หลักฐานชิ้นสำคัญชิ้นหนึ่งครับ ที่กระทรวงสาธารณสุขสั่งการ “ห้ามโรงพยาบาลต่างๆนำรถพยาบาลเข้ากรุงไปช่วยเหลือผู้ชุมนุม โดยอ้างว่า เป็นช่วงปีใหม่ให้ดูแลเรื่องอุบัติเหตุ และบอกว่ากรมการแพทย์มีความพร้อมในการจัดเตรียมรถพยาบาลและบุคลากรแล้ว หากจะนำขึ้นมาต้องมาขออนุญาตกรมการแพทย์ก่อน หรือรอกระทรวงสั่งการ ทั้งนี้ตั้งแต่ 21 ธันวาคม 2556 เป็นต้นไป” ลงนามโดยรองปลัดกระทรวง นพ.อำนวย กาจีนะ ลิ่วล้ออีกคนที่ประดิษฐจิ้มขึ้นมาเป็นรองปลัด การสั่งการดูเหมือนมีเหตุผล แต่แท้จริงมีเลศนัย มุ่งหวังข่มขู่และสั่งการให้หยุดการสนับสนุนต่อมวลมหาประชาชน กระดาษแผ่นนี้ออกมาก็ดี จะได้ประจานให้เห็นธาตุแท้ของประดิษฐ แทนที่จะทำหนังสือแจ้งว่า ยินดีสนับสนุนให้โรงพยาบาลต่างๆทำหน้าที่ในการดูแลพี่น้องผู้ชุมนุม เสียงปรบมือจะกึกก้อง แต่ธาตุแท้คือธาตุแท้ เก็บไม่อยู่ปิดไม่มิด ออกมาแบบนี้ เชิญชวนพี่น้องช่วยกันสหบาทาทางออนไลน์ได้เลยครับ ไม่ผิดกติกาใดๆครับพี่น้อง

การเดินทางเข้ากรุงของโรงพยาบาลชุมชนต่างๆและทีมแพทย์ชนบทนั้น ไม่ได้ไปทำหน้าที่ทางการแพทย์การพยาบาลเท่านั้น แต่ไปเป็นกำลังใจ ไปเป็นหมอพยาบาลที่เขาไว้ใจ ไปสร้างความอุ่นใจ และไปเพื่อรักษาเกียรติภูมิของวิชาชีพไม่ให้เป็นไทยเฉย รวมทั้งเป็นการเรียนรู้ประชาธิปไตยของบุคลากรด้วยครับพี่น้อง

Joint Communique from PDRC allies and supporters in Denmark, New Zealand, Germany, Atlanta (Georgia, USA), Sydney, Perth, and the UK condemning the use of violence by the caretaker government against unarmed protesters (28 Dec. 2013, English version)

The Rural Medical Network notes that the order was signed by Deputy Permanent Secretary Amnuay Gachina, MD, a government supporter, and criticizes the order for being a veiled threat against medical personnel lending support to the anti-government protests.

The Rural Medical Network has posted on its Facebook page (ชมรมแพทย์ชนบท) an order dated 21 Dec. 2013 from the Office of the Permanent Secretary (OPS), Ministry of Public Health, that effectively prohibits hospitals outside Bangkok from sending ambulances into the city to provide medical assistance to anti-government protesters. The OPS noted this is because local hospitals should oversee accidents during the new-year holiday period, and the Department of Medical Services (DMS) is already able to sufficiently provide medical vehicles and personnel. Non-Bangkok hospitals may only send ambulances if authorized by DMS or the Ministry.

สิ่งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า การบาดเจ็บล้มตายของประชาชน เป็นเรื่องที่รัฐบาลไม่รู้สึกรู้สาอะไรด้วยเลย ขนาดนายกรักษาการอย่างคุณยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร ยังไม่เคยทราบว่ามีผู้บาดเจ็บไปแล้วกี่ราย

คุณไม่ควรสร้างเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ทุกวัน เพราะตำแหน่งของคุณ เป็นตำแหน่งที่พี่น้องประชาชนมอบให้ไม่ว่าจะเป็นมุมไหน รัฐบาลนี้ก็เป็นโมฆะ

It has been reported that around 13.00 hrs today, large firecrackers were lodged at a tent for protester guards (Kor Por Tor: People and Student Network for the Reform of Thailand) situated between the UNESCAP building and Royal Thai Army general headquarters. According to the report, 5 people have been injured in all including 1 person critically injured. Of the 5 injured, 4 have been taken to hospital while 1 is being treated at the Makkhawan Rangsan Bridge first aid tent.

It is time for Yingluck Shinwatra’s caretaker government to take responsibility for the recent losses and injuries, particularly as Yingluck herself does not even seem to be aware of the injury tally.

Anchalee Paireerak on stage (21.45): At about 8 pm, Kor Por Tor (People and Student Network for the Reform of Thailand) protest leader Phichitr Chaimongkol was captured by the police for having previously stormed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Attorney Puangthip Boonsanong (Thanai Mint) is seeking to post bail for his release.We have also received news that Kor Por Tor leader Nititorn Lamlua may be the next to be captured.

Police on Sunday arrested one of core leaders of Network of Students and People for Thailand’s Reform on charge of having invaded into Foreign Ministry compound.

Pichit Chaimongkon was rounded up at 8.55pm as he was in Season Square Deparment Store on Srinakarin Road.

Pichit was alleged of leading a group of anti-government protesters to raid the ministry.

He was a former secretary general of Students’ Federation of Thailand in 2003 and he is a close aide of Suriyasai Katasila, a former cooridnator of People’s Alliance for Democracy.
