13ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ လံုးဆိုင္ရာ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ား ဒီမိုကရက္တစ္ တပ္ဦး (ABSDF) ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ အဖြဲ႔သည္ ၊ျပည္ေထာင္စု အဆင့္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး ေဖၚေဆာင္ေရးအဖြဲ႔မွ တာ၀န္ေပးထားေသာ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ႏွင့္ သတ္မွတ္ထားေသာ ခရီးစဥ္ကိစၥကို ပဏာ မေဆြးေႏြးၿပီး ယေန ႔မြန္းလြဲပိုင္းတြင္ မဲေဆာက္ၿမိဳ႔သို႔ ျပန္လည္ ေရာက္ရွိ ခဲ့ပါသည္။ မတ္လ (၈) ရက္ေန႔က ထြက္ခြာသြားေသာ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ အဖြဲ႔တြင္ ဦးျမင့္ဦး တြဲဖက္ အတြင္းေရးမွဴး (၁) က ဦးေဆာင္ၿပီး ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ (၆) ဦး ပါပါသည္။ ေဆြးေႏြးခ်က္မွားမွာ-

– ေဖေဖၚ၀ါရီလ (၉) ရက္ေန႔က ယာယီ သေဘာတူထားသည့္ ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးရန္ သတ္မွတ္ထားရက္ကို အတည္ ျပဳေၾကာင္း ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ပါသည္။

– ျမန္မာေဒသ အသီးသီးမွာ ရွိေနေသာ ေဆြးေႏြးပဲြ တက္ေရာက္မည့္ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား၏ ခရီးစဥ္ကို ညွိႏွိဳင္းခဲ့ေသာ ခရီးစဥ္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

အစိုးရ၏ ျငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ အဖြဲ႔ႏွင့္ ABSDF တို႔သည္ လာမည့္ ဧၿပီလဆန္းပိုင္းတြင္ ႏိုင္ငံေရးအရ ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြး ေႏြးရန္ ရန္ကုန္ျမိဳ႔တြင္ ခ်ိန္းဆိုထားပါသည္။ ဤေနရာသို႔ ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္၊ စစ္ကိုင္းဖက္၌ ရွိေနေသာ ABSDF ကိုယ္စား လွယ္မ်ား၏ ခရီးစဥ္ကို ညွိႏွဳိင္းခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။

“အခုသြားေရာက္ခဲ့တာကေတာ့ က်ေနာ္တို႔ အဖြဲ႔က က်ေနာ္တို႔နဲ႔ ဆက္သြယ္ဖို႔  ျပည္ေထာင္စု အဆင့္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး ေဖၚေဆာင္ေရး အဖြဲ႔က တာ၀န္ေပးထားတဲ့ ဆက္သြယ္ေရး ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ သီရိပ်ံခ်ီ ဦးေစာခင္စိုး ျပည္နယ္ ဗိုလ္မွဴးႀကီးေဟာင္း ေပါ့ဗ်ာ  သူနဲ႔ သြားေတြ႔တာပါ။ အဓိကကေတာ့ ေရွ႔ဆက္ႏိုင္ငံေရး ေဆြးေႏြးပဲြအတြက္ ျပင္ဆင္တဲ့ခရီးစဥ္ပါ ။ ဒီအထဲမွာ ႏွစ္ဖက္ကိုယ္စား လွယ္ေတြ ေဆြးေႏြးရမဲ့ အခ်က္အခ်ဳိ႔ကိုလည္း ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အခ်ိန္ေစာေသးလို႔ ထုတ္မေျပာေသးပါဘူး။” ABSDF ဒုဥကၠဌ ျဖစ္သူ ဦးမ်ဳိး၀င္းက ေျပာပါသည္။

ABSDF ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား

ထို႔အျပင္ ႏွစ္ဖက္ေဆြးေႏြးပဲြဲ ယေန႔ျဖစ္ေပၚေနေသာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံရဲ့ ႏိုင္ငံေရးျပသနာေတြကို ေျဖရွင္းဖို႔ အဓိက ေဆြးေႏြးသြား မည္ဟု ဦးမ်ဳိး၀င္းက ဆိုပါသည္။

