WAR:Heavy battles raging on Waing Maw-Kampaiti road as Burmese Army prepares for a major offense
It has been 5 months since renewed fighting broke out between KIA and Burmese Army on June 9, 2011 after 17 years of ceasefire. Front line sources said all military movements indicate that Burmese Army is preparing for a major offensive against KIA. Burmese Army soldiers of Magwe-based 88th Light Infantry Division have arrived in Myitkyina just recently and Pegu-based 77th Light Infantry Division has been reportedly ordered to go to Kachin battle front, said a KLN reporter in Myitkyina.
Heavy battles have taken place on Waing Maw – Kampaiti road as Burmese Army reinforces it soldiers and military hardware for a major assault. KIA’s 3rdBrigade soldiers fought against Burmese Army’s Magwe-based 88th LID on the road between Mukchyik and Wu-yang village in Waing Maw Township on Nov 6, 2011 at 9:00 am. KIA soldiers attacked Burmese Army soldiers headed to Kampaiti from Waing Maw. At least 2 Burmese soldiers were killed and 6 wounded in this battle. ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ၀ုိင္းေမာ္၊ မုိးေမာက္ႏွင့္ မန္စီၿမိဳ႕နယ္မ်ားအတြင္း အစုိးရတပ္ႏွင့္ ကခ်င္ျပည္ လြတ္ေျမာက္ေရး တပ္မေတာ္ KIA တုိ႔ တုိက္ပဲြမ်ား ျပင္းထန္စြာ ျဖစ္ပြားေနၿပီး အစုိးရတပ္က လူ႔အခြင့္အေရး ခ်ဳိးေဖာက္ မႈမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ ေနသည္ဟု ေဒသခံမ်ားက ေျပာသည္။
၀ုိင္းေမာ္ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ မုတ္ႀကိတ္ေက်းရြာအတြင္း ယမန္ေန႔နံနက္က တုိက္ပဲြျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့ၿပီး အစုိးရတပ္က ေက်းရြာအတြင္းမွ ေနအိမ္တလံုးကုိ မီးရွိဳ႕လုိက္သလုိ အရပ္သားမ်ားအား ပစ္ခတ္မႈမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ သည္ဟု ျမစ္ႀကီးနားသုိ႔ ထြက္ေျပးလာသည့္ မ်က္ျမင္ ေဒသခံ တဦးက အခုလုိ ေျပာသည္။
“မေန႔က မနက္ ၇ နာရီခဲြမွာ KIO ဖက္ကလာၿပီးေတာ့ ဆယ္မိနစ္ေလာက္ ပစ္တယ္။ အဲဒီေနာက္ပုိင္း စစ္တပ္က ျပန္ၿပီးမွ မိနစ္(၃၀) ေလာက္ ျပန္ပစ္တယ္။ လက္နက္ႀကီးေတြလည္း ပါတာေပ့ါ။ အဲဒီမွာ KIO ထြက္လာတဲ့ လမ္းဖက္က အိမ္ကုိေတာ့ မီးရွိဳ႕လုိက္တယ္။ က်န္တာကေတာ့ အဲဒီဖက္က ထြက္ေျပးလာတဲ့ ေယာက်ာ္းေလးေတြကုိ ႀကိဳးနဲ႔တုတ္တယ္၊ ရုိက္နက္တယ္။ တခ်ဳိ႕ ပစ္ခတ္တယ္။”
