Shan State Army (SSA) attacks outpost of Light Infantry Battalion 17 in Wanli, Hsipaw township, Shan State North. 3 killed on the Burma Army side, including a company commander. No independent confirmation. (SHAN)

Shan State Army attacks Burma Army checkpoint manned by Light Infantry Battalion 422 in Pangketu, Mongkeung township, Shan State South. 1 killed on the Burma Army side. Another attack made in Tonglao, North of Pangketu again against troops from LIB 422. 2 killed on the Burma Army side. No independent confirmation. (SHAN)