ABSDF သည္၊ ျပီးခဲ့သည့္ ေဖေဖၚ၀ါရီလ (၉)ရက္ေန႔ကလည္း ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ မဲေဆာက္ၿမိဳ႔တြင္ ပထမအႀကိမ္ ပဏာမေတြ႔ဆံုခဲ့ပါ သည္။ အဆိုပါေဆြးေႏြးပဲြ၌ ေအာက္ပါအခ်က္ (၃) ခ်က္ အတိုင္း ပဏာမ သေဘာတူ ထားပါသည္။

၁။ ႏွစ္ဖက္ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား အေနျဖင့္ ယခုေတြ႔ဆံုမႈအား ပဏာမ ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးပြဲဟု သတ္မွတ္ၿပီး ႏိုင္ငံေရးျပႆနာမ်ားကို ႏိုင္ငံေရး နည္းလမ္္းျဖင့္ ေျဖရွင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ သြားႏုိင္ေရးအတြက္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး စားပြဲတြင္ တန္းတူညီတူ  ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးမႈအဆင့္ဆင့္ကို ဆက္လက္ျပဳလုပ္သြားၾကမည္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

၂။ ဆက္လက္ ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးမည့္ အေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ားကို ျပည္သူတရပ္လံုးသိရွိေစရန္ ထုတ္ျပန္သြားမည္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

ABSDF သည္၊ အစိုးရႏွင့္ ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးကို အဖြဲ႔တခုလံုး၏ သေဘာ ဆႏၵျဖင့္ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခဲ့သည္ဟု ဆိုပါသည္။ သို႔ေသာ္ အပစ္အခတ္ ရပ္စဲေရးကို အစိုးရ လက္ခံေသာ္လည္း တပ္ေနရာခ်ထားေရးမွာ အစိုးရက အၾကပ္ကိုင္မည့္ အေျခအေနရွိေန သည္ဟု နာ္စပ္ရိွ စစ္ေရး အကဲခတ္မ်ားက သံုးသပ္ေနၾကပါသည္။

Burmese migrant workers may soon be able to apply for temporary passports in northern Thailand’s Chiang Mai city as the Kingdom seeks to speed up the process of legalising the millions of foreigners that provide crucial support for the economy.

The new service would allow Burmese residents in northern Thailand to complete the required passport application process in Chiang Mai rather than having to travel to Bangkok, Ruchuchai Phota from Chiang Mai Province’s Employment Office says.

“The Thai cabinet at the end of last year approved this plan,” said Phota, who heads the office’s Labour Support Department . “Talks were held yesterday with concerned Burmese officials to work out the details. Thailand: Suspected drug dealer, British national,Kurt David Silver arrested in Chon Buri

CHON BURI, March 12 — The Thai authorities have arrested a British national suspected of being a drug dealer and confiscated several kinds of controlled drugs at his home in Chon Buri, southeast of Bangkok.

Kurt David Silver, a 42-year-old English national, was arrested at his home in Bang Lamung district, Pol Lt-Gen Panya Mamen, chief of Provincial Police Region 2, told a news briefing today.

Police confiscated 159 grammes of crystal methamphetamine, 200 methamphetamine pills, 5.6 grammes of ecstasy, 25.95 grammes of heroin, 11.8 grammes of ketamine, one box of syringes and 200 empty capsules, Gen Panya said.

According to the initial investigation, Mr Silver claimed that all the drugs belonged to another Englishman, Heaton John Alexander, whom he said was a leader of a syndicate and that the drugs were smuggled from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates into Thailand.

The detainee confessed that he sold drugs to foreign customers in the seaside resort town of Pattaya. He said that Mr Alexander lives in Pattaya and has 15 subordinates deliver the drugs to customers.

Following Mr Silver’s statement, police searched Mr Alexander’s residence in Pattaya, but he had eluded arrest.

The police believe the suspect remains in hiding elsewhere in the country. (MCOT online news)
