အစိုးရ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးေဖာ္ေဆာင္ေရးကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားႏွင့္ KNPP ကုိယ္စားလွယ္အဖြဲ႕တို႔ ယေန႔လိြဳင္ေကာ္ၿမိဳ႕ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲတြင္ သေဘာတူညီမႈသံုးခ်က္ လက္မွတ္ေရးထိုးခဲ့ၿပီး  ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးကို အျမန္ဆံုးအေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္သြားမွာျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း KNPP ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္ ခူဦးရယ္က သတင္းေထာက္မ်ားကိုေျပာသည္။

“ ျပည္နယ္ အဆင့္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးတည္ေဆာက္ရန္အတြက္ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္” ဟု ေခါင္းစဥ္တပ္ထားသည့္ လက္မွတ္ေရးထိုးသည့္စာတြင္  ေတြ႕ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးမွ ႏွစ္ဦးႏွစ္ဖက္ ပစ္ခတ္တုိက္ခိုက္မႈရပ္ဆုိင္းရန္၊ ဆက္ဆံေရးစခန္းကို ႏွစ္ဖက္သေဘာတူသည့္ သင့္ေတာ္ရာေနရာ၌ (လက္နက္မပါ)ထားရွိရန္ႏွင့္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုအဆင့္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးေဆြးေႏြးေရးအဖြဲ႕ႏွင့္ ေဆြးေႏြးရန္အတြက္ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္အဖြဲ႕ တရား၀င္ဖြဲ႕စည္းေပးရန္ႏွင့္ ေဆြးေႏြးမည့္ေန႔ရက္၊ အခ်ိန္ေနတို႔ကိုညႇိႏိႈင္းရန္ တုိ႔ကို ယေန႔ သေဘာတူ လက္မွတ္ေရးထုိးလိုက္ၾကသည္။

KNPP အတြင္းေရးမွဴး(၁) ခူဦးရယ္က “ ဒါကေတာ့ စလံုေရစရေသးတာမို႔ အတတ္မေျပာႏိုင္ေသးဘူး။ ႏိုင္ငံေရးဆိုတာက ေျပာင္းလဲႏုိင္ေသးတာေၾကာင့္ စကားကိုအကုန္မေျပာႏိုင္ေသးဘူး” ဟု ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ၿပီး သတင္းေထာက္မ်ား ေမးျမန္းခ်က္ကို  မွတ္ခ်က္ေပးေျဖဆိုသည္။

“သူတို႔ကေတာ့(အစိုးရ) ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးကို အျမန္ဆံုးလုပ္မယ္၊ သံုးလအတြင္း။ ဦးေအာင္မင္းတို႔က မတ္လကုန္ၿပီး ဧၿပီလဆန္းမွာ  အၿပီးလုပ္ခ်င္တယ္လို႔ေျပာတယ္” ဟု ခူဦးရယ္ကဆက္ေျပာသည္။

မတ္လ ၇ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ KNPP ကရင္နီအမ်ိဳးသား တိုးတက္ေရးပါတီႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ အစိုးရ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး ေဖၚေဆာင္ေရး အဖြဲ႕တို႔ ကယားျပည္နယ္ လိြဳင္ေကာ္ၿမိဳ႕တြင္ ျပည္နယ္အဆင့္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး တည္ေဆာက္ရန္ ပဏာမ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္ လက္မွတ္ေရးထိုး ခဲ့ၾကသည္။

KNPP ဘက္မွတင္ျပေသာ အခ်က္ ၂၀ ပါစာတမ္းကို ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ေရးအဖြဲ႕က ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္သမၼတသို႔တင္ျပသြားမည္ျဖစ္ၿပီး ျပည္ေထာင္စု အဆင့္အစည္းအေ၀းတြင္ ဆက္လက္ေဆြးေႏြးရန္ သေဘာတူညီခဲ့ၾကသည္။

