Burma Army attacks the Shan State Progress Party / Shan State Army (SSPP/SSA), a ceasefire group: yesterday, 15:00-17:00 east of Mongkao, Tangyan township; and today, 10:30- up to 12:00 (time of reporting) at Loilan, also Tangyan township. The Burma Army is a double-crosser, this will hurt the peace process, says SSA spokesman Sai La.
