Two suspected bombers have been monitored through CCTV cameras about their offense, the report claimed.
Four time bombs were discovered in two packages left by two internet users under a table at the Star Net Internet Cafe on November 17 opened at the ground floor of the City Star Hotel at the back of the City Hall in Kyauktada township, the heart of the former capital.
However, the bombs could be defused by the authorities after being informed.
