เมื่อเวลา 10.00 น. พล.ต.ต. จิรพัฒน์ ภูมิจิตร ผบก.สภ.เมืองสมุทรสาคร ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจตรวจคนเข้าเมือง สมุทรสาคร พ.ต.อ.โกวิท ม่วงนวล ผกก.ตม.จว.สมุทรสาคร พร้อมด้วย เจ้าหน้าที่พัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ จับกุมผู้ต้องหาได้ 3 ราย

เหตุการณ์นี้ผูู้ต้องหาดังกล่าวหลอกลวง ชาวพม่ามากักขัง ที่ 505 ชั้น 5 ตึกเช่า อ.โชคชัย ในซอยเสรี ถ.วิเชียรโชฏก ต.มหาชัย อ.เมือง จ.สมุทรสาคร เพื่อหลอกลวงให้ไปลงเรือ ใช้แรงงานในเรือประมงอินโดนีเชีย โดยทางตำรวจ ตม.พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่พัฒนาสังคมและความมั่งคงของมนุษย์ ได้รับแจ้งและได้เข้าตรวจสอบ พบแรงงานชาวพม่า จำนวน 5 ราย และได้ผู้ต้องหา 3 ราย ทำหน้าที่เฝ้าไม่ให้เหยื่อหลบหนี เหยื่อทั้งหมดถูกชักชวนให้มาใช้แรงงานก่อสร้าง แต่กับโดยข่มขู่ให้ลงเรือประมง เหยื่อทั้งหมด ได้เสียค่าต้วมาคนละ 15,500 บาท และนายหน้าได้ค่าหัวส่งลงเรือจากเจ้าของเรือหัว 20,000 บาท

เมื่อเวลา 17.30 น. ฝ่ายปกครองอำเภอตะกั่วป่า นำโดย นายมานิต เพียรทอง นายอำเภอตะกั่วป่า ร่วมกับ จนท.ทหาร ร้อย รส.ร 25 พัน 3 ได้ทำการสกัดจับผู้ค้าแรงงานต่างด้าว บริเวณ ม.4 บ้านทับกำ ต.บางนายสี อ.ตะกั่วป่า จ.พังงา ขณะกำลังขับรถนำพาแรงงาน โดยจับกุมผู้นำพาชาวไทย 2 คน และแรงงานต่างด้าวชาวโรฮิงยา 37 คน (ช 34 / ญ 3) พร้อมของกลางรถยนต์ 2 คัน ขณะรายงานผู้ต้องหา และแรงงาน ถูกควบคุมตัวอยู่ที่ว่าการอำเภอตะกั่วป่า ซึ่งปัจจุบันกำลังอยุ่ระหว่างการสอบสวน CR. 25 August 2014 (NNT) – Thailand’s Department of Special Investigation (DSI) has officially entered an agreement with the United Nations to step up the clampdown on human-trafficking.

DSI chief Pol. Gen. Chatchaval Sooksomchit, on Monday, joined Mr. Jeremy Douglas, representative from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in the signing of an agreement to step up the cooperation to prevent and crack down on human-trafficking.

The DSI has been entrusted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice to sign the agreement which will lead to the organising of a workshop and the appointment of counsellors to an anti-human trafficking centre as well as the procurement of essential equipment for it.

Such a move is said to require two years to complete, with the U.S. government offering 15 million baht to go with Thailand’s allocation of 6 million baht to carry out the task.

Mr. Douglas said that the agreement is a good opportunity for both sides to step up the anti-human trafficking movement in ASEAN region before the cooperation moves on to take care of other problems in the future.

รวบแก๊งค้ามนุษย์ลักลอบนำแรงงานเถื่อนชาวเขมรข้ามชายแดน จ.สระแก้ว ขึ้นรถไฟสายอรัญ-กทม. สารภาพเก็บค่าหัวคนละ 2 พันบาท

