——————————- လက္ရွိျဖစ္ပြားေနေသာ ေက်င္းသားမ်ား၏ ပညာေရးျပဳျပင္ေျပာင္းလဲေရးလႈပ္ရွားမႈကို လိႈက္လိႈက္လွဲလွဲ ေထာက္ခံအားေပးပါသည္။ ဒီလႈပ္ရွားမႈကို အေၾကာင္းျပဳၿပီး အမ်ိ ဳးသားဒီမိုကေရစီအဖြဲ႕ခ် ဳပ္ကို ၀ိုင္း၀န္းတုိက္ခုိက္ေနၾကသူမ်ားကိုေတာ့ အနည္းငယ္ေ၀ဖန္လုိပါသည္။ ယခုေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားခ်ီတက္ရာလမ္းတေလွ်ာက္ရွိၿမိဳ႔နယ္အသီးသီးမွာရွိၾကေသာ NLD အဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္အဖြဲ႕၀င္ေတြ တတ္စြမ္းသမွ် ကူညီ၀န္းရံေပးဖို႔ ဗဟုိကညႊန္ၾကားထားၿပီးျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ေဒါက္တာသိန္းလြင္ကိစၥက ပါတီတြင္း ကိစၥျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ေက်ာင္းသားလႈပ္ရွားမႈႏွင့္ မဆုိင္ပါ။ ပါတီ၀င္တစ္ေယာက္ျဖစ္လာရင္ ပါတီကခ်မွတ္တဲ့ စည္းမ်ဥ္းဥပေဒေတြ၊ မူ၀ါဒေတြကို လုိက္နာရတယ္ဆုိတာ အေျခခံအားျဖင္ ပါတီ၀င္တုိင္း လုပ္ရတဲ့အလုပ္ပါ။ ပါတီ၀င္ဆုိတာ သက္ဆုိင္ရာပါတီရဲ့ ရပ္တည္ခ်က္ေတြ၊ စံတန္ဖိုးေတြ၊ မူေတြကို ကုိယ္တုိင္သက္၀င္ယံုၾကည္လက္ခံလုိ႔ သာ ၀င္ေရာက္ျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီအတြက္ ကိုယ့္မွာရွိတဲ့ ကိုယ္စြမ္း ဥာဏ္စြမ္းေတြကို ပါတီအတြက္ တည့္၀င္အသံုခ်ေစဖုိ႔၀င္လာျခင္းလုိ႔နားလည္ပါတယ္။ ပါတီကို Platform လုပ္ၿပီး ကိုယ္လုပ္ခ်င္ရာလုပ္ဖို႔ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ကုိယ့္နာမည္တည္ေဆာက္ဖို႔မဟုတ္ပါဘူး၊ အခုျဖစ္တဲ့ ကိစၥနဲ႔ပတ္သက္ၿပီး ေဒါက္တာသိန္းလြင္ကို ပါတီက အႀကိမ္ႀကိမ္သတိေပးခဲ့ၿပီး ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါကို ကုိယ္တုိင္က လက္မခံႏုိင္ရင္ ေဒါက္တာသိန္းလြင္အေနနဲ႕ အေစာႀကီးကတည္းက ပါတီနဲ႕ကင္းကင္းရွင္းရွင္းျဖစ္ေအာင္ ရပ္တည္ထားရမွာ၊ အဲဒါကို မျပတ္မသားလုပ္ခဲ့လို႕ အခု ပါတီက ထျပီးေျဖရွင္းရေတာ့ ပါတီအေပၚ၀ိုင္းေ၀ဖန္ၾကတယ္။ တစ္ခ်ိန္တည္းမွာ ေဒါက္တာသိန္းလြင္က Hero ျဖစ္သြားတယ္။ ပါတီရဲ႕ပံုရိပ္ကိုနင္းၿပီးေဒါက္တာသိန္းလြင္ က Hero ျဖစ္စ္သြားတာပါ။ ပါတီက ေက်ာင္းသားအေ၇းကို မေထာက္ခံဘူးလုိ႕စြပ္စြဲၾကတယ္။ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားခ်ီတက္ရာလမ္းတေလွ်ာက္ရွိၿမိဳ႔နယ္အသီးသီးမွာရွိၾကေသာ NLD အဖြဲ႕၀င္ေတြ လႈိက္လႈိက္လွဲလွဲ ႀကိဳဆုိ အားေပးကူညီးၾကတဲ့ ပံုရိပ္ကို ၾကည့္ရင္ ေထာက္ခံလား၊ မေထာက္ခံဘူးလား ဆုိတဲ့အေျဖက ၇ွင္းပါတ.ယ္။ တခ်ိ ဲ႔က NLD ၀င္မပါရမလားလုိ႔ေတာင္ အျပစ္တင္ပါတယ္။ ႏုိင္ငံေရးပါတီဆုိတာ single issue based movement နဲ႔သြားလုိ႔မရပါဘူး၊ issue တုိင္းးအေပၚမွာ ျခံဳ ရပ္တည္ခ်က္နဲ႔ပဲ သြားလုိ႔ရပါတယ္။ NLD လုိ ပါတီတစ္ရပ္က issue တစ္ခုတည္းအတြက္နဲ႔ လမ္းေပၚလုိက္ထြက္လုိ႔မရပါဘူး၊ ၀န္းရံ ေပးရံုပဲရပါတယ္။ အခုေက်ာင္းသားေတြကိစၥမွာ အဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ အဖြဲ႕၀င္ေတြ ဒိေလာက္ရပ္တည္ေပးထားတာ လံုေလာက္ပါတယ္။ တစ္ခုပဲေျပာခ်င္ပါတယ္၊ ရိုးသားစြာအထင္လြဲေနသူမ်ားအတြက္ ယခုလုိေလးစားစြာ ရွင္းျပရျခင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ကိုယ့္နာမည္တစ္လံုးတက္ဖို႔အတြက္ ပါတီကို အသံုးခ်ခ်င္ေနသူမ်ားကိုလည္း ဆက္မလုပ္ဖုိ႔ေတာင္းဆုိလုိပါသည္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ျပသနာတစ္ခုေပၚတုိင္း NLD ကို တုိက္ခုိက္ဖုိ႔ အျမဲ ႀကိဴးစားေနသူမ်ားအတြက္ေတာ့ ဘာမွဆက္မေျပာလုိပါ။

