ALERT:Nehginpao Kipgen e-mail ID hacked; do not respond
| Dear all,The yahoo e-mail ID (nehginpao@…) of Nehginpao Kipgen (general secretary of Kuki International Forum and editor of www.kukiforum.com) has been hacked and compromised. Please do not send any correspondences to that account. The hacker is soliciting money in his name. Kipgen has no longer access to this account, and therefore, no longer responsible for all the e-mails sent out with effect from July 13, 2011. The hacker is also creating a similar ID (nehginpao1@…) to reply incoming messages. You are advised to remove this e-mail ID from your distribution list and networks/ listserv.
Below within quotation is the e-mail the hacker sent out to his contacts: “Hope you get this on time, I made a trip to Edinburgh, Scotland and had my bag stolen from me with my passport and personal effects therein. The embassy has just issued me a temporary passport but I have to pay for a ticket and settle hotel bills. I’ve made contact with my bank but it would take me days to access funds in my account from Edinburgh. I need you to lend me some funds to cover these expenses. July 13, 2011 at 6 a.m.—KIA’s battalion 15 attacked Burmese troops at Sinlum in N’mawk (Momauk) Township in Manmaw (Bhamo) district in Kachin State, said local residents. The Burmese soldiers are from Light Infantry Battalion No. 321, based in Shwenyaungbyin, Waingmaw Township. Five bodies of Burmese soldiers were brought out from the event, said witnesses.
SSA နှင့် မြန်မာစစ်တပ် တိုက်ပွဲ ဆက်ဖြစ်
သျှမ်းပြည်တောင်ပိုင်း ကျေးသီးမြို့နယ်အတွင်းရှိ သျှမ်းပြည်တပ်မတော် (SSA) ဋ္ဌာန ချုပ်၀မ့်ဟိုင်း အား အပြင် စည်း လုံခြုံရေးယူထားသော လွယ်ကုန် တောင်ကုန်းကို မြန်မာ စစ်တပ်က လက်နက်ကြီး များဖြင့် ပစ်ခတ် တိုက်ခိုက်ရာ နှစ် ဘက် တိုက်ပွဲများ ယနေ့အထိ ဖြစ်ပွားနေကြောင်းသိရသည်။
မြန်မာစစ်တပ်က ဝမ့်ဟိုင်းဌာနချုပ်အား လေးဘက်လေးတန်မှ ဝန်းရံပိတ်ဆို့ထားပြီး SSA တပ်ကပြောက်ကျား စစ်ဖြင့် တွန်း လှန် တိုက်ခိုက်နေကြောင်း သျှမ်းတပ် အရာရှိ တစ်ဦး က သျှမ်းသံတော်ဆင့်သို့ ပြောသည်။

“ဒီနေ့တော့ ဝမ့်ဟိုင်းစခန်း လုံခြုံရေးယူထားတဲ့ လွယ်ကုန်တောင်ကုန်းကို ဗမာစစ်တပ် က ၈၁ ၊ ၁၂၀ မမ မော်တာတွေနဲ့ လှမ်းပစ်နေတယ်။ လက်နက်ကြီးပစ်တာက အရင် ရက် တွေကထက် ပိုပြင်းထန်လာတယ်။ ဝမ့်ဟိုင်းသွားတဲ့ လမ်းကြောင်း ပေါ်မှာပဲ။ ကျနော်တို့ ဘက်ကလည်း ပြောက်ကျားနည်းနဲ့ ပြန်တိုက်နေတယ် ” ဟု ၎င်းက ဆိုသည်။
တိုက်ပွဲအတွင်း နှစ်ဘက်စလုံး ထိခိုက်မှုရှိပြီး မြန်မာစစ်တပ်ဘက်မှ သေကြေ ဒဏ်ရာရ သူ ၃၀ ကျော်ခန့် ရှိနိုင် ကြောင်း၎င်းကဆိုသည်။
ယခုလ ၁၁ ရက်နေ့က နှစ်ဘက်တိုက်ပွဲစတင်ခဲ့ရာ ယနေ့ ၅ ရက်မြောက်နေ့ အဖြစ်တိုက် ခိုက်နေခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

သျှမ်းပြည်တပ်မတော် ဌာနချုပ်အနောက်မြောက် ဘက်၌ ၃-၄ ရက် ဆက်တိုက်တိုက်ပွဲအပြင်းအထန်ဖြစ် ပွါး ချိန် မြန်မာစစ်တပ်ဝိုင်းပိတ်တိုက်ခိုက်ခံရ၍ အများ အပြားသေကျေဒဏ်ရာရရှိသောကြောင့် အစိုးရက ရဟတ် ယာဉ်ဖြင့် နှစ်ရက်ဆက်တိုက် သွားရောက် သယ်ယူနေကြောင်း ဒေသခံများကပြောပြသည်။
