Than Shwe’s grandson, Nay Shwe Thway Aung has written on his Facebook that ” I don’t want to beat around the bush anymore. I am so happy that Aunt, Aung San Suu Kyi has treated me warmly and friendly. I will do what I can for the good of the country. And I hope the people will happy about the news.”