ရထား ပို႔ေဆာင္ေရး ၀န္ႀကီး ဦးေအာင္မင္း ဦးေဆာင္ေသာ အစိုးရ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ေရး ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ေကအဲန္ပီပီအတြင္းေရးမွဴး(၁) ခူဦးရယ္ဦးေဆာင္ေသာ ၁၅ ဦးပါ ကုိယ္စားလွယ္အဖြဲ႕ ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲကို ယေန႔ နံနက္ ၉း၀၀ တြင္စတင္ခဲ့ၿပီး ညေန ၃း၄၅ တြင္ၿပီးဆံုးသည္။

ယခုအႀကိမ္ေတြ႕ဆံုမႈသည္ တတိယအႀကိမ္ေတြ႕ဆံုမႈျဖစ္ၿပီး ၂၀၁၁ ႏုိ၀င္ဘာ ၁၉ တြင္ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ မယ္ဆိုင္ၿမိဳ႕၌ ပထမအႀကိမ္၊ ၂၀၁၂  ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီ ၆ ရက္တြင္ ခ်င္းမိုင္ၿမိဳ႕၌ ဒုတိယအႀကိမ္ ေတြ႕ဆံုခဲ့ၾကၿပီးျဖစ္သည္။                  ။

6.march 2012 Ashin Gambira had returned to Rangoon just yesterday. He came back from a trip to Kachin state and a visit at his family home in Meithila near Mandalay. He was staying at the house of his elder sister Khin Thu Htay in Eastern Dagong Township when a car with four police men arrived and took him. He was told the police needs to ask him some questions and he would be returned to his monastery tomorrow morning.

During the phone call, the car was near Sule Pagoda in downtown Rangoon. Three policemen were sitting around him in the back of the car while a fourth officer was driving.

Karenni_02အပစ္အခတ္ ရပ္စဲေရးအတြက္ ကရင္နီ တိုးတက္ေရး ပါတီ (KNPP) ႏွင့္ အစိုးရ ၿငိမ္းေဖၚေဆာင္ေရး အဖြဲ႔တို႔သည္၊ ယေန႔ နံနက္ (၉) နာရီခြဲတြင္ ကယားျပည္နယ္ လြိဳင္ေကာ္ျမိဳ႔ရွိ ကႏၶ၀တီ ခန္းမတြင္ ေတြဆံုေဆြးေႏြး ခဲ့ပါသည္။ ယင္းအစည္းအေ၀း၌ ပဏာမ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္ (၃) ခ်က္ျဖင့္ အပစ္အခတ္ ရပ္စဲလိုက္သည္ဟု KNPP ၏အတြင္းေရးမွဴး (၂) ျဖစ္သူ ဦးေအာင္ ဆန္းျမင့္ကေျပာပါသည္။

ယင္းသေဘာ တူညီခ်က္မ်ားမွာ (၁) အပစ္အခတ္ ရပ္စဲေရး၊ (၂) ႏိုင္ငံေရးအရ ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးေရးႏွင့္ (၃) ႏွစ္ဖက္တပ္ မ်ားသြားလာေရး အတြက္ ညွိႏွဳိင္းျခင္း တို႔ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

KNPP သည္ႏိုင္ငံေရးအရ ေဆြးေႏြးရန္ ေတာင္းဆိုခ်က္ (၂၀)ခ်က္ တင္ျပခဲ့ပါသည္။ ဤအခ်က္မ်ားကို အစိုးရကိုယ္စား လွယ္ဖက္က မူအားျဖင့္ သေဘာတူခဲ့ပါသည္။ ထိုအခ်က္မ်ားထဲတြင္ ေရွ႔ဆက္ ႏိုင္ငံေရး ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ၌ အာမခံခ်က္ရွိ ေစရန္ႏွင့္ ျပည္သူလူထု အတြက္ အာမခံခ်က္ ရွိေစရန္ ေတာင္းဆိုထားပါသည္။