တုိက္ပဲြျဖစ္ပြားမႈေၾကာင့္ ၀ုိင္းေမာ္ၿမိဳ႕မွ တရုတ္ျပည္နယ္စပ္ ဆဒံုးၿမိဳ႕သုိ႔ သြားသည့္ ခရီးသြားမ်ား ထြက္ေျပးသြားၾကေသာ္လည္း အခ်ဳိ႕ကုိ ေပၚတာ အထမ္းသမားအျဖစ္ ဖမ္းဆီးေခၚေဆာင္သြား သည္ဟု သိရေၾကာင္း ဆက္လက္ေျပာဆုိသည္။
“အဲဒီမွာ ဆုိင္ကယ္ေတြ ပစ္ထားၿပီးေတာ့ အားလံုး ထြက္ေျပးကုန္ၾကတယ္။ အေရွ႕မွာသြားတဲ့ (၈) ေယာက္အဖဲြ႕ကေတာ့ အဖမ္းခံရၿပီးေတာ့ ေပၚတာ လုပ္ေပးရတယ္။ သူတုိ႔ပစ္လုိက္တဲ့ အေလာင္းေတြ တခ်ဳိ႕ မေသတဲ့ဟာေတြကုိ ျပန္ထမ္းခုိင္းတယ္လုိ႔ေျပာတယ္။”
ထုိ႔အျပင္ ေက်းရြာဓေလ့အရ ေကာက္သစ္စားပဲြ ျပဳလုပ္ရန္ ထမင္းထုတ္ ယူေဆာင္သြားသည့္ ေဒသခံ အမ်ဳိးသမီးမ်ားလည္း ရုိက္ႏွက္ခံခဲ့ရသည္ဟု ဆက္လက္ ေျပာဆုိသည္။
“မေန႔က အဲဒီမုတ္ႀကိတ္ေက်းရြာက ကခ်င္ ရုိးရာ ေကာက္သစ္စားပဲြလည္း က်ေရာက္တယ္ေလ။ အဲဒီအခ်ိန္မွာ ဒီေဒသခံ အဖြားႀကီးေတြက ေကာက္သစ္စားဖုိ႔ ထမင္းထုတ္ေတြကုိ ဘုရားရွိခုိး ေက်ာင္းမွာ ယူလာၾကတာကုိး။ ပလုိင္းေတြထဲထည့္ၿပီး ယူခဲ့ၾကတာေပ့ါ။ အဲဒါ အဖြားႀကီးေတြ ကုိလည္း ပါးရုိက္တဲ့သူရုိက္ခံရတယ္။ ဘာေၾကာင့္လည္းဆုိေတာ့ သူတုိ႔ မသကၤာတာက ဒီထမင္း ထုတ္ေတြကုိ KIO ကုိ ပုိ႔ဖုိ႔ အဆင္သင့္လုပ္ထားတယ္ဆုိၿပီး ရုိက္တယ္လုိ႔ ေျပာၾကတယ္။”
တခ်ိန္တည္းတြင္ ၀ုိင္းေမာ္ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ ဂါးရားယန္၊ ေရႊေညာင္ပင္ ေဒသတ၀ုိက္ႏွင့္ ေနရာအေတာ္ မ်ားမ်ားတြင္ ယမန္ေန႔က တုိက္ပဲြမ်ား ျပင္းထန္စြာ ျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့သည္ဟု KIO ဌာနခ်ဳပ္ လုိင္ဇာၿမိဳ႕ရွိ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံလံုးဆုိင္ရာ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ား ဒီမုိကရက္တစ္တပ္ဦး ABSDF တပ္ဖဲြ႕၀င္ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ တဦးက ေျပာသည္။
ဗန္းေမာ္ၿမိဳ႕ခံ တဦးကလည္း မုိးေမာက္ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ အတြင္းရွိ ေက်ာက္စခန္း ေက်းရြာအနီးတြင္ ယခုရက္ပုိင္းအတြင္း တုိက္ပဲြမ်ား ေန႔စဥ္ျဖစ္ပြားေနၿပီး ယေန႔နံနက္မွစ၍ လက္နက္ႀကီး ေပါက္ကဲြသံမ်ား ၾကားရေၾကာင္း အခုလုိ ေျပာသည္။
“ေက်ာက္စခန္းဖက္မွာေတာ့ ေန႔တုိင္းလုိလုိပဲ လက္နက္ႀကီးသံေတြ ၾကားေနရတယ္။ လြယ္ဂ်ယ္ တက္တဲ့လမ္းဖက္ေပ့ါ။ က်ေနာ္တုိ႔က နည္းနည္း ေ၀းတဲ့အခါက်ေတာ့ လက္နက္ႀကီးသံပဲ ၾကားရတာေပ့ါ။ ညဖက္ဆုိရင္ တနာရီျခားတခါေလာက္ ၾကားေနရတယ္။ ဒီေန႔ေတာ့ ေန႔လည္ပုိင္း လည္း ၾကားရတယ္။ ငါးမုိင္ မန္ခြန္ဖက္မွာေတာ့ ေန႔တုိင္းလုိပဲ ၾကားေနရတယ္။”
ထုိ႔အျပင္ ယခုလ (၅) ရက္ေန႔ကလည္း အစုိးရတပ္သားမ်ားကုိ တင္ေဆာင္လာသည့္ စစ္သေဘၤာ သံုးစီး ဧရာ၀တီ ျမစ္ေၾကာင္းမွ တဆင့္ ဗန္းေမာ္ၿမိဳ႕သုိ႔ ေရာက္ရွိလာေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ တုိက္ပဲြျဖစ္ပြား ေနသည့္ ေက်ာက္စခန္း ေက်းရြာဖက္သုိ႔ ထြက္ခြာသြားေၾကာင္း ဆက္ေျပာသည္။
