All three bodies have issued statements criticizing CAPO for exceeding its legal authority and imposing restrictions. The Charter Court and NACC have rebuked CAPO’s Announcement dated 17 April 2014 for threatening and attempting to intervene in the independent agencies’ consideration of Yingluck’s illegal transfer of NSC chief Thawil Pliensri and dereliction in the rice-pledging scheme, respectively. The Civil Servants Network has reproached CAPO for prohibiting government officials from listening to diverse views on the political crisis.

THAILAND : Internal Security Operations Command announced that the two Hezbollah terrorist suspects were arrested at a hotel on Soi Nana

The Internal Security Operations Command announced that the two Hezbollah terrorist suspects were arrested at a hotel on Soi Nana, and not at Suvarnabhumi airport as earlier disclosed by the police. It said that Thai authorities are in the process of deporting them out of the country, adding that they have no connection with the southern insurgency.
ISOC says Thailand is not target of terrorist groups and asks the people not to be panic.
