For your information, Leon (de Riedmatten) and I met with XXXXXX and XXX representatives in Yangon. We were in general agreement.

It would be good to have an Arakan meeting in Bangkok. EBO can fund and help organize it but we need a joint letter from the legitimate voice and decision makers of XXX, XXXX, AA, ALP, ANC, NUPA, and DPA, giving a short statement on why they want to meet and who should be invited. We can only fund leaders from the region – not from Europe or North America. We will take care of the logistics and the leaders can decide their own political agenda. If experts are needed, the leaders can request who they want or we can recommend experts if the leaders say what kind of experts they would like to have.

It might be best to have the meeting in November before or after the WGEC meeting and workshop.

Coral Arakan News ထံသို႔ သတင္းရင္းျမစ္တစ္ခု က ေပးပို႔ေသာ အဆိုပါ အီးေမးလ္ တြင္ Arakan meeting (ရခိုင္အစည္းအေ၀း) ဟု သာ ေဖာ္ျပထားၿပီး၊ မည္သည့္ အစည္းအေ၀း ဟု တိတိက်က် ေဖာ္ျပထားျဖင္းမရွိေပ။ အစည္းအေ၀းကို ႏို၀င္ဘာလတြင္ လုပ္လွ်င္ ေကာင္းမည္ထင္ရသည္ ဟု သာ ေရးသားထားသည္။

ရခိုင္အမ်ိဳးသား အမ်ိဳးသား အလုပ္ရံု ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္သည့္ ဖိတ္ၾကားစာမ်ား ၊ တက္ေရာက္မည့္အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ား ၏ စာရင္းတို႔မွာ ခိုး၀င္ဘဂၤါလီမ်ားအေရးကို ေရးသားတင္ျပသည့္ ကုလား ၀က္ဘ္ဆိုဒ္ တစ္ခုတြင္ ၿပီးခဲ့သည့္ ဇြန္န၀ါရီလ (၁၇) ရက္ေန႔က တက္လာခဲ့သည္။

အဆိုပါအခ်က္အလက္မ်ား ကုလားဘက္မွ စတင္ ယိုထြက္လာျခင္းမွာ အစည္းအေ၀းကို တက္ေရာက္သူမ်ား ႏွင့္ စီစဥ္သူမ်ားထဲမွ ကုလားဘက္ျခမ္း ႏွင့္ ဆက္စပ္မႈရွိ ႏိုင္သည့္ ANC ၊ NUPA ႏွင့္ ဦးဟန္ေညာင္ေ၀ တို႔ ဘက္မွ သတင္းယိုစိမ့္ခဲ့ျဖင္း ျဖစ္ႏိုင္သည္ ဟု သံုးသပ္ၾကသည္။

ေဖာ္ျပပါ အီးေမးလ္မွာ ၿပီးခဲ့ေသာ ဇြန္န၀ါရီလ (၁၁) ရက္ မွ (၁၄) ရက္အထိက်င္းပခဲ့ေသာ ရခိုင္အမ်ိဳးသား အမ်ိဳးသား အလုပ္ရံု ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲကို ရည္ညႊန္းျခင္း မဟုတ္ပဲ ေရွ႕က အစည္းအေ၀းတစ္ခုကို ရည္ညႊန္းပံုရသည္။

ကုလားရံပုံေငြမ်ား ေနာက္ခံရွိသူ ဦးဟန္ေညာင္ေ၀ စီစဥ္ေပးခဲ့ေၾကာင္းကို တက္ေရာက္ သူေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားက ႀကိဳသိခဲ့ၾကသည္ ဟု ျပင္ပ သံုးသပ္သူမ်ားက မွန္းဆၾကေသာ္လည္း အစည္းအေ၀းရလဒ္မွာ ကုလားမ်ား အလိုက် ျဖစ္မလာဘဲ၊ ေရွ႕ကက်င္းပခဲ့ေသာ ရေသ့ေတာင္ညီလာခံ ႏွင့္ ေတာင္ကုတ္ညီလာခံတို႔၏ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ ရလဒ္မ်ားကို ေထာက္ခံေၾကာင္း ရခိုင္အမ်ိဳးသားအလုပ္ရံုေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ (ဇြန္န၀ါရီ ၁၁-၁၄) က ထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကျငာခ်က္ ထုတ္ႏိုင္ခဲ့သည္။
