Caretaker Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra was today accused by officials of the National Security Council of condoning or abetting criminal acts such as lese majeste and secession.
The accusation was made in a statement issued by the NSC officials led by Mr Pornchart Bunnag, NSC deputy secretary-general, which was read at the protest stage of the People’s Democratic Reform Committee at Lumpini park Thursday night.
In her capacity as the chair of the NSC, the statement said that the prime minister had never convened a meeting of the NSC to discuss the problems which can be interpreted as meaning that the prime minister has abetted or condoned the wrongdoings.

Army bunkers to be adjusted to look more friendly
Today, Yingluck was at it again. She said something like the military bunkers on the streets – the ones protecting us – were damaging the image of democracy. Gen. Prayuth therefore asked whether the bunkers should be decorated in pink to make them more appealing. What an excellent response.

ากกรณีสำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (ป.ป.ช.) ออกมาระบุว่ากำลังเก็บรวบรวมหลักฐานเพื่อที่จะแจ้งความดำเนินคดี กับผู้เกี่ยวข้องกรณีผู้ชุมนุมกลุ่มสื่อวิทยุประชาชนเพื่อประชาชน (กวป.) ปิดล้อมสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช.และปักหลักชุมนุมค้างคืน พร้อมทั้งตั้งเวทีบนถนนบริเวณด้านหน้าสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ตั้งแต่วันที่ 26 กุมภาพันธ์ 2557 – 1 มีนาคม 2557 และได้มีการกระทำที่เป็นการละเมิดต่อกฎหมายชัดเจน เพื่อข่มขู่ไม่ให้สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช.ทำงาน
โดยเบื้องต้น สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. กำลังพิจารณาว่าการปิดล้อมสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. เป็นการทำตามคำสั่งของรัฐมนตรีหรือผู้มีอำนาจในรัฐบาลหรือไม่ เพราะมีหลักฐานเป็นคลิปการปราศรัยที่จังหวัดนครราชสีมาเมื่อวันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2557 ที่มีรัฐมนตรีและคนในรัฐบาลสั่งการในลักษณะให้มีการเคลื่อนไหวกดดันองค์กรอิสระ และศาล ซึ่งสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. จะดำเนินการตามกฎหมายกับผู้สั่งการ ข้อหาปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยมิชอบตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญามาตรา 157 และ พ.ร.บ.ประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญที่ว่าด้วยการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริต มาตรา 123/1 ดังนั้น หากมีพยานหลักฐานเกี่ยวข้องถึงผู้ใดก็จะสอบขยายผลต่อไป

this morning at Mae Sot hospital in Mae Sot district of Tak when a handful of red-shirt people tried to forcibly remove an anti corruption banner placed at the hospital but was resisted by hospital guards.
About five red-shirts went to the hospital and told hospital staff to remove the banner.
Hospital staff refused saying that the banner was placed on order of the permanent secretary of the Public Health Ministry on an anti corruption campaign nationwide.
Staff alerted the police as the unruly red-shirts tried to remove the banner by force.
But since they were outnumbered by hospital staff and guards, they retreated but with threat to return with more men to remove the banner.
The police arrived but after the five red-shirts have left.
However the police were remained at the hospital to prevent troubles if the red-shirts return again.
