The National Democratic Alliance Army (NDAA), the United Wa State Army’s main ally, will be holding a drug bonfire in Mongla, opposite China’s Daluo (Talaw), tomorrow, according to an NDAA senior official. The group’s leader Sai Leun aka Lin Mingxian declared his territory “drug-free” in 1997. (SHAN)
