အာမခံခံ၀န္လက္မွတ္ေရးထိုးရာစာရြက္ေပၚ၌ သုံးႏႈန္းထားေသာ အသုံးအႏႈန္းမ်ားအား မႏွစ္သက္၍ အာမခံယူရန္ ျငင္းဆန္ရျခင္းျဖစ္သည္ဟု ဗကသေက်ာင္းသား ေအာင္မႈိင္းဆန္းက သီးသန္႔ေျပာၾကား လိုက္သည္။

 

မႏၱေလးၿမိဳ႕ ခ်မ္းျမသာစည္ၿမိဳ႕နယ္တရားရုံးမွ ျပန္လည္ေခၚထုတ္လာစဥ္ ပုဒ္မ(၁၈)ျဖင့္ အမႈဖြင့္ အေရး ယူျခင္းခံထားရသူ ေအာင္မႈိင္းဆန္းက ယခုကဲ့သို႔ ေျပာၾကားျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။

 

“အခု ဖမ္းတယ္ဆိုတာလည္း  တရားတယ္လို႔ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ မယူဆပါဘူး ၊ ေနာက္ၿပီးေတာ့ သုံးႏႈန္း ထားတဲ့ အသုံးအႏႈန္းေတြကလည္း ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ကို တရားခံဆိုၿပီး သုံးႏႈန္းထားပါတယ္ ၊ အဲဒါကို ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ လက္မခံပါဘူး ´´ ဟု ၎က ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။

 

၄င္းအား ဒီဇင္ဘာ (၁၂)ေန႔ညမွ စတင္ဖမ္းဆည္းခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္ၿပီး လက္ပံေတာင္းအေရးဆန္႔က်င္မႈ အတြက္ စီတန္းလွည့္လည္စဥ္ ပူးေပါင္းပါ၀င္ခဲ့မႈအတြက္ ဖမ္းဆီးခံခဲ့ရျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္။

 

စီတန္းလွည့္လည္ရာတြင္ ပါ၀င္သူမ်ားအနက္ ဗကသ အဖြဲ႔မွ ေအာင္မႈိင္းဆန္း ၊ မင္းႏုိင္လြင္ ၊ သန္းထိုက္ႏွင့္ ကုန္ေစ်းႏႈန္းက်ဆင္းေရးအဖြဲ႔မွ သိန္းေအာင္ျမင့္တို႔ အဖမ္းခံထားရၿပီျဖစ္ၿပီး ၀ရမ္းတြင္ ပါ၀င္သူ ဗကသမွ ထြန္းထြန္းေက်ာ္မွာ ယခုတိုင္ တိမ္းေရွာင္ေနဆဲ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။

 

 

စီတန္းလွည့္လည္ခြင့္ဥပေဒသည္ လုပ္ပိုင္ခြင့္နည္းနည္း ေပးထားၿပီး ခ်ဳပ္ကိုင္မႈမ်ားေနေၾကာင္း ၊ အဆိုပါဥပေဒကို ျပန္လည္စဥ္းစား သင့္ေၾကာင္း ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ၿပီး ၎တို႔အေနႏွင့္ ျမန္မာတစ္ႏိုင္ငံလုံးတြင္ သံဃာ႔လႈပ္ရွားမႈမွန္သမွ်ကို ပူးေပါင္းေပးရန္ရည္မွန္းခ်က္ရွိေၾကာင္းကိုလည္း ဗကသေကာ္မတီ၀င္ မိုးထက္ေနက ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။

 

 

“လျပည့္ညက ေျဖရွင္းသြားတဲ့ပုံက အင္မတန္ကို စိုးရိမ္စရာျဖစ္ပါတယ္ ၊ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ရွိေနရဲ့သားနဲ႔ ဒီလိုမ်ဳိး အျဖစ္မခံပါဘူး” ဟု မိုးထက္ေနက ေျပာသည္။

 

 

အမ်ားကို မထိခိုက္သည့္ စီတန္း လွည့္လည္ခြင့္မ်ားကို အေျခခံဥပေဒက ျပဌာန္းေပးထားေသာ္လည္း ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ရဲတပ္ဖြဲ႔မွဴးမ်ားက ျငင္းဆိုေနျခင္းမွာ အေျခခံဥပေဒႏွင့္မညီေၾကာင္းႏွင္႔ စီတန္းလွည့္လည္ မႈေၾကာင့္ အမႈရင္ဆိုင္ရေတာ့မည္ျဖစ္သည့္သူမ်ားဘက္မွ ေရွ႕ေနမ်ားကြန္ယက္မွ ဦးသိန္းသန္းညြန္႔က လိုက္ပါေဆာင္ရြက္မည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။

ၿပီးခဲ့သည့္ ဒီဇင္ဘာလ (၁၂)ရက္ေန႔က ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့သည့္ သံဃာမ်ားစီတန္းလွည့္လည္မႈတြင္ လူေထာင္ ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာပါ၀င္ေသာ္လည္း ယခုလို ငါးဦးသာ ဖမ္း၀ရမ္းထုတ္ခဲ့ျခင္းႏွင့္ ပတ္သတ္၍ မႏၲေလးခရိုင္ ရဲတပ္ဖြဲ႔မွ တာ၀န္ရွိသူအား ေတြ႕ဆုံေမးျမန္းရာ ၎တို႔တြင္ ေျဖၾကားရန္ အခြင့္အေရးမရွိဟု  တရားရုံး သို႔လိုက္ပါလာသည့္ အရာခံဗိုလ္တစ္ဦးက  ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။

 

စုံးစမ္းစစ္ေဆးမႈမ်ားကို လာမည့္ (၂၀)ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ထပ္မံျပဳလုပ္မည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းသိရသည္။

 

breaking news:small explosion on the stage before Daw Aung San Suu Kyi give a speech. Three people got injured!!

There   was a small explosion on the stage before  Daw  Aung San Su Kyi  came and gave speech in Kan Maw village, Myeik Archipelago  and while people were cleaning up the stage for that event at 3pm local time on 14,december,2012.

 

The people from NLD party members from Kan Maw Village were arranging and cleaning up the place where Daw Aung San Su Kyi would come and deliver speech. One of the NLD members reported that at least three members were wounded. One of them is elderly woman and has wounded in thigh, the other two were young people and have wounded in their faces.

There is a hole which is one yard deep after the explosion and some metal were scattering all around the incident location.

A nurse from Kan Maw Hospital confirmed that explosion is the course of wounds of the victims. Administration leader, U Bar Bu also witnessed that there was an explosion. Till now there was no authority that came and investigated on the place.

 

One of the NLD member commented that water transportation is the course of these delays. And there were some authorities visiting the victims at the hospital as people were reporting to NLD central office.

Releasing medical records of four children with suspected health problems caused by acid

1. According to the request of Chairperson Daw Aung San Suu Kyi of Investigation Commission formed regarding Lapadaungtaung Copper Mining Project in Salingyi Township of Monywa District of Sagaing Region, four children with suspected health problems due to the exposure to acid were sent to Yangon Children’s Hospital and medical check-ups were made.

2. The four children arrived at Yangon Children’s Hospital on 11 December 2012, and received necessary medical check-ups by specialists. Their medical records revealed as follow:-

3. According the aforementioned examination results, there is no symptoms  of exposing to acid, it is learnt.