เมื่อวานช่วงสาย – พล.ต.สุริยา ปาวรีย์ ผบ.จทบ.สระแก้วสืบ และพ.ต.ท.เบญจพล รอดสวาสดิ์ รอง.ผกก.ตม.จว.สระแก้ว จับกุมแรงงานต่างด้าวชาวเขมรจำนวน 37 คน แบ่งเป็นชาย 19 หญิง 18 ขณะเดินหอบหิ้วกระเป๋าลงจากรถยนต์โดยสารสายอรัญ-ตาพระยา และกำลังจะเดินไปขึ้นรถไฟอรัญประเทศเข้ากรุงเทพฯ นอกจากนี้ยังจับกุมนายซอ ลาม ชาวเขมร ที่พาแรงงานต่างด้าวลักลอบข้ามชายแดนบริเวณบ้านหนองจาน ต.โคกสูง มาขึ้นรถไฟ

สอบสวนนาย ซอ ลาม อายุ 33 ปี รับสารภาพว่า ตนเข้ามาทำงานกับบริษัทรับกลึงโลหะแห่งหนึ่งใน กทม. โดยมีบัตรแรงงานถูกต้อง ได้รู้จักกับเพื่อนแรงงานและชักชวนให้ตนเดินทางมารับตัวแรงงานชาวเขมรที่ชายแดน อ.โคกสูง จ.สระแก้ว ที่ต้องการลักลอบเข้าไปทำงานในกทม.

โดยตนจะเก็บค่าหัวคิวคนละ 2,000 บาท และให้แรงงานชาวเขมรนั่งจยย.รับจ้างจากชายแดนบริเวณบ้านหนองจาน ต.โคกสูง มายังสถานีขนส่งในตลาดโคกสูงระยะทาง10 กม. โดยจ่ายค่ารถให้จยย.เที่ยวละ 150 บาท และให้ขึ้นรถโดยสารประจำทางมาลงที่สถานีขนส่งผู้โดยสารอรัญประเทศระยะทาง 25 กม. จากนั้นจะพาแรงงานฯขึ้นรถไฟเดินทางไปกทม. เมื่อรถไฟถึงพื้นที่ อ.กบินบุรี จ.ปราจีนบุรี จะมีชายไทย 2 คน แต่งชุดคล้ายจนท.รถไฟเดินมาเก็บจากชาวเขมรคนละ 800 บาท ..ซึ่งเงินที่เหลือจากจ่ายค่ารถ จยย.รับจ้างและเจ้าหน้าที่บนรถไฟแล้ว จึงเป็นของตน ..ซึ่งตนเห็นรายได้ดีทำมาแล้ว10 ครั้ง โดยในกลุ่มมีกัน 8 คน หลังจากนั้นจนท.จึงได้นำนาย ซอ ลามพร้อมแรงงานชาวเขมรทั้งหมดให้พนักงานสอบสวน สภ.อรัญประเทศดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายต่อไป

NAY PYI TAW—Human traffickers working out of Myanmar who have mainly used China and Thailand to send their victims are now increasingly using Malaysia and Indonesia, according to the Anti-Human Trafficking Police Force.

The majority of Myanmar women trafficked into China are subjected to forced marriage. Those going to Thailand are forced into prostitution.

“The greater number of Myanmar women are being trafficked into China and Thailand. But more recently, trafficking has spread to

Malaysia and Indonesia. Migrant workers are trafficked as they move from one place to another. In Indonesia, Myanmar people are being forced to work on fishing boats,” said Deputy Police Col. Khin Maung Hla of the AHTPF.

Some are being trafficked to work on Indonesian boats while others are forced to work on Thai fishing boats entering Indonesian waters, according to anti-trafficking social organizations.

Myanmar is cooperating with countries in the Mekong Region, as well as countries in the Asia-pacific Regions including ten ASEAN countries, on the issue of trans-boundary human trafficking. The assistance, cooperation and protection provided by the government for the trafficked victims is very meager, according to social organizations.

