Woman charged for blasts in Kokang

According to local sources, one Chinese woman was reportedly being arrested by the Burmese local authorities on suspicion with the recent explosions in Kokang, northern Shan State.
An informed resident said she was arrested during the morning of 25 October, a day after the explosion, near the immigration office. However, no other detail of her is available.
The explosion took place on 24 October, at several places in Laogai, the capital of Kokang.
According to him, the first 4 explosions occurred near Ying Phone hotel owned by former Kokang leader Peng Jiasheng at around 19:30 (Burmese standard time).
Half an hour later, another blast took place at Kokang TV broadcasting station and destroyed one of the station’s communication satellite plates and blew a crater in the second floor.