Last month, Myo Yan Naung Thein went to Teedam, Chin State in North Western Burma in order to conduct training regarding election, election monitoring and voter education. Part of his mission was, I think, to raise awareness about change article 436 of constitution. There, he went to government’s village (ward) election commission office which is only a tiny hut and where he can’t find anyone in the office. He found voters list exposing of with rain and sun outside the village’s election commission office. He tried his best to find someone to get permission to copy these said documents but there was none. So, as a responsible citizen who concerned so much that these documents will be weary off due to the weather, Myo Yan Naung Thein photo-copied them and returned original documents to its previous place. But, Myo Yan Naung Thein has been very vocal about sincerity of U Thein Sein’s quasi-civilian regime so-called reform process and so Burmese government charged him with draconian law accusing him of with destroying public property. But, he didn’t destroy the document or there is no intention that he would destroy the document. Rather, he just borrow momentarily to get the copy and return it to its original place. He also made every efforts to seek permission to copy the document but no avail. So, for our opinion, Burmese government is just trying to imprison him so as to silence the opposition before 2015 general elections. New Delhi (Mizzima) – For the third time, the Bayda Institute, a free school affiliated with the National League for Democracy (NLD), in Thingangyun Township in Rangoon Division has been asked to leave its location after local authorities applied pressure on the landlord.

Local authorities threatened the landlord that if they continued renting the building to the Bayda Institue, the building would be confiscated so the landlord has told the school to leave the location, according to Myint Oo, one of the school administrators.

The school has a six-month contract on the premises. If the school moves, it will be the third time it has been forced to move within four months. At first, the school was located in Tamwe Township but because of the authorities’ pressure it had to move to Sanchaung Township and finally it moved from Sanchaung to Thingangyun.

‘Two days after our school opened in Thingangyun Township, the head of the Township Administration Office threatened the landlord not to rent the building to us. Since then, the landlord has repeatedly told us to leave the building’, Myint Oo told Mizzima.

The school’s officers have asked for the help of lawmaker Thein Nyunt of  the Thingangyun branch of the National Democratic Force.

The Bayda Institute offers courses in social relationships, world affairs, South East Asian studies and basic English to high school graduates and graduates.

Presently, about 30 students from across the country are boarding at the school. The current enrollment is the sixth batch.

At every ceremony that concludes a course, various NLD leaders including Vice Chairman Tin Oo attend and present a message from Aung San Suu Kyi, the pro-democracy leader.

The 20 administrators of the Bayda Institute include activist Myo Yan Naung Thein, independent electoral candidate Win Cho, 88-Generation student Phyo Min Thein, activist Dr. Saw Naing and various NLD leaders.

‘The government can not provide a good education. That’s why we shoulder this responsibility. But, they threaten our volunteers in many ways. The former junta and the new government are not very different’, Myint Oo said.
