားခဲ့ရသည္။
စစ္တမ္းေကာက္ခံရသူ ဇုံ A မွ ဒုကၡသည္တစ္ဦးက “သူတို႔ေမးတဲ့ေမးခြန္း
ေတြက ျမန္မာျပည္ကို အတင္းျပန္ခိုင္းသလို ျဖစ္ေနတယ္။ အဲဒါေၾကာင့္ မေက်မနပ္ျဖစ္ၾကတာ။ အခု ေလာေလာဆယ္လည္း ျပန္ဖို႔ကို မျဖစ္ႏိုင္ေသး

အဓမၼ ပို႔ေဆာင္မည္ကို လက္မခံေၾကာင္း လက္မွတ္ေရး ထိုးကာ စစ္တမ္းေမးခြန္းမ်ား ျပင္ဆင္ေပးရန္ ေတာင္းဆိုသည့္စာကို ကုလသမဂၢ ဒုကၡသည္မ်ားဆိုင္ရာ မဟာမင္းႀကီး႐ံုး(UNHCR)သို႔ လိပ္မူကာ ေမလ ၂၇ ရက္ေန႔က ေပးပို႔ခဲ့သည္။
ဆက္လက္၍ ထိုင္း-ျမန္မာနယ္စပ္တစ္ေလွ်ာက္ရွိ ဒုကၡသည္စခန္း ၉ခုစလံုးတြင္လည္း ဒုကၡသည္မ်ား၏ သေဘာထားစစ္တမ္း ေကာက္
ခံမႈမ်ားကို အလားတူ ေမးခြန္းပံုစံမ်ားျဖင့္ ျပဳလုပ္သြားမည္ျဖစ္သည္။ ထိုကိစၥအေပၚ က်န္ဒုကၡသည္စခန္းမွ ဒုကၡသည္ မ်ားမွာလည္း အခ်ိန္မတန္ဘဲ ေနရပ္ျပန္လည္ပို႔ေဆာင္မည္ကို စိုးရိမ္လွ်က္ရွိေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။