มันก็คือวิธีการค้ามนุษย์!!!คนเหล่านี้ข้ามมาจากฝั่ง สปป.ลาว เมืองละคอนเพ็ง แขวงสาละวัน ฝั่งตรงข้าม อ.เขมราฐ อ.นาตาล อุบลราชธานี หลบเข้าเมืองเข้ามาทำงานที่สมุทรปราการแบบเถื่อน/ตอนกลับก็ต้องกลับทางเดิม ที่ด่านถาวรปากแซง อ.นาตาล เพิ่อข้ามฝั่งไปเมืองละคอนเพ็ง//ที่ต้องไม่มีเอกสารติดตัวก็เพราะ “จงใจให้ตม.จับ”พอจับในข้อหาลักลอบหลบหนีเข้าเมืองโดยผิดกฎหมาย ปรับ300บาท แล้วเนรเทศกลับ ก็เข้าทางเพราะจะกลับบ้านออกพรรษาอยู่แล้ว แต่การไม่มีเอกสารติดตัวนี่ จะไม่ถูกยันทึกชื่อ จะกลับมาอีก แล้วกลับบ้านอีกปีหน้า ก็ไม่มีประวัติ/ตม.ก็มีผลงาน คนงานก็หลบเข้า ออกได้ ที่มากกว่านั้นขบวนการขนคนก็ทำมาหากินกันได้ยาว….ไม่แปลกที่ต้องอัดคนเที่ยวละ23 คน เพราะ(อาจ)”มีค่าใช้จ่าย” ค่าโดยสารต่อหัวแพงพอๆกับนั่งเครื่องบินชั้นบิซิเนส สุวรรณภูมิ-อุบล/คิดค่าโดยสารเบ็ดเสร็จหัวละ3,500บาท/เที่ยวนี้ก็23×3,500=80,500บาท/วิ่งกระบะเที่ยวเดียวทำเงินถึง 8หมื่น ทำคนเดียว รับคนเดียว…รวยเละเทะ!!! ใคร คนไหน..???.คอยจ้องหากินกับคนด้อยโอกาส เพียงแค่เขาต้องดิ้นรนเพื่ออยู่เพื่อกิน แต่ก็ต้องเสี่ยงเป็น เสี่ยงตาย ยอมทุกอย่างเพื่อมาเป็นเหยื่อคนอยากรวย….นี่ยังเพ้อประโลมโลกเรื่องAECอะไรกัน มิทราบ/

Myanmar: 11-year-old Girl abducted from Kyone Ka Yote primary school

HURFOM: Residents of Kyone Ka Yot, a village located a few miles from Thanbyuzayat City in central Mon State, alleged that the recent kidnapping of an 11-year-old girl revealed the extent of police corruption and human trafficking trends in the area. According to locals, seven cases of human trafficking have already been confirmed in Thanbyuzayat and Mudon townships this year, all targeting children between the ages of 7 and 15, and family members of the disappeared young girl fear the worst.

Mi Ong Mon Son, a primary school student in Kyone Ka Yote, was reportedly kidnapped around 1pm on September 28 after two men came to her school and requested to speak with her. According to teachers, the visitors appeared to be over the age of 30 and school staff, believing the men to be the girl’s relatives, allowed them to talk with the girl. Shortly after they spoke, Mi Ong Mon Son asked her teachers for permission to go home. The teachers agreed, but asked two fellow students to accompany the men to the girl’s house.

The men allegedly took Mi Ong Mon Son on their motorbike while the other two students drove behind. The students reported that instead of stopping when the men arrived at the girl’s house, they sped away, and the students did not think to call out to neighbors but returned to school where they described the incident to teachers.

Upon hearing the story, Mi Ong Mon Son’s teachers said they immediately informed her relatives. Abbot Su Wanna, one of the girl’s family members, phoned the police in Thanbyuzayat City to report the abduction and ask them to initiate pursuit of the captors. He alleged that the police did not comply with his request.

“Just over 30 minutes later – as soon as we heard – we informed the police but we did not offer to pay them, and that’s why they didn’t handle anything for us. If we paid them, they would have tracked the strangers. They have many human resources so if they had worked [to find her], they could have done it. I think the police did not want to work without a bribe and that’s why we lost the girl.”

According to the family, the Kyone Ka Yote village administrator also informed the police about the kidnapping but received no satisfactory response. Abbot Su Wanna said he attempted to contact all of Mi Ong Mon Son’s relatives to help with the search and posted her photo on Facebook in the hopes that someone had seen her.

The abbot and other family members fear the young girl may have been a victim of a reputed human trafficker living in Palain Japan (Japan Yay Twin village) near the Thai-Burma border. The family explained that the woman was responsible for brokering the deal to sell Mi Ong Mon Son when she was three years old to her adoptive parents, who later moved to Thailand and left the girl with an aunt. Abbot Su Wanna tried to contact the woman the same day as the kidnapping but said she had changed her phone number and disappeared from town.
