สภ.เมืองเชียงใหม่ แจ้งข้อกล่าวหาเพิ่มเติม เหตุฆ่าสาวบาร์เบียร์
วันนี้(17เม.ย.58) เวลา 14.00น. จากการได้รับการยืนยันผลจากแพทย์ผู้ชันสูตรพลิกศพ พนักงานสอบสวน สภ.เมืองเชียงใหม่ จึง ได้แจ้งข้อกล่าวหาเพิ่มเติมให้นายภรา ชูศรี ว่าได้กระทำผิดฐาน ข่มขืนกระทำชำเราผู้อื่นโดยขู่เข็ญ ด้วยประการใดๆ โดยใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย โดยผู้อื่นนั้นอยู่ในภาวะที่ไม่สามารถขัดขืนได้ เป็นเหตุให้ผู้ถูกกระทำ ถึงแก่ความตาย เป็นความผิดตาม ป.อาญา ม.276 และ ม.277 ทวิ(2) ( โทษประหารชีวิต) และลักทรัพย์ (โทรศัพท์มือถือของผู้ตาย) หรือรับของโจร ผู้ต้องหาให้การรับสารภาพ

เชียงใหม่ – เพื่อนสาวบาร์เบียร์เหยื่อกามวิตถารแห่ดูหน้า-รุมประชาทัณฑ์ เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจต้องกันตัวกันวุ่น แถมมีเหยื่อโผล่ให้การมัดตัวเพิ่มอีก
บ่ายวันนี้ (16 เม.ย.) ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า บรรดาเพื่อนพนักงานร้านซูบารุบาร์เบียร์ ย่านถนนลอยเคราะห์ ซอย 3 ก. กลางเมืองเชียงใหม่ ต่างพากันเดินทางมาที่ สภ.เมือง หลังจากทราบข่าวเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจับกุมนายภรา ชูศรี อายุ 52 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 15/59 ม.2 ต.นาเกลือ อ.บางละมุง จ.ชลบุรี ผู้ต้องหาที่ร่วมเพศแบบซาดิสต์ จนทำให้นางสาวสมร คลังเดช อายุ 33 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 1 ม.9 ต.หัวช้าง อ.จตุรพักตรพิมาน จ.ร้อยเอ็ด ที่เคยทำงานที่ร้านดังกล่าวเสียชีวิต
โดยระหว่างที่เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจนำตัวนายภรามาสอบสวนที่ สภ.เมือง กลุ่มเพื่อนของนางสาวสมรได้พยายามเข้ารุมทำร้ายผู้ต้องหา เนื่องจากไม่พอใจที่จิตใจโหดเหี้ยมผิดปกติ และมีรสนิยมทางเพศซาดิสต์ ใช้ขวดน้ำยัดช่องคลอดและทวารหนักนางสาวสมรจนขวดแตกในลำไส้ และบาดอวัยวะภายในจนตกเลือดเสียชีวิต จนเกิดความวุ่นวาย ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ต้องห้ามปราม และนำตัวผู้ต้องหาไปอยู่ในที่ปลอดภัย
ซึ่งในกลุ่มเพื่อนผู้ตายที่เดินทางมาดูหน้าตาผู้ต้องหาครั้งนี้ มีเหยื่อสาววัย 34 ปีที่เคยมีเพศสัมพันธ์กับผู้ต้องหาเมื่อช่วงต้นเดือนเมษายนที่ผ่านมา โดยผู้ต้องหาให้กินยากล่อมประสาทก่อนมีเพศสัมพันธ์ และใช้ขวดน้ำยัดเข้าไปทางทวารหนัก จนขวดหลุดเข้าไปอยู่ในลำไส้ใหญ่ต้องไปผ่าตัดเอาขวดออกที่โรงพยาบาล และมีการแจ้งความดำเนินคดีไว้ที่ สภ.ช้างเผือก
โดยทางเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจได้สอบปากคำผู้เสียหายเพิ่มเติม ซึ่งยืนยันว่าเป็นชายคนเดียวกัน และยังเอาทรัพย์สินของผู้เสียหายไปด้วย ทั้งทองรูปพรรณ เครื่องเพชรที่สวมใส่ และเงินสด รวมมูลค่าทรัพย์สินหลายแสนบาท

ตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ขอเรียนชี้แจงว่า มูลค่าทรัพย์สินที่ผู้ต้องหาได้ฉกฉวยไปจากผู้ตายนั้นมีมูลค่าไม่ถึงหลายแสนบาทตามกล่าวอ้าง เป็นมูลค่าเพียงไม่เกิน 10,000 บาท จึงขอเรียนชี้แจงมาเพื่อโปรดทราบ
อนึ่ง ในการติดตามข่าวสารทางสื่อโซเชียลมีเดียที่มิได้ระบุแหล่งที่มา มีโอกาศที่จะได้รับข้อมูลที่คลาดเคลื่อนจากความเป็นจริงได้ จึงขอให้พี่น้องได้พิจารณาเลือกให้ความเชื่อถือข้อมูลข่าวสารจากแหล่งข่าวที่น่าเชื่อถือก่อนตัดสินใจเชื่อข่าวและแชร์ข่าวต่อไป

ภายใต้การอำนวยการของ พล.ต.ท.ธนิตศักดิ์ ธีระสวัสดิ์ ผบช.ภ.5, พล.ต.ต.ปชา รัตนพันธ์ รอง ผบช.ภ.5, พล.ต.ต.มนตรี สัมบุณณานนท์ ผบก.ภ.จว.เชียงใหม่ , พ.ต.อ.กิตติสาร แก้วประดับ รอง ผบก. ภ.จว.เชียงใหม่ พ.ต.อ.ธีรพล อินทรลิบ รอง ผบก.ภ.จว.เชียงใหม่ พ.ต.อ.ยุทธชัย พัวประเสริฐ รอง ผบก.ภ.จว.เชียงใหม่ พ.ต.อ.วีระยุทธ ประสพโชคชัย

ได้สั่งการให้ พ.ต.อ. นรินทร์ วรรณมณี ผกก.สส.ภ.จว.เชียงใหม่ พ.ต.อ.ธวัชชัย พงษ์วิวัฒนชัย ผกก.สส.1 บก.สส.ภ.5 พร้อมพวกร่วมกับจับกุมตัวผู้ต้องหา “นายภรา ชูศรี อายุ 52 ปี จังหวัดชลบุรี พร้อมของกลาง โดยกล่าวหาว่า “นายภรา ชูศรี “มิได้มีเจตนาว่า แต่ทำร้ายผู้อื่นจนเป็นเหตุให้ผู้นั้นถึงแก่ความตายโดยทรมานหรือโดยกระทำทารุณ” ซึ่งผู้ต้องหาให้การรับสารภาพตลอดข้อกล่าวหา เหตุเกิดในวันที่ 13 เมษายน 2558 เวลาประมาณ 05.45-08.30 น. ณ ห้อง 415 โรงแรมอัลฟารุค เชียงใหม่

คดีนี้ผู้บังคับบัญชาโดย พล.ต.ท.ธนิตศักดิ์ ธีระสวัสดิ์ ผบช.ภ.5 และ พล.ต.ต.มนตรี สัมบุณณานนท์ ผบก.ภ.จว.เชียงใหม่ให้ความสนใจเนื่องจากผู้ต้องหามีลักษณะเป็นผู้ร้ายโรคจิต เกรงว่าจะไปก่อเหตุซ้ำซ้อนอีก จึงสั่งการให้เจ้าหน้าที่สืบสวนร่งหาตัวผู้ร้ายมาดำเนินการให้จงได้ ต่อมาได้สืบทราบที่อยู่ผู้ต้องหาจงได้รวบรวมหลักฐานขอหมายจัับศาลและรวบตัวผู้ร้ายมาดำเนินคดีได้ cr. ตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

วันนี้ตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดเชียงใหม่นำเสนอภาพคนร้ายที่ฆาตกรรมหญิงสาวนิรนามใน รร.แห่งหนึ่งในเชียงใหม่เมื่อวานนี้ ภาพตามปรากฎในรูปที่ 1 ซึ่ง พนักงานสอบสวนอยู่ระหว่างรวบรวมพยานหลักฐานขอศาลออกหมายจับ ชายไม่ทราบชื่อ สวมเสื้อลายตาราง อายุประมาณ 40 ปี รูปร่างสูงใหญ่ตามภาพในกล้องวงจรปิดที่พาผู้ตายมาเปิดห้อง
พร้อมทั้งขอฝากเตือนไปถึง **..ผู้หญิงที่ทำงานกลางคืน..** ให้ระวังพฤติการณ์ของคนร้ายรายนี้อันตรายมาก หากจับไม่ได้เกรงจะก่อเหตุซ้ำอีก

After tense interrogation, 1 of 3 Myanmar workers confesses killing 2 British tourists; DNA test results to be known later today

