(က) ဘာသာကူးေျပာင္းျခင္းဆုိင္ရာဥပေဒ
(ခ) လက္ထပ္ထိမ္းျမားျခင္းဆုိင္ရာဥပေဒ
(ဂ) တစ္လင္တစ္မယားစနစ္က်င့္သုံးေရး ဥပေဒ
(ဃ) လူဦးေရ ထိန္းညွိျခင္းဥပေဒဟူ၍ ဥပေဒခြဲေလးရပ္ရွိေပသည္။ အမ်ဳိးေစာင့္ဥပေဒဟူသည္ ထုိဥပေဒခြဲ ေလးရပ္လုံးကုိ သိမ္းက်ဳံး၍ ေခၚဆုိထားေသာအမည္ပင္ျဖစ္ေလသည္။
(က) ဘာသာကူးေျပာင္းျခင္းဆုိင္ရာဥပေဒ အဘယ့္ေၾကာင့္လုိအပ္သနည္းဆုိလွ်င္ ေဘးအႏၲရာယ္ က်ေရာက္ လာေသာေၾကာင့္ပင္ ျဖစ္ေလသည္။

Concerns are being aired about hiring private English teachers and how the decision to send your children to private language schools can put them in dangers since the arrest of Thomas Andrew Ericson, a US rape suspect who fled to Thailand where he worked as an English language instructor.

The man was arrested last Wednesday night at the Moo Ban Klang Muang in Samut Prakan’s Muang district. The Crime Suppression Division wanted parents and school administrators to take this as a warning. According to reports he man from the USA was using a fake UK passport to apply for teaching jobs in the area, all the time he was on the run from rape charges in his home country.

The CSD were contacted by the US embassy on the 15th of September when they were asked to search for a dangerous person wanted by the authority in Denton Country and Harris County Texas. The 47 year old is considered dangerous due to the nature of his crimes, and due to mental illness. It is thought the man is suffering from bipolar disorder. The illness could be responsible for his ability to pass off as a reliable English teacher on the one hand and a sexual predator on the other.

It has been reported that the man has also committed crimes in the nation’s capital Bangkok. He has been accused of raping and injuring a Thai woman in a jewellery shop in Bangkok in 2011 and is wanted by the Hua Mak police who were granted a warrant for his arrest by the Criminal Court.

GEORGE TOWN: Police have concluded that the savage killings of 23 Myanmar nationals, males aged between 20 and 40, in Penang recently were linked to ethnic tensions between Buddhists and Muslims in Myanmar.
A police source who disclosed these details said a special task force from Bukit Aman managed to piece together the story after picking up a key suspect, a Muslim from the Arakan district in Myanmar, last week. The suspect reportedly led police to six other suspects who were also detained to assist in the probe into the killings of the 23 Myanmar nationals.
The main suspect has since confessed, according to the source, that he had a hand in the killings.
“The main suspect said six of his family members were killed during communal clashes in his home state a year ago. We are now piecing the connection between all 23 cases to see if they were linked,” the source said.
“The root of the killings has been identified and we hope to wrap up investigations in the next few weeks.”
Penang police chief Abdul Rahim Hanafi, in a brief statement, confirmed that seven Myanmar nationals had been detained following the recent rise in the number of foreigners killed in the state.
“So far, they have been very cooperative. We have had some developments regarding the suspects,” he said in advising the public not to speculate.

Dhaka Metropolitan Police Deputy Commissioner Krishnapada Roy said they arrested the ‘Rohingya militants’ from Lalbagh’s Etimkhana Mor around 9:30pm Sunday.

The men arrested were identified as Nur Hossain aka Rafikul Islam, 26, Yasir Arafat, 22, and Omar Karim, 25.

They were caught with five detonators, two gel explosives and several bomb-making ingredients, said Additional Deputy Commissioner of Detective Branch, Saidur Rahman.

“They are Rohingya militants, They have links to Rohingya Soliditary Organisation (RSO), Arakan Rohingya Union (ARU) and Netherlands-based NGO Global Rohingya Center (GRC).”

Two suspected militants were killed at Burwan town on Oct 2 in explosions at a house that had been turned into a bomb-making facility. India’s National Investigation Agency said the house was being used by militants belonging to the JMB, a banned extremist group from Bangladesh.

Sheikh Rahmatullah Sajid, said to be the head of JMB’s module in the town, was arrested in Kolkata. Detectives believe he is known as Masum in his home town at Narayanganj’s Farazikanda.

Another Rohingya man Khalid Mohammad had been arrested from Hyderabad in connection with the incident.