“တေန႔က သေဘၤာ သံုးစီးတက္ခဲ့တယ္။ အားလံုး စစ္သားခ်ည္းပဲ တင္လာတာေပါ့ေနာ္။ ေနာက္ၿပီး အဲဒီညမွာပဲ ကုိးနာရီ ဆယ္နာရီေလာက္ေပ့ါ။ အားလံုးမီးေတြ မိတ္ၿပီးေတာ့မွ ကား(၁၉) စီး အစီး(၂၀) ေလာက္ မုိးေမာက္ဖက္ တက္သြားတယ္။ အဲဒါ လုိင္ဇာသြားမလား မုိးေမာက္တင္ဘဲလား ဆုိတာေတာ့ မသိဘူးေပ့ါ။”
အလားတူ တရုတ္ျမန္မာနယ္စပ္ရွိ မ်က္ျမင္ ေဒသခံတဦးကလည္း ယခုလ (၅)ရက္ေန႔က ရွမ္းျပည္နယ္ နမ့္ခမ္းၿမိဳ႕နယ္ဘက္မွ အစုိးရတပ္သားမ်ား တင္ေဆာင္လာသည့္ စစ္ထရပ္ကား (၈)စီး ကခ်င္ႏွင့္ ရွမ္းျပည္နယ္စပ္ရွိ မန္၀ိန္းႀကီး ေက်းရြာသုိ႔ ထြက္ခြာသြားေၾကာင္း ေျပာသည္။
ကခ်င္စစ္ေျပးဒုကၡသည္ အေရး ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးေနသည့္ တရုတ္ျမန္မာနယ္စပ္ အေျခစုိက္ ကခ်င္အမ်ဳိးသမီး အစည္းအရံုး KWAT အဖဲြ႕မွ မုိင္းဂ်ာက ေလာေလာဆယ္တြင္ မန္၀ိန္းႀကီး ေက်းရြာအတြင္းသုိ႔ အရပ္သားမ်ား ၀င္ေရာက္ခြင့္ကုိ အစုိးရတပ္က ပိတ္ပင္ထားၿပီး ေက်းရြာ အတြင္းမွ ထြက္ခြာခြင့္ကုိမူ ခြင့္ျပဳထားသည္ဟု ေျပာသည္။
သုိ႔ေသာ္ ရြာသားမ်ား အေနျဖင့္ ေက်းရြာအတြင္းမွ ထြက္ခြာသြားရန္ အခက္အခဲျဖစ္ေနၾကသည္ဟု
“ဘယ္သူဘဲ ျဖစ္ျဖစ္ မန္၀ိန္းႀကီး ရြာသားဘဲ ျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ၀င္လာလုိ႔ မရဘူး။ အထြက္ေတာ့ ရတယ္။ မန္၀ိန္းႀကီးနဲ႔ မ်က္ႏွာခ်င္းဆုိင္မွာရွိတဲ့ ရွမ္းရြာမွာေတာ့ KIA ေတြ စခန္းခ်ထားတယ္ဆုိေတာ့ ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလး စုိးရိမ္ရတဲ့ အေနအထားရွိတယ္။ ရြာသားေတြအတြက္ကလည္း ဒုကၡဘဲ။ ထြက္သြားရင္လည္း အိမ္ထဲမွာရွိရွိသမွ် အကုန္လံုး သူတုိ႔(အစုိးရတပ္)က ယူသြားေတာ့ ရြာသားေတြကလည္း မထြက္သြားရဲၾကဘူး။ ေနမယ္ဆုိလို႔ရွိရင္လည္း တုိက္ပဲြေတြ ျဖစ္လာရင္ သူတုိ႔က ဓါးစားခံ ျပန္ျဖစ္ေရာ။” ဟု မုိင္းဂ်ာက ေျပာသည္။
ေလာေလာဆယ္တြင္ အစုိးရတပ္က တပ္မ(၈၈)၊ (၆၆)၊ (၉၉) တပ္မ (၃) ခုျဖင့္ KIO ဌာနခ်ဳပ္ လုိင္ဇာသုိ႔ ထုိးစစ္ဆင္ရန္ ျပင္ဆင္ေနၿပီး ေရေၾကာင္း ကုန္းေၾကာင္းမ်ားမွ တပ္အင္အားမ်ား ပုိ႔ေဆာင္ေနသည္ဟု ABSDF တပ္ဖဲြ႕၀င္ ေခါင္းေဆာင္က ေျပာသည္။
အစုိးရတပ္ႏွင့္ KIO တုိ႔ ျဖစ္ပြားေနသည့္ တုိက္ပဲြမ်ားေၾကာင့္ တရုတ္ျမန္မာနယ္စပ္တေလ်ာက္ႏွင့္ ၿမိဳ႕ေပၚေဒသမ်ားသုိ႔ ထြက္ေျပးခုိလႈံေနသည့္ စစ္ေျပး ဒုကၡသည္ သံုးေသာင္းခန္႔ ရွိၿပီး အခ်ိန္ ငါးလတာအတြင္း မုိးေမာက္ႏွင့္ မန္စီ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္အတြင္းရွိ ေက်းရြာမ်ားတြင္ အစုိးရတပ္၏ ပစ္ခတ္မႈေၾကာင့္ ထိခုိက္ ဒဏ္ရာရသူႏွင့္ အဓမၼျပဳက်င့္ခံရသည့္ ျဖစ္စဥ္ (၂၈) ခုရွိ၍ အရပ္သား (၉) ဦးမွာ အျပစ္မရွိဘဲ ပစ္သတ္ခံရသည္ဟု (KWAT) အဖဲြ႕၏ မွတ္တမ္းမ်ားကဆုိသည္။
