‪#‎พฤติการณ์ในการจับกุม‬
จนท.ตำรวจชุดจับกุม ได้ติดตามกลุ่มผู้ต้องหาซึ่งลักลอบขนยาบ้า มาจากพื้นที่เขตติดต่อระหว่าง ภ.5 และ ภ.6 กระทั่งผู้ต้องหาเข้าพักที่โรงแรมฯ จึงได้เข้าทำการตรวจค้น พบยาบ้าอยู่ในรถหมายเลขทะเบียน บม 2462 กำแพงเพชร จึงได้แสดงตัวเพื่อจับกุม .. แต่นายว่าวฯ ผู้ตายได้ขัดขืน ใช้อาวุธมีดของกลางจ้วงแทง พ.ต.ต.สุชัยฯ ตร.ชุดจับซึ่งคุ้มกัน จึงได้ใช้อาวุธปืนยิงถูก นายว่าวฯ ถึงแก่ความตาย …จากนั้นได้ทำการควบคุมตัวผู้ต้องหาที่เหลือ และตรวจยึดยาบ้า ของกลาง นำส่งพนักงานสอบสวนเพื่อดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายต่อไป

ဆႏၵထုတ္ေဖာ္ရန္အတြက္ သတ္မွတ္ထုတ္ျပန္ထားသည့္အတိုင္း ငါးရက္ႀကိဳတင္ကာ စာတင္ခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း သက္ဆုိင္ရာက တာေမြၿမိဳ႕နယ္ ဟစ္တုိင္တြင္ ခြင့္ျပဳခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း မူလစာတင္ထားသည့္အတုိင္း လွည္းတန္းထိပ္မွ သံလြင္လမ္းအထိ ဆႏၵထုတ္ေဖာ္သြားမည္ဟု ဦးေဆာင္သူ အခ်ိဳ႕ကဆုိသည္။

‘‘ကြၽန္ေတာ္တို႔က ကုိယ့္ဆႏၵကုိ ထုတ္ေဖာ္တာ ဘယ္အာဏာပုိင္ရဲ႕ ဆႏၵကုိမွ မလုိက္နာႏုိင္ဘူး။ ဆုိလိုတာကေတာ့ ဆႏၵျပတဲ့သူေတြ ေထာင္ခ်ခ်င္လုိ႔ လုပ္တယ္လုိ႔ျမင္တယ္။ ဥပေဒကုိ လက္တစ္လံုးျခားလုပ္ေနတာပဲ။ ေမးခ်င္တာ တစ္ခုကေတာ့ ဒီမုိကေရစီအဖံြ႕ၿဖိဳးဆံုး တုိင္းျပည္က သမၼတလာမွ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံမွာ ဒီမိုကေရစီဆိတ္သုဥ္းသြားၿပီးလားဆုိတာ သိခ်င္ပါတယ္’’ဟု ၎ကဆုိသည္။

The Statement of Mon Civil Society and Land Users on the Current Government National Land Use Policy

On November 10 representatives of Mon civil society organizations and land users came together in a workshop to review and analyze the draft national land use policy of Myanmar at Paing Kate Hall, Myaingthaya in Mawlamyaing City. There were 61 participants from 30 organizations and 4 land experts participated in the workshop and made the following recommendations:
1. There are no measures in the current national land use policy that address the land problems in the country. Therefore it needs time, input and advices from the people.
2. The farmers, land users, women and representatives of civil society need to be allowed to be involved in developing a good national land use policy.
3. A good national land use policy should legally recognize and protect the ethnic customary land tenure systems, including ownership, freedom of use, management and decision-making.
4. Representatives of ethnic leaders should be involved in the national land use policy making process.
5. The national land use policy must also address peace and national reconciliation.
6. Land use should not be prioritize for business investment purposes. Instead it should prioritize social justice and sustainable development of the people based on the human rights principles.
7. To promote poverty eradication in the country, investments should prioritize, strengthen and promote the people and farmers’ existing farming practices and activities.
8. Land use policy should recognize and respect women’s distinct land use needs and rights, and women should be represented in the decision making bodies concerning land use and land use policy.
9. The government should make widespread use of media to inform the public and provide enough time for people to engage and meaningfully participate in the process of making the land use policy.
10. An independent and respected body, with effective decision making power, should be established to solve land problems in the country.
11. Concerning land problems in ethnic territories, the ethnic people should be able to decide on their own.
12. All ethnic nationalities should be represented in all National Land Use and Management Councils or Committees.

