Laiza: Burma Army has been transporting supplies to Sinoborder forward base by helicopters

Since 10 October, the same day that Naypyitaw had sent an invitation to the Kachin Independence Organization (KIO) for a new round of peace talks, the Burma Army has been transporting supplies to Sinbo forward base by helicopters and from there to the Laiza front lines by mules, according to All Burma Students Democratic Front (ABSDF) sources who are fighting alongside the KIA. (SHAN)
