แกนนำกปปส.จะเข้ามอบตัวต่อ DSI ในวันจันทร์ที่ 26 พ.ค. ‪CR.‎js100‬

นายอิสสระ สมชัย แกนนำกปปส. กล่าวว่า ในวันที่ 26 พ.ค.จะเดินทางไปพร้อมกับนายวิทยา แก้วภารดัย แกนนำกปปส. ซึ่งไม่ได้อยู่ในหมายเรียกให้ไปรายงานตัวของคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ (คสช.) พร้อมประสานผู้ที่ถูกกออกหมายจับล่าสุดของศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อย หรือ ศอ.รส.ทั้ง 30 คน จะไปมอบตัวต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ดีเอสไอ ถนนแจ้งวัฒนะ ในช่วงเช้า เพื่อขอให้เจ้าหน้าที่ดีเอสไอนำตัวส่งรายงานตัวต่อศาลได้ทัน และเป็นการแสดงเจตนาว่า ไม่มีพฤติกรรมหลบหนีใดๆ และจะใช้สิทธิในการเรื่องขอความเป็นธรรมเพื่อต่อสู้คดีตามที่ถูกกล่าวหา ซึ่งขณะนี้รอประสานกับบรรดาแกนนำกปปส. ที่ถูกเรียกตัวให้ไปรายงานตัวต่อคสช. ที่สโมสรกองทัพบก เทเวศน์ ให้รับทราบเพื่อเตรียมเอกสาร หลักทรัพย์ในการขอประกันตัวต่อศาล

PDRC core leaders to turn themselves in to DSI this Monday, 26 May 2014
Earlier today, top leader Isara Somchai ในวันจันทร์) stated that he intended to turn himself in to the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) along with Wittaya Kaewparadai, another top leader, on 26 May 2014. Neither have been summoned by the National Peace and Order Maintaining Council (NPOMC). They would coordinate with the other PDRC leaders subject to CAPO arrest warrants, who also planned to turn themselves in to DSI officials at Chaeng Wattana on Monday morning, and would request that the DSI turn them over to the relevant court. The PDRC leaders hope to demonstrate that none of them pose any flight risks. In addition, they intend to defend their cases through legal channels.
Khun Isara noted that he was currently waiting to contact those core leaders who were still with NPOMC so necessary preparations relating to bail requests could be undertaken.