KNPP ဖက္မွ ေဆြးေႏြးပဲြ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားမွာ ခူဦးရယ္ အတြင္ေရးမွဴး (၁) အဖြဲ႔ေခါင္းေဆာင္၊ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ဘီတူး( စစ္ဦးစီးခ်ဳပ္) ဗိုလ္မွဴးႀကီး ဖုန္းႏိုင္ (စစ္ေရးခ်ဳပ္)၊ ဆရာမ တယ္နီယာ (ဗဟိုေကာ္မီတီ)၊ ဆရာမ ေဒလီဖါ (ဗဟိုေကာ္မီတီ)၊ ေရႊမ်ဳိးသန္႔ (ဗဟိုေကာ္မီတီ)၊ ဆရာမေဖါရီေဖါ (အရံဗဟိုေကာ္မီတီ) ၊ ေညးရယ္၊ ဗို္လ္မွဴးႀကီး၊ အယ္ဘြီး (တပ္ရင္းမွဴး)၊ ေစာပ်ားရယ္၊ တပ္ေရးဗိုလ္ႀကီး၊ ေစာဖါမူး (ခရိုင္အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးမွဴး) တို႔ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

အစိုးရ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားမွာ ရထားပို႔ေဆာင္ေရး ျပည္ေထာင္စု၀န္ႀကီး ဦးေအာင္မင္းက ဦးေဆာင္ၿပီး၊ ဦးခင္ေမာင္စိုး (လွ်ပ္စစ္၀န္ႀကီး)၊ ဦးသန္းေဌး (စြမ္းအင္၀န္ႀကီး၊) ဦးစိုးသိမ္း (စက္မွဳ၀န္ႀကီး)၊ ဦးဥာဏ္ထြန္းေအာင္ (သယ္ယူပို႔ေဆာင္ေရး ၀န္ႀကီး)၊ ဦးခင္ေမာင္ဦး(ကယားျပည္နယ္၀န္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္) တို႔ပါ၀င္သည္။ ထို႔အျပင္ ေဒသစစ္ကြပ္ကဲေရးဌာနခ်ဳပ္မွ အႀကီးအကဲ မ်ား၊ဘာသာေရးေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားႏွင့္ လူထုေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား ပါ၀င္ပါသည္။

KNPP ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားသည္၊ ၿမိဳ႔ေပၚရွိ နိုင္ငံေရးပါတီမ်ား၊ လူထုလူတန္းစားမ်ားႏွင့္ ေတြ႔ဆံုျပီးမွ ျပန္လာမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္၊ ဤေဆြးေႏြးပြဲသည္၊ KNPPႏွင့္ အစိုးရၾကား ပထမအႀကိမ္ ေတြ႔ဆံုပဲြျဖစ္ေသာ္လည္း၊ ျပီးခဲ့သည့္ ဒီဇင္ဘာလႏွင့္ ေဖေဖၚ၀ါရီ လတြင္ ႏွစ္ႀကိမ္တိုင္ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ၌ ပဏာမေတြ႔ဆံုခဲ့ပါသည္။

7 March 2012    U Aung Kyaw Zaw, Burma observer an the Sino-Burmese border, says the Burma Army is only hoodwinking the rest of the world by withdrawing some troops while redeploying fresh troops through the backdoor. There are more than 90 infantry BA battalions confronting the Kachin Independence Army (KIA), according to him. He is speaking on the eve of a new round of peace talks between the two sides. (SHAN)

6 March 2012   Brig-Gen Way Lin, Deputy Commander, Triangle Region Command, was in Monghta sub-townhip, opposite Chiangmai’s Wiang Haeng district, yesterday. He was meeting Shan State Army (SSA) representative to discuss relief and resettlement of IDPs, according SSA sources. SSA’s 3 phase plan is: Deployment of SSA positions in the area, resettlement of IDPs and opening civil administrative offices. (SHAN)

A 15- person Karenni National Progressive Party (KNPP) delegation leaves for Heho (Haiwo) for Tachilek. They are due to arrive in the capital of Kayah State, Loikaw this afternoon. The formal negotiations will be held tomorrow, according to KNPP sources. The delegation is led by Oo Reh and Bee Htoo.