เมื่อเวลา 08.00 น. วันนี้ (11 พ.ย. 57) คณาจารย์และนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสรา­ชนครินทร์ จำนวน 4,000 คน รวมตัวกันเดินประณามกลุ่มโจรใต้ที่ก่อเหตุ­ยิง น.ส.สุธิดา ตั้งใจ อายุ 20 ปี นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 คณะวิทยาการจัดการ สาขาการบัญชี ขณะนั่งซ้อนท้ายรถ จยย.ของเพื่อนเดินทางกลับบ้านพัก เสียชีวิตเมื่อวันที่ 2 พ.ย. 57 ที่ผ่านมา

ทั้งนี้ อาจารย์และนักศึกษา ได้ถือป้ายข้อความต่างๆ เดินไปตามถนนสายต่างๆ ภายในเขตเทศบาลเมืองนราธิวาส เพื่อประณามกลุ่มโจรใต้ที่ก่อเหตุฆ่าผู้บร­ิสุทธิ์ในครั้งนี้ อีกทั้งยังเป็นการเร่งรัดให้เจ้าหน้าที่ที­่เกี่ยวข้อง จับกุมคนร้ายมาลงโทษให้ได้โดยเร็ว ท่ามกลางความสนใจจากประชาชนในพื้นที่จำนวน­มาก.

4,000 students and lecturers from Princess of Narathiwat University (PNU) rallied in Narathiwat’s Muang district yesterday morning in protest against violence in the region that claimed the life of a young schoolmate.

The group, led by PNU rector Jongrak Plasai, called for an end to violence against innocent people and condemned those who shot dead the university’s second-year student Suthida Tangjai on November 2nd.//

A female university student was fatally shot believed by militants as she and three other students from the same institute were riding on two motorcycles on their way from the campus to their hostel in Narathiwat’s Muang district this late afternoon (Sunday).
A team of police and army troops was later dispatched to the scene of the shooting on a secondary road from Muang district to Cho Airong district where the found the victim, a sophomore of Narathiwat Srinagarind University, lying on the road with a bullet on the back of her head.

The victim, whose identity was not known at press time, was later rushed to the provincial hospital where she was pronounced dead shortly afterward.

The victim’s friends reportedly told police that as the four of them were riding back to their hostel in two motorcycles, one motorcycle approached then from behind and the pillion rider fired a short at the victim and pointed the same gun at the rest of them but it did not function and the motorbike sped away.

Police said that the victim’s father was shot dead in similar fashion three years ago.

11/11/2014 BANGKOK: — AN ARREST WARRANT has been taken out for a BENGALI so called Rohingya man on the strength of an intelligence report from the new Security Problems Integral Centre claiming that he was an operative for the insurgency in the deep South and was preparing terror attacks in Thailand.

An internal police order issued on November 7 identified the suspect as Then Win, or Har San, aged 53.

 

A security source said yesterday that the man was preparing some money for plastic surgery to change his appearance.

He has also been accused of planning terrorist activities in Myanmar.

The order has been circulated to Metropolitan and Immigration police, but both bureaus and their senior staff denied knowing of it when contacted yesterday.

Meanwhile in Narathiwat’s Si Sakhon district, separatists were suspected of hanging cloth propaganda banners at various locations.

At one spot, a villager said he was trying to remove a sign, which carried the “Pattani Independence” slogan like many of the others, but stepped on one of two home-made mines planted nearby.

Explosive-ordnance disposal personnel managed to detonate the other mine safely.
