Burma 2008 Constitution must be revised until it is Done!

The United Nations General Assembly resolution on 24 December 2009 calls on the military junta to embark on a transparent and inclusive review of the 2008 Constitution.
We welcome UNGA resolution. We must demand to revise the 2008 sham Constitution until it has been done since it is our duty working to bring about the Democratic Constitution to restore democracy, human rights and rule of law in Burma where everyone can enjoy the freedom of speech, press, beliefs, assembly and rule of law that emphasizes the protection of individual rights.
The Burma 2008 Constitution must be revised by cancelling:
• the impunity provisions, and
• the other provisions which solidify the rule of the military dictatorship
Demanding and working to revise 2008 Constitution will not be over until and unless it has been revised and accepted by all the people of Burma that it is the Democratic Constitution which grantees the rights of all the people of Burma.
The main message is that “Burma 2008 Constitution must be revised until it is Done”.