2/10/2014 Three Myanmar construction workers were arrested by the police, one of them has confessed to the murder of the two British tourists. Pol Gen Jakthip Chichinda, deputy commissioner of the Royal Thai Police who was just appointed to head the investigation team, said one construction worker has confessed to the murder of the British tourists, David Miller and Ms Hannahb Witheridge, 23. But he said the police have yet to send DNA samples from the three Myanmar suspects for testing in Bangkok which will take a few days to confirm if their DNA samples match the DNA collected from the body of the tourist, Ms Hannah. Pol Gen Jakthip did not elaborate if the two others have confessed or have connection on which part of the crime. But earlier the police team found them appearing in surveillance cameras near the scene and almost at the time when the murder took place. Commissioner of the Royal Thai Police Pol Gen Somyos Phumphanmuang will fly to Koh Tao tomorrow to question the three suspects by himself. #BURMA #MYANMAR : #Imams sentenced to 8 years for #mosque #fire

Two imams have been sentenced to eight years in prison by the Botataung township court on April 24 over a mosque fire that killed 13 boys in 2013.
Zeya Phyo and Khin Maung Aye were charged by the court with murder and arson for the fire that broke out in the middle of the night at the 48 Street Mosque on April 2, 2013.
The authorities and fire services acknowledged the main cause of the fire was due to overheating of transformers under the stair case.
The mosque was locked with several keys and firemen had to force open the doors to extinguish the fire. 13 children sleeping inside were unable to escape and suffocated to death.
According to the court’s statement, the fire occurred due to the carelessness of two men. Ohn Maung, the lawyer representing the two men, vowed to make appeal.
The parents and guardians of the 13 children also appealed to drop charges against the two Imams but the court said it had the right to protect the lives of people within the law.

The fire broke out because of overheated voltage regulator, head Kyi Win of Yangon Region Fire Services Department said.

“Upon our arrival at the scene, smokes from fire have not come out yet from the building. Power supply was as usual. When we opened the door of the building, the children ran down the stairs. The children were about 70. After we managed to control the fire downstairs and upstairs, we found dead bodies of children upstairs,” the head of fire services department said.

THAILAND : British kickboxer Lee ”Pitbull” Aldhouse serve 25 years for murder of American Dashawn Longfellow

A Thai court on Thursday sentenced a British kickboxer to 25 years in jail for the murder of a former US Marine on a resort island in 2010. The Phuket provincial court found Lee Aldhouse guilty of stabbing to death ex-Marine Dashawn Longfellow after being beaten by the American during a brawl at a Phuket bar. The court reduced Aldhouse’s sentence from a life sentence because he pleaded guilty. Aldhouse was extradited to Thailand last year after his appeal had been rejected by Britain’s High Court, making him the first criminal suspect ever extradited from England to the Southeast Asian country under a 1911 extradition treaty.—AP

Chinese police tried to hide a murder committed by Burmese Army

Local sources reported that Chinese government’s police tried to cover up the body of Lahpai Zau Lawn (age 55), a citizen of People’s Republic of China, who was killed by Burmese Army soldiers at Loi Leng, near Loije located in Chinese side of the Sino-Burma border on January 12, 2012. Lahpai Zau Lawn was shot at least 6 times by Burmese Army soldiers on his way back from family farm. Local residents said they saw marks on Zau Lawn’s face as severely beaten.

After killing Zau Lawn, Burmese Army soldiers hid the body and planted two land mines nearby.  Upon hearing the news of Zau Lawn, neighbors and relatives went out to find him but prevented by Chinese police from taking picture of Zau Lawn’s body when they found his lifeless body. Some residents had taken pictures but cellphone memories were being deleted by Chinese police. But local youths said they were able to keep some photos taken before Chinese police arrived in the scene.

Local sources said Chinese police cremated Zau Lawn’s body in order to hide evidence of the murder on January 14, 2012. So far, 3 local Kachin residents have been murdered by Burmese Army soldiers stationed at Mu Hill. Local residents are shocked as Chinese government is silent in the cases of its citizens being killed.

On Oct 28, 2011, Burmese Army soldiers stationed at Muq hill had arrested three local villagers and brought them to their post. Mr. Maru Dau Lum (age 31), Mr. Ze Dau (age 70), and Mrs. Sumlut Roi Ji (age 28) were taken by Burmese soldiers while they were working on their maize fields. Mr. Dau Lum and Mr. Ze Dau later escaped but Mrs. Sumlut Roi Ji, a Chinese citizen, who was 8 months pregnant remained in the hands of Burmese soldiers and her whereabouts is still unknown.

Renewed civil war in Kachin State has begun in June 9, 2011 after Burmese Government Army attacked KIA near Tar Pain electric power plant. The Kachin civilian population was often targeted by the vaunted Burmese Army in retaliation for their impotent campaign to wipe out the KIA. Despite the “flickers of progress” mentioned in the international media and recent prisoners releases, reality-check on the ground indicates the continuing presence of horrendous rights violations perpetrated by the Burmese Army on the civilian population especially against the Kachins.
