Pls, come for participating of 2nd Loka Chan Thar Sand Pagoda on 9th March ( Friday ) starts about 6 Pm for volunteering of building of it with Sand and water ) and 10th March ( Saturday ) starts from 9 Am morning for continuely building the Sand Pagoda till 7 Pm , Pujania of it @ East Coast ( E 2 ) in Singapore .
