Activities of ‘Child Care’, an educational aid group organized by NLD youths

On 19th February, members of an educational aid group named ‘Child Care’ organized by NLD youths from Rangoon Division donated some materials for elementary schools of poor communities in Rangoon Division. They collected and raised money out of their pocket money and contribution from other people.
The group also donated stationary, tables and clothes for an elementary school in Ywarthit Aye village located in Htantapin Township on 6th January.
They also donated books and clothes to an orphanage and monastic school organized by the village monastery in the same village.
On 14th February, the group donated school benches for Wanawarthi Ayeyeiksan Buddhist nunnery school in Thanlyin Township, Rangoon Division. The ‘Child Care’ is a group that raises money out of their own pocket money and other contributions and manages them systematically to donate to school children in poor communities on monthly basis.
